Abstract
The invention relates to a macroscopic inspection machine of a display panel and a communication line switching device thereof.A relay for line switching is arranged in a communication line connected with a human-computer interaction device, and the human-computer interaction device is provided with a line switching module; the communication interface of the man-machine interaction device is correspondingly connected with two communication lines, one of the two communication lines is connected with the normally open contact of the relay for line switching in series, and the other of the two communication lines is connected with the normally closed contact of the relay for line switching in series; the circuit switching module is used for outputting a trigger signal to the circuit switching relay to trigger the power-on or power-off of the circuit switching relay. The invention can interact with two communication lines through the communication interface, thereby reducing the wiring amount, lowering the cost, reducing the workload of workers and greatly improving the working efficiency.

Some intelligent components on the macro inspection machine, such as a fan, an electric meter and the like, are provided with communication interfaces and communicate with a human machine through respective communication lines, in the prior art, the human machine needs to set a communication interface for each intelligent component for wiring, the wiring amount is large, the workload is large, the cost is high, and particularly when the number of communication lines which need to be connected by the human machine is large, the situation that the communication interfaces are not enough may occur.

The circuit switching module is used for outputting two corresponding different trigger signals and respectively triggering the relay for circuit switching to be powered off or on, so that the switching of two communication circuits is realized.
The man-machine interaction device comprises a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a touch screen, and the circuit switching module is arranged in the PLC. As shown in fig. 2, as a possible embodiment, the line switching module of the present embodiment includes a first auxiliary relay, a second auxiliary relay, and a set coil Q1 and a reset coil Q2. In this embodiment, the first auxiliary relay may be M1980, and the second auxiliary relay may be M1981. When the M1981 is electrified, the line where the M1981 is located is switched on, the reset coil Q2 is electrified, a reset signal is output to the signal triggering end of the line switching relay, the line switching relay is triggered to be powered off, and the normally closed contact and the normally open contact of the line switching relay are reset, so that the communication line where the normally closed contact is located is switched on with the man-machine interaction device.
