Abstract
The invention relates to a current transformer applicable to a 10kV miniaturized switch cabinet, which comprises: the bus bar connector comprises a body, a boss, a plurality of bus bar overlapping blocks, a secondary junction box and a fixed mounting plate; the body is provided with a left boss and a right boss which form an accommodating cavity; the left boss and the right boss are distributed on the left side and the right side of the body, and the body and the secondary junction box are fixedly arranged on the fixed mounting plate; the bus lapping block is vertically arranged with the body; the height of boss is higher than the height of generating line overlap joint piece, and the generating line overlap joint piece shields the intracavity that holds that forms at the boss completely. The bus lapping block is vertically arranged with the body, so that the size of the cabinet body is greatly reduced, and the bus lapping block is more convenient to install.

Technical Field

Background
The current transformer is a main element of a high-voltage switch cabinet and consists of a body poured by insulating materials, an internal electric coil, an exposed primary bus lapping block and a secondary junction box. The insulation distance in the switch cabinet is determined by the body structure and the bus lapping mode, and the overall size of the switch cabinet is also influenced. the bus bar comprises a body, a boss, a plurality of bus bar overlapping blocks, a secondary junction box and a fixed mounting plate, wherein the body is provided with a left boss and a right boss which form an accommodating cavity; the left boss and the right boss are distributed on the left side and the right side of the body.
The body and the secondary junction box are fixedly arranged on the fixed mounting plate.
The bus lapping block is vertically arranged with the body.
The height of boss is higher than the height of generating line overlap joint piece, and the generating line overlap joint piece shields the intracavity that holds that forms at the boss completely.
In a specific implementation example of the invention, the bus bar overlapping block comprises two bus bar overlapping blocks, and a bus bar hole is formed in each bus bar overlapping block.

The casting mold of the current transformer has no difficulty, almost no cost increase and no need of the change of an assembly process, simplifies and increases the electrical insulation protection of the bus lapping block, changes the installation direction of the bus and the current transformer and ensures that the cabinet body can meet the aim of realizing the miniaturization of the cabinet body under the condition of air insulation without adding any insulation piece in a switch cabinet.
According to the invention, the insulating surface wall of the body of the current transformer is redesigned, and the lapping direction of the copper bus lapping block is changed, so that the electric insulation protection of the current transformer on the bus lapping block is increased, and the aim of integrally miniaturizing the switch cabinet is fulfilled.
The invention also adds the support lug, and the fixed mounting plate at the position for mounting the secondary junction box is provided with the waist hole and the semicircular groove, thereby facilitating wiring and mounting.

In a specific implementation process, the busbar overlapping block 3 comprises two blocks (see fig. 1), and a busbar hole is formed in the busbar overlapping block 3.
The boss 2 is provided with support lugs 201 extending out of the left side and the right side, and the part where the body 1 and the boss 2 are combined is provided with a slope 101.
The main body 1 and the secondary junction box 4 are fixedly arranged on the fixed mounting plate 5 in a welding and screw connection mode.
A waist hole and a semicircular groove are arranged on the fixed mounting plate 5 at the position where the secondary junction box 4 is mounted.
In a specific embodiment, the width of the body 1 is: 520 mm and 550mm, the height of the boss 2 is 10-50mm higher than the bus bar lapping block 3.
According to the invention, the outer extending bosses on the two side walls are additionally arranged on the body to form the accommodating cavity, so that the live bus lapping block in the accommodating cavity is effectively insulated and protected.
The invention twists the lapping direction of the bus lapping block, so that the bus is vertically installed instead of being horizontally installed, which occupies the width of the cabinet body.
