Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a drainage piece 3 and a current collecting piece 4 are arranged on one side of the tray body 1 close to the wire running body 2, the drainage piece 3 and the current collecting piece 4 are respectively provided with a drainage groove 31 and a current collecting groove 41 communicated with the water containing groove 11, the drainage groove 31 and the current collecting groove 41 both extend along the width direction of the tray body 1 and are respectively located at two ends of the tray body 1 in the length direction, and the wire running body 2 is located between the drainage groove 31 and the current collecting groove 41. The condensed water in the water receiving tub 11 may flow to the drainage tub 31 and the water collecting tub 41 to be discharged to the drain pan 10.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the power line slot 211, which is far away from the outlet 23, is communicated with the drainage slot 31, so that accumulated water in the power line slot 211 can flow into the drainage slot 31, and the accumulated water in the power line slot 211 is avoided. The end of the strong current slot 212 and the weak current slot 213 far away from the outlet 23 is communicated with the water collecting tank 41, water in the strong current slot 212 and the weak current slot 213 can flow to the water collecting tank 41, water accumulation in the strong current slot 212 and the weak current slot 213 is avoided, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first wall 111 may be inclined downward in the direction from the water collection groove 41 to the drainage groove 31. Therefore, the condensed water on the first wall surface 111 can flow to the drainage groove 31, so that most of the condensed water in the drain pan 10 flows out of the drainage groove 31 and a small part of the condensed water flows out of the water collection groove 41. As shown in fig. 4, the base pan 20 includes an indoor portion 201 and an outdoor portion 202, the tray body 1 is located in the indoor portion 201, the outdoor portion 202 has a mounting groove 204 for mounting a supercooling pipe, and the drainage groove 31 communicates with the mounting groove 204. Therefore, most of the condensed water in the water containing tank 11 can flow into the mounting groove 204 to supercool the supercooling pipe. The outdoor portion 202 has a drain hole 205, and the water collection tank 41 communicates with the drain hole 205. The condensed water flowing out through the water collecting channel 41 can be discharged from the water discharge hole 205 of the base pan 20.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, a stiffener 12 is provided under the tray body 1. On one hand, the reinforcing rib 12 can improve the structural strength of the water pan 10, and on the other hand, the reinforcing rib 12 can separate the bottom wall of the pan body 1 from the inner bottom wall of the chassis 20, so that condensed water is prevented from being easily generated between the plastic water pan 10 and the metal chassis 20.
Further, the reinforcing beads 12 are a plurality of spaced apart strips. Therefore, the structural strength of the water-receiving tray 10 can be further improved, and the possibility of generating condensed water between the water-receiving tray 10 and the base plate 20 is further reduced. For example, in the example shown in fig. 1, the bottom wall of the tray body 1 is provided with the reinforcing ribs 12, the reinforcing ribs 12 are plural, each reinforcing rib 12 extends in the width direction of the tray body 1, and the plural reinforcing ribs 12 are spaced apart in the length direction of the tray body 1.
The base plate assembly 100 of the window type air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 4, the base plate assembly 100 of the window type air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a base plate 20 and the water receiving plate 10 of the window type air conditioner 1000.
As shown in fig. 4, the base pan 20 includes an indoor portion 201 and an outdoor portion 202, and the tray body 1 is located in the indoor portion 201. The water containing groove 11 may be used to receive the condensed water of the indoor heat exchanger 200, to prevent the condensed water of the indoor heat exchanger 200 from dropping into the window type air conditioner 1000, and to ensure the reliability of the operation of each component in the window type air conditioner 1000, thereby ensuring the reliability of the operation of the window type air conditioner 1000.
