The invention discloses a material rapid turnover device which is suitable for materials which can be adsorbed by magnetic force and comprises a transmission belt and a turnover mechanism, wherein the turnover mechanism comprises a plurality of turnover impellers, each turnover impeller at least comprises two turnover blades, and the turnover blades are symmetrically arranged by taking a rotating shaft of the turnover impeller as a center; the rotating direction of the turnover blade is consistent with the transmission direction of the transmission belt, and a magnetic device is arranged on the turnover blade; when the turnover blade rotates to the horizontal position, the height of the turnover blade is higher than that of the conveying belt; the upset blade rotates horizontal position and keeps away from the position department of burr machine, adsorbs the slice material on the transmission band to continue to rotate the horizontal position department of being close to the burr machine, magnetic means became invalid, and the slice material falls to the transmission band, carries on the burr machine.
