Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用手套速缚胶带及其制备方法,其中医用手套速缚胶带由主贴胶带和付贴胶带构成,主贴胶带从上到下依次包括压敏胶、底涂剂、PP膜和离型剂;付贴胶带从上到下依次包括压敏胶、底涂剂、OPP膜和离型剂。所述底涂剂由以下成分组成:聚酯树脂12‑18份,异氰酸酯0.5‑1.5份,溶剂82‑90份。所述的底涂剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将聚酯树脂溶于机溶剂中,混合均匀,即得聚酯树脂溶液;将聚酯树脂溶液与异氰酸酯交联剂混合,搅拌均匀,即得底涂剂。所述的医用手套速缚胶带主(付)贴胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在PP(OPP)膜上涂布一层离型剂;在PP(OPP)膜另一面上涂布一层底涂剂;在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带主(付)贴胶带。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗技术领域,特别涉及一种医用手套速缚胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
市面上销售的医用橡胶手套衬口绑缚通常为非胶带产品,在应用过程中不易操作,绑缚速度慢;胶带产品由于橡胶手套内增塑剂释放对压敏胶浸透造成影响,导致粘贴时间短、自行脱落,且出现脱胶现象。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种医用手套速缚胶带,所述医用手套速缚胶带对增塑剂浸透起防护作用,增强其对基材附着力,确保长时间粘贴,不脱落、不脱胶;本发明的另一目的在于提供所述医用手套速缚胶带的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种医用手套速缚胶带,由主贴胶带和付贴胶带构成,主贴胶带从上到下依次包括第一压敏胶、第一底涂剂层、PP膜和第一离型剂层;付贴胶带从上到下依次包括第二压敏胶、第二底涂剂层、OPP膜和第二离型剂。
进一步地,所述主贴胶带一端以添加附加膜或者折叠的形式与付贴胶带连接在一起;另一端长于付贴胶带,具有无胶区域。
进一步地,所述无胶区域是在主贴胶带上另覆一层PP膜。
进一步地,所述主贴胶带的长度是60-65mm,优选的为62mm;付贴胶带的长度是30-35mm,优选的为32mm;无胶区域的长度是3-6mm,优选的为5mm。
进一步地,主贴胶带长度大于付贴胶带,在使用前将付贴胶带先粘于手套上,使用时拉开主贴重叠付贴一端,拉紧粘贴手套上即可。
进一步地,所述底涂剂由以下成分组成:
聚酯树脂 12-18份,
异氰酸酯 0.5-1.5份,
溶剂 82-90份。
进一步地,所述聚酯树脂优选的为16份;所述异氰酸酯优选的为0.8份;所述溶剂优选的为83.20份。

(1)将聚酯树脂与有机溶剂放入不锈钢桶中,通过搅拌机搅拌,混合均匀,即得聚酯树脂溶液;所述混合转速为50-80转/分;混合时间为6-8小时;
(2)将聚酯树脂溶液与异氰酸酯交联剂混合,搅拌均匀,即得底涂剂。

1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜上涂布一层离型剂;所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为38-40米/分;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜上另一面涂布一层底涂剂;所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为38-40米/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带主贴胶带,所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为36-38米/分。
一种医用手套速缚胶带付贴胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜上涂布一层离型剂;所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为38-40米/分;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜上另一面涂布一层底涂剂;所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为38-40M/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带付贴胶带,所述涂布为温度90-105℃,涂布速度为36-38米/分。
本发明有益效果:
(1)本发明所使用的聚酯树脂是熔点较高结晶性聚合物,其具有优异的力学性能、耐磨性、稳定性和成型性。其与异氰酸酯交联后,具有耐有机溶剂、耐油性、耐强酸、碱及高温的性能。同时也是一种极性材料,涂在PP表面可有效改善材料表面能,增强压敏胶对基材的附着力。
(2)本发明的底涂剂对增塑剂浸透起防护作用,增强其对基材附着力,确保胶带长时间粘贴手套不会出现脱落和脱胶现象。

一种医用手套速缚胶带主贴胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜上涂布一层离型剂,所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为40米/分;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜另一面上涂布一层底涂剂,增强基材附着力;所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为40米/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带主贴胶带,所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为38米/分。
一种医用手套速缚胶带付贴胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜上涂布一层离型剂,所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为40米/分;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜另一面上涂布一层底涂剂,增强基材附着力;所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为40米/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带付贴胶带,所述涂布为温度105℃,涂布速度为38米/分。
对比例1
采用市面上常见医用手套速缚胶带的制备方法:直接在基膜上涂上压敏胶。
以粘贴手套12h后撕开胶带的情况作对比,实施例与对比例1的测试效果见表1:

由表1可知,加入底涂剂的实施例均无脱落、脱胶现象,说明本发明的底涂剂对增塑剂浸透具有很好的防护作用,增强其对基材附着力,有效确保胶带长时间粘贴手套不会出现脱落和脱胶现象。

Claims (9)
1.一种医用手套速缚胶带,由主贴胶带和付贴胶带构成,主贴胶带从上到下依次包括第一压敏胶层、第一底涂剂层、PP膜和第一离型剂层;付贴胶带从上到下依次包括第二压敏胶层、第二底涂剂层、OPP膜和第二离型剂层;
所述主贴胶带一端以添加附加膜或者折叠的形式与付贴胶带连接在一起;另一端长于付贴胶带,具有无胶区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述无胶区域通过在主贴胶带上另覆一层PP膜而获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述主贴胶带的长度是60-65mm,付贴胶带的长度是30-35mm,无胶区域的长度是3-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述第一底涂剂层和第二底涂剂层由以下成分制成:
聚酯树脂 12-18份,
异氰酸酯 0.5-1.5份,
溶剂 82-90份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丁酮和甲苯的混合液体,丁酮与甲苯的混合比例为1:3-6。
6.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述第一底涂剂层和第二底涂剂层由以下步骤制备:
(1)将聚酯树脂溶于机溶剂中,混合均匀,即得聚酯树脂溶液;
(2)将聚酯树脂溶液与异氰酸酯交联剂混合,搅拌均匀,即得第一底涂剂层和第二底涂剂层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述第一离型剂层和第二离型剂层均为乙烯基成分硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述主贴胶带由以下方法制备:
1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜上涂布一层离型剂;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在PP膜的另一面涂布一层底涂剂;所述涂布的温度为90-105℃,涂布的速度为38-40米/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带的主贴胶带,所述涂布的温度为90-105℃,涂布的速度为36-38米/分。
9.根据权利要求1所述的医用手套速缚胶带,其特征在于,所述付贴胶带由以下方法制备:
1)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜上涂布一层离型剂;所述涂布的温度为90-105℃,涂布的速度为38-40米/分;
2)采用钢丝刮刀直涂法,在OPP膜的另一面涂布一层底涂剂;所述涂布的温度为90-105℃,涂布的速度为38-40米/分;
3)采用转移法,在底涂剂上涂布压敏胶,即得医用手套速缚胶带的付贴胶带,所述涂布的温度为90-105℃,涂布的速度为36-38米/分。
