Background
Pathological examination is a pathomorphological method for examining pathological changes in organs, tissues or cells of the body. In order to study the disease process of organs, tissues or cells, some kind of pathological morphological examination method can be used to examine the pathological changes of them, study the cause, pathogenesis and the process of pathological changes, and finally make pathological diagnosis. In existing pathological examination procedures, the cells are typically sampled using a puncture.
Application No.: 201810395436.3 discloses a cell puncture needle for pathological examination, comprising: the supporting structure comprises a connecting part, an upper square pipe body and a lower square pipe body, wherein the connecting part comprises a connecting column, an upper supporting wall and a lower supporting wall, one outer side wall of the lower square pipe body is provided with a vertical groove, and one outer side wall of the lower square pipe body is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves; the braking structure comprises a connecting block and a pressing head; the puncture structure comprises a suction cylinder, a puncture needle body, a piston and a pull rod; the extension length adjusting structure is a first spring sleeved on the peripheral wall of the suction cylinder; puncture length adjustment structure, it includes handle, fixture block, removes a section of thick bamboo and second spring. However, during the use process, the accuracy and depth of the puncture cannot be monitored in real time, and the patient may be more painful and painful.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an intelligent puncture device for pathological cell detection is provided, which includes a computer, a display, an ultrasonic detection module, a puncture control module and a puncture needle; the computer is connected with the display, the ultrasonic detection module and the puncture control module;
the ultrasonic detection module is provided with an ultrasonic signal generator, an ultrasonic signal collector and a plurality of ultrasonic transceiving probes; the ultrasonic signal collector is connected with the ultrasonic signal collector, the ultrasonic signal collector is connected with the plurality of ultrasonic transceiving probes, ultrasonic excitation signals sent by the ultrasonic signal generator reach the ultrasonic transceiving probes through a circuit in the ultrasonic signal collector, ultrasonic echo signals collected by the ultrasonic transceiving probes are transmitted to the ultrasonic signal collector, the ultrasonic signal collector sends the ultrasonic signals to the computer, and the computer processes the signals and displays the signals on the display;
the puncture control module is internally provided with a laser source and a spectrometer, the puncture needle is internally provided with an infrared detection probe, when puncture is carried out, a computer monitors infrared spectrum data collected by the infrared detection probe in real time, the position for collecting cells is determined according to the infrared spectrum data, and the puncture control module drives the puncture to sample the cells at the target position under the control of the computer.
The ultrasonic transceiving probe is a multi-transmitting multi-receiving probe and is connected to the ultrasonic collector through a cable; the ultrasonic transceiving probe can be stuck to the surface of the skin through a double-sided adhesive tape; the ultrasonic signal generator excites signals with different frequencies for each ultrasonic transceiving probe, so that the working frequencies of the different ultrasonic transceiving probes are different, and interference is avoided;
ultrasonic signals acquired by different ultrasonic transceiving probes are sent to a computer, the computer processes the ultrasonic signals to obtain ultrasonic image data, and the ultrasonic image data are displayed as a plurality of images on a display.
A laser source, a spectrometer and a puncture needle controller are arranged in the puncture control module; the puncture needle comprises a hand-held handle and a puncture needle head, and a baffle is arranged between the hand-held handle and the puncture needle head;
the puncture needle head comprises three layers, wherein the innermost layer is a detection layer, the middle layer is a sampling layer, and the outermost layer is a cutting layer;
the detection layer comprises a detection conduit and a detection head, a light source optical fiber and a collection optical fiber are arranged in the detection conduit, and the light source optical fiber and the collection optical fiber are both connected to the detection head; the detection head is a cone made of fused quartz, and the bottom surface of the cone is connected to the detection conduit; the light source optical fiber and the collecting optical fiber are coupled to the bottom surface of the detection head; the light emitted by the light source optical fiber is incident to the bottom surface of the detection head and then irradiates the tissue to be detected on the side surface of the detection head, and the light reflected back to the detection head from the tissue to be detected is reflected again on the other side surface and then enters the acquisition optical fiber; the collection optical fiber sends the optical signal to the spectrometer, and the spectrometer sends the spectral data to the computer;
the computer judges whether the puncture needle head reaches a point to be sampled or not according to the acquired spectral signals;
the sampling layer is wrapped outside the detection layer, and the bottom surface of the detection head is just flush with the edge of the sampling layer; the edge of the sampling layer is sharp, and the front surface of the edge of the sampling layer and the conical surface of the detection head are on the same conical surface; the sampling layer can move relative to the detection layer under the control of the puncture needle controller, so that the edge of the sampling layer exceeds the detection head to perform tissue sampling;
the cutting layer is wrapped on the outer side of the sampling layer, and the end of the edge frontal surface of the sampling layer is just flush with the edge of the cutting layer;
the cutting layer can move relative to the sampling layer under the control of the puncture needle controller, so that the edge of the cutting layer exceeds the edge of the sampling layer; the cutting layer includes tubulose section and cutting section, and the cutting section comprises a plurality of sharp cutting blades, and the cutting blade has inherent bending force for after the sampling layer was popped out to the cutting layer, the cutting blade can draw in and form complete conical surface to the center, thereby seals the tip of sampling layer.