According to the chassis assembly 100 of the window type air conditioner 1000 in the embodiment of the invention, the wiring body 2 is arranged on one side of the disc body 1 close to the outside 202 of the window type air conditioning room, the wiring groove 21 is arranged on the wiring body 2, and the wiring inside the window type air conditioner 1000 can be arranged in the wiring groove 21, so that the wiring inside the window type air conditioner 1000 can be more orderly, an independent wiring structure can be avoided from being arranged inside the window type air conditioner 1000, the structure and the assembly process of the window type air conditioner 1000 can be simplified, and the production efficiency can be improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in figures 1 and 2, the drip tray 10 and the chassis 20 are connected by fasteners and/or snap-fit. It will be appreciated that the drip pan 10 and the chassis 20 may be connected by fasteners only, or the drip pan 10 and the chassis 20 may be connected by snaps only, or the drip pan 10 and the chassis 20 may be connected by both fasteners and snaps. Therefore, the reliability of the connection between the water-receiving tray 10 and the bottom plate 20 can be improved, and the connection mode between the water-receiving tray 10 and the bottom plate 20 can be simplified.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 4, the wire body 2 is connected with the chassis 20 through two fasteners, the side wall of the tray body 1 away from the wire body 2 is connected with the side wall of the chassis 20 through the fasteners, and can be connected in a clamping manner, specifically, two first connection holes for the fasteners to pass through are arranged on the side wall of the tray body 1 away from the wire body 2, and two first clamping portions are arranged on the side wall of the tray body 1, the two first clamping portions are in one-to-one correspondence with the two first connection holes, the first clamping portions are located below the corresponding first connection holes, and second connection holes for the fasteners to pass through and second clamping portions matched with the first clamping portions are arranged on the side wall of the chassis 20.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, one end of the tray body 1 is provided with a wire clasp 13, and the wire clasp 13 is spaced apart from the side wall of the chassis 20 to define a routing space. The wires can pass through the space between the wire buckle 13 and the side wall of the bottom plate 20, which is beneficial to the storage of the wires inside the window type air conditioner 1000.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the wiring slot 21 includes a power line slot 211, the power line slot 211 is disposed at one side of the wiring body 2, and the wire buckle 13 is located at one end of the tray body 1 close to the power line slot 211. The power cord can be in the line space of injecing between the lateral wall of line buckle 13 and chassis 20 of joint, does benefit to the accomodating of power cord.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, an end of the outer peripheral wall of the tray body 1, which is far from the end of the outdoor portion 202, near the wire buckle 13 is provided with a first notch 14 through which a power supply wire passes, and the outer peripheral wall of the chassis 20 is provided with a second notch 203 through which the power supply wire passes, the second notch 203 being opposite to the first notch 14. Therefore, the power cord can pass through the first notch 14 and the second notch 203 downwards to be connected with an external power supply through the window type air conditioner 1000, so that the power cord can be conveniently extended out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the outdoor portion 202 has a mounting groove 204 for mounting a supercooling pipe, one side of the tray body 1 close to the wire running body 2 is provided with a drainage member 3, the drainage member 3 has a drainage groove 31 communicated with the water containing groove 11, the drainage groove 31 is located at one end of the tray body 1 in the length direction, and the other end of the drainage groove 31 extends toward the mounting groove 204 and is communicated with the mounting groove 204. Therefore, the condensed water in the water containing groove 11 can flow to the drainage groove 31 and then flow to the mounting groove 204 to supercool the supercooling pipe in the mounting groove 204, so that the energy efficiency of the window type air conditioner 1000 is improved, and the problem of discharging the condensed water can be solved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the outdoor portion 202 is provided with a guide groove 207, one end of the drainage groove 31, which is away from the tray body 1, communicates with one end of the guide groove 207, and the other end of the guide groove 207 communicates with the mounting groove 204. Therefore, the length of the flow guide piece 3 can be reduced, and the structure and the processing technology of the water pan 10 are simplified.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the outdoor portion 202 has a drain hole 205, one side of the tray body 1 close to the wire body 2 is provided with a collecting piece 4, the collecting piece 4 has a water collecting tank 41 communicated with the water containing tank 11, the water collecting tank 41 is located at the other end of the tray body 1 in the longitudinal direction, and the other end of the water collecting tank 41 extends toward the outdoor portion 202 and is communicated with the drain hole 205. Thereby, a part of the condensed water in the water receiving tank 11 flows to the water collecting tank 41 and then flows to the water discharge hole 205 to be discharged out of the window type air conditioner 1000. In addition, the water collection tank 41 may receive condensed water dropping from the refrigerant pipe at one end of the indoor heat exchanger 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the bottom wall of the indoor portion 201 is provided with air inlet holes 206, and the tray body 1 is provided with escape holes 15 opposite to the air inlet holes 206. From this can increase indoor intake to can improve the air output, satisfy user's user demand.
A window type air conditioner 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The window type air conditioner 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the base plate assembly 100 of the window type air conditioner 1000 described above.
According to the window type air conditioner 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, the wiring body 2 is arranged on one side of the tray body 1 close to the outside 202 of the window type air conditioning room, the wiring groove 21 is arranged on the wiring body 2, and the wiring in the window type air conditioner 1000 can be arranged in the wiring groove 21, so that the wiring in the window type air conditioner 1000 is more orderly, an independent wiring structure can be avoided from being arranged in the window type air conditioner 1000, the structure and the assembly procedure of the window type air conditioner 1000 can be simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom wall of the water containing groove 11 includes a first wall 111 and a second wall 112, the first wall 111 is located on one side of the second wall 112 close to the wiring body 2, the first wall 111 is inclined downwards and the second wall 112 is inclined upwards in the direction from the first wall 111 to the second wall 112, and the lower end of the indoor heat exchanger 200 of the window type air conditioner 1000 is abutted against the first wall 111. The lower end of the indoor heat exchanger 200 abuts against the inclined surface of the first wall surface 111, so that the indoor heat exchanger 200 and the water pan 10 can be connected in a sealing manner, and the problem of air leakage caused by the fact that air flow entering the indoor part 201 flows away from the space between the indoor heat exchanger 200 and the water pan 10 is avoided.

Claims (22)

1. The utility model provides a water collector of window formula air conditioner which characterized in that includes:
the tray body is provided with a water containing groove;
the wiring body is arranged on one side of the disc body, which is close to the outer part of the window type air conditioner, and a wiring groove is arranged on the wiring body.
2. The drain pan of claim 1, wherein the wire body is detachably connected to or integrally formed with the pan body.
3. The drip pan of a window type air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the wire slots include a power wire slot, a strong current slot and a weak current slot, the power wire slot is disposed at one side of the wire running body, the strong current slot and the weak current slot are disposed at the other side of the wire running body, one end of the wire running body away from the pan body has an outlet, and the power wire slot, the strong current slot and the weak current slot are all communicated with the outlet.
4. The drip pan of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 3, wherein the strong current slot and the weak current slot are spaced in a direction from the wire running body to the pan body.
5. The drip tray of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 3, wherein said power line slot extends along an arcuate line.
6. The drip pan of claim 3, wherein the strong current slot and the weak current slot extend in a straight line and in a direction perpendicular to the direction from the wire running body to the pan body, and wherein ends of the side walls of the strong current slot and the weak current slot, which are far from the pan body, near the outlet are arc surfaces.
7. The drip pan of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the trough is provided with water leakage holes.
8. The drain pan of claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the sink includes a first wall and a second wall, the first wall being located on a side of the second wall adjacent to the wire, the first wall being inclined downwardly and the second wall being inclined upwardly in a direction from the first wall to the second wall.
9. The water pan of the window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 8, wherein a drainage member and a collection member are provided at one side of the pan body adjacent to the wire running body, the drainage member and the collection member respectively have a drainage groove and a collection groove communicated with the water containing groove, and the wire running body is located between the drainage groove and the collection groove.
10. The drip pan of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first wall surface is inclined downwardly in a direction from the catch basin to the drainage groove.
11. The drip pan of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib is provided under the pan body.
12. A base plate assembly for a window air conditioner, comprising:
a chassis including an indoor portion and an outdoor portion;
a drip tray for a window air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the tray body is located within the chamber.
13. The base pan assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 12, wherein said drip pan and said base pan are connected by fasteners and/or snap-fit.
14. The base plate assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 12, wherein one end of said plate body is provided with a wire clip spaced from a side wall of said base plate to define a routing space.
15. The chassis assembly of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 14, wherein said wiring slot includes a power wire slot, said power wire slot being disposed on a side of said wiring body, said wire clip being located at an end of said tray body adjacent to said power wire slot.
16. The base plate assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 15, wherein a first notch for passing the power cord is provided at an end of the outer peripheral wall of the plate body which is close to the cord lock and is remote from the outdoor portion, and a second notch for passing the power cord is provided at the outer peripheral wall of the base plate, the second notch being opposite to the first notch.
17. The base plate assembly of a window type air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the outdoor portion has a mounting groove for mounting a supercooling pipe, a drainage member is provided at a side of the plate body adjacent to the wire running body, the drainage member has a drainage groove communicating with the water containing groove, the drainage groove is located at one end of the plate body, and the other end of the drainage groove extends toward the mounting groove and communicates with the mounting groove.
18. The base plate assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 17, wherein a guide groove is formed at an outdoor portion, one end of the drainage groove, which is remote from the plate body, is communicated with one end of the guide groove, and the other end of the guide groove is communicated with the installation groove.
19. The chassis assembly of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 17, wherein said outdoor portion has a drain hole, one side of said tray body adjacent to said wire running body is provided with a collecting member, said collecting member has a water collecting tank communicating with said water receiving tank, said water collecting tank is located at the other end of said tray body, and the other end of said water collecting tank extends toward said outdoor portion and communicates with said drain hole.
20. A base plate assembly as claimed in claim 12, wherein air inlet openings are provided in the bottom wall of the indoor portion, and relief openings are provided in the base plate opposite to the air inlet openings.
21. A window type air conditioner, comprising: a base plate assembly for a window air conditioner according to any one of claims 12-20.
22. The window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 21, wherein the bottom wall of the water receiving groove comprises a first wall surface and a second wall surface, the first wall surface is located on one side of the second wall surface close to the wire body, the first wall surface is inclined downwards and the second wall surface is inclined upwards in the direction from the first wall surface to the second wall surface, and the lower end of the indoor heat exchanger of the window type air conditioner is abutted against the first wall surface.