The intelligent puncture sampling method of the intelligent puncture device for pathological cell detection comprises the following steps:
step one, opening a computer and an ultrasonic detection module, and fixing an ultrasonic transceiving probe near and on the opposite side of a position to be sampled by using a double-sided adhesive tape so that a plurality of ultrasonic images can be clearly seen on a display;
secondly, under the guidance of the ultrasonic image, the puncture needle is punctured into the position to be sampled, and the computer is controlled to obtain an infrared spectrum image of the puncture position in real time; determining whether the tip of the puncture needle reaches a sampling point or not according to the infrared spectrum image;
step three, controlling a puncture needle control part to extend out the sampling layer so that the tissues of the sampling point enter the tubular sampling layer;
step four, controlling the puncture needle control part to extend out of the cutting layer, so that the cutting sheet is folded towards the center and forms a complete conical surface, thereby closing the end part of the sampling layer and storing the sampled tissue in the tube of the sampling layer;
and step five, taking out the puncture needle, returning the cutting layer and the sampling layer in sequence, and placing the sampled tissue into a container to finish sampling.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention uses a plurality of ultrasonic receiving and transmitting probes to guide images for puncture, the ultrasonic receiving and transmitting probes use double-sided adhesive as coupling medium and provide adhesive force, so that a plurality of ultrasonic receiving and transmitting probes can be simultaneously installed and guide images for puncture from a plurality of angles; the novel puncture needle structure is designed, the three-layer structure is adopted, the innermost layer is used for spectroscopic detection, whether the sampling position is reached or not can be determined more conveniently, and due to the fact that infrared spectrums of different tissues in a human body are different, the puncture sampling position does not need to be judged according to experience of a doctor, and the puncture needle structure is more accurate and intelligent; use two-layer tubulose structure during the sample, sample that can be more accurate, and sample back tube tip seals to the sample loss when taking out the syringe needle after preventing the sample.

The advantages, features and methods of accomplishing the same will become apparent from the drawings and the detailed description that follows.
Example 1:
this embodiment is described with respect to the apparatus of the present invention. With reference to fig. 1-4, an intelligent puncturing device for pathological cell detection comprises a computer 1, a display 2, an ultrasonic detection module 3, a puncturing control module 4 and a puncturing needle 5; the computer 1 is connected with the display 2, the ultrasonic detection module 3 and the puncture control module 4;
the ultrasonic detection module 3 is provided with an ultrasonic signal generator 31, an ultrasonic signal collector 32 and a plurality of ultrasonic transceiving probes 33; the ultrasonic signal generator 31 is connected with the ultrasonic signal collector 32, the ultrasonic signal collector 32 is connected with the plurality of ultrasonic transceiving probes 33, an ultrasonic excitation signal sent by the ultrasonic signal generator 31 reaches the ultrasonic transceiving probes 33 through a circuit in the ultrasonic signal collector 32, an ultrasonic echo signal collected by the ultrasonic transceiving probes 33 is transmitted to the ultrasonic signal collector 32, the ultrasonic signal collector 32 sends the ultrasonic signal to the computer 1, and the computer 1 processes the signal and then displays the signal on the display 2;
a laser source and a spectrometer are arranged in the puncture control module 4, an infrared detection probe is arranged in the puncture needle 5, when puncture is carried out, the computer 1 monitors infrared spectrum data collected by the infrared detection probe in real time, the cell collection position is determined according to the infrared spectrum data, and the puncture control module 4 drives the puncture needle 5 to sample cells at a target position under the control of the computer 1.
The ultrasonic transceiving probe 33 is a multi-transmitting multi-receiving probe, and the ultrasonic transceiving probe 33 is connected to the ultrasonic collector through a cable; the ultrasonic transceiving probe 33 can be adhered to the surface of the skin through a double-sided adhesive tape; the ultrasonic signal generator 31 excites signals with different frequencies for each ultrasonic transceiving probe 33, so that the working frequencies of different ultrasonic transceiving probes 33 are different, and interference is avoided;
ultrasonic signals acquired by different ultrasonic transceiving probes 33 are sent to the computer 1, the computer 1 processes the ultrasonic signals to obtain ultrasonic image data, and the ultrasonic image data is displayed as a plurality of images on the display 2.
A laser source, a spectrometer and a puncture needle 5 controller are arranged in the puncture control module 4; the puncture needle 5 comprises a hand-held handle 51 and a puncture needle head 52, and a baffle plate 53 is arranged between the hand-held handle 51 and the puncture needle head 52;
the puncture needle head 52 has three layers, the innermost layer is a detection layer 54, the middle layer is a sampling layer 55, and the outermost layer is a cutting layer 56;
the detection layer 54 comprises a detection conduit 61 and a detection head 62, a light source optical fiber 63 and a collection optical fiber 64 are arranged in the detection conduit 61, and the light source optical fiber 63 and the collection optical fiber 64 are both connected to the detection head 62; the detection head 62 is a cone made of fused silica, and the bottom surface of the cone is connected to the detection conduit 61; the light source optical fiber 63 and the collecting optical fiber 64 are coupled to the bottom surface of the detection head 62; the light emitted by the light source optical fiber 63 is incident on the bottom surface of the detection head 62 and then irradiates the tissue to be detected on the side surface of the detection head 62, and the light reflected from the tissue to be detected back to the detection head 62 is reflected again on the other side surface and then enters the collection optical fiber 64; the collection optical fiber 64 sends the optical signal to the spectrometer, and the spectrometer sends the spectral data to the computer 1;
the computer 1 judges whether the puncture needle head 52 reaches a point to be sampled or not according to the acquired spectrum signal;
the sampling layer 55 is wrapped outside the detection layer 54, and the bottom surface of the detection head 62 is just flush with the edge of the sampling layer 55; the edge of the sampling layer 55 is sharp, and the front surface 57 of the edge of the sampling layer 55 and the conical surface of the detection head 62 are on the same conical surface; the sampling layer 55 can move relative to the detection layer 54 under the control of the puncture needle 5 controller, so that the edge of the sampling layer 55 exceeds the detection head 62 for tissue sampling;
the cutting layer 56 wraps the outer side of the sampling layer 55, and the edge frontal surface 57 of the sampling layer 55 is just flush with the edge of the cutting layer 56;
the cutting layer 56 can be moved relative to the sampling layer 55 under the control of the controller of the puncture needle 5 so that the edge of the cutting layer 56 exceeds the edge of the sampling layer 55; the cutting layer 56 includes a tubular section 58 and a cutting section comprising a plurality of sharp cutting blades 59, the cutting blades 59 having an inherent bending force such that after the cutting layer 56 is ejected from the sampling layer 55, the cutting blades 59 can converge toward the center and form a complete cone, thereby closing the end of the sampling layer 55.
Example 2
This embodiment is described with respect to a method of using the present apparatus.
Step one, opening the computer 1 and the ultrasonic detection module 3, and fixing the ultrasonic transceiving probe 33 near and opposite to the position to be sampled by using a double-sided adhesive tape, so that a plurality of ultrasonic images can be clearly seen on the display 2;
secondly, under the guidance of the ultrasonic image, the puncture needle 5 is punctured into the position to be sampled, and the computer 1 is controlled to obtain an infrared spectrum image of the puncture position in real time; determining whether the tip of the puncture needle 5 reaches a sampling point or not according to the infrared spectrum image;
step three, controlling a control part of the puncture needle 5 to extend the sampling layer 55 so that the tissues of the sampling point enter the tubular sampling layer;
step four, controlling a control part of the puncture needle 5 to extend out the cutting layer 56, so that the cutting sheet 59 is folded towards the center and forms a complete conical surface, thereby closing the end part of the sampling layer 55 and storing the sampled tissue in the tube of the sampling layer 55;
and step five, taking out the puncture needle 5, returning the cutting layer 56 and the sampling layer 55 in sequence, and placing the sampled tissue into a container to finish sampling.
