To solve at least one aspect of the above technical problems to some extent, the present invention provides a handle and a kitchen appliance.
The handle includes front panel, backshell and middle grillage, middle grillage sets up the front panel with between the backshell, the front panel with the backshell respectively with middle grillage fixed connection, middle grillage with the front panel and/or be equipped with the chamber of stepping down between the backshell.
According to the invention, the middle plate frame is arranged between the front panel and the rear shell of the handle, so that the functions of the handle are conveniently expanded, and the support strength of the handle is enhanced. For example, a buzzer can be arranged in the abdicating cavity between the middle plate frame and the front panel or the rear shell for reminding food steaming; set up circuit board and luminous component for realize the light efficiency etc. of handle.
Optionally, the middle plate frame comprises a supporting plate and a pressing strip, the top and the bottom of the supporting plate are respectively provided with the pressing strip, the front end of the pressing strip is connected with the front panel, and the rear end of the pressing strip is connected with the rear shell. Optionally, the light-transmitting portion is disposed on the front panel and/or the rear housing, and a predetermined pattern is disposed on a surface of the light-transmitting portion. The light transmission part is arranged on the front panel or the rear shell, and light rays can shine in the front-back direction, so that the identification is convenient. And the light-transmitting part is provided with patterns which can be logo of an enterprise, propaganda characters of the enterprise and the like, so that the aesthetic feeling is improved, and an enterprise propaganda way is provided.
Optionally, the inner wall of the light-transmitting portion is provided with a colored coating. The light-transmitting part is provided with the colored coating, so that the light-transmitting part can transmit light with different colors, and the attractiveness is further improved.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a kitchen appliance comprising the above handle.
Optionally, the kitchen appliance comprises at least one of a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a dishwasher, a disinfection cabinet, an integrated range and a microwave oven.
Compared with the prior art, the kitchen appliance has the same beneficial effects as the handle, and the description is omitted.
Detailed Description
Kitchen appliances generally comprise a box body and a box door, and an accommodating space is arranged in the box body. The outside of the box door is provided with a handle which is convenient for opening and closing the box door, and the handle is fixedly connected with the box door through a connecting column. The existing handle is generally of an integrally formed structure or a structure that a front panel is attached to a rear shell, the function of the existing handle is only used for grasping, the function is single, and the function expansion is inconvenient. Therefore, the invention provides a novel handle and a kitchen appliance.
In addition, if there is a description of "first", "second", etc. in an embodiment of the present invention, the description of "first", "second", etc. is for descriptive purposes only and is not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. In this specification, the X direction refers to the front, i.e., the front relative to the steam box in normal recognition by the user when the steam box is placed horizontally and the handle faces the user; the direction opposite to the X direction is the rear.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. For convenience of description, in describing the handle of the present invention, the description will be made by taking a steam box as an example.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a handle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a handle body and two connecting columns 4 fixedly connected to the handle body. One end of the connecting column 4 is connected with the handle body, and the other end is fixedly connected with the door of the steam box. The two connecting columns 4 are evenly distributed.
The handle body comprises a front panel 1, a rear shell 2 and a middle plate frame 3, wherein the middle plate frame 3 has enough supporting strength. Middle grillage 3 sets up between front panel 1 and backshell 2, and front panel 1 and backshell 2 respectively with middle grillage 3 fixed connection. An abdicating cavity 9 is arranged between the middle plate frame 3 and the front panel 1.
Due to the existence of the middle plate frame 3, the integral supporting strength of the handle is improved. Meanwhile, elements such as a circuit board, a light emitting part and the like which can be used for expanding the functions of the handle are conveniently arranged in the yielding cavity 9 between the front panel 1 and/or the rear shell 2 and the supporting plate frame 3. The intermediate plate frame 3 may be made of a material having higher supporting strength, such as high-strength aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or the like. The support of the front panel 1 and the rear housing 2 is to some extent freed as the intermediate panel support 3 can be used to assume a main support function. For example, when the circuit board and the light emitting component are disposed in the cavity 9, a light-transmitting region may be disposed on the front panel 1 or the rear case 2 to realize light transmission of the handle, and both the circuit board and the light emitting component may be fixedly mounted on the middle plate frame 3.
Optionally, the middle plate frame 3 includes a support plate 31 and a pressing bar 32. The support plate 31 is located between the front panel 1 and the rear case 2. The top and bottom of the support plate 31 are provided with beads 32 (top and bottom means here and later, that when the steaming box is in normal position, the upper end of the component is the top and the lower end of the component is the bottom). The hold-down strip 32 is integrally formed with the support plate 31. The front end of the pressing strip 32 is connected with the front panel 1, and the rear end of the pressing strip 32 is connected with the rear shell 2.
The front and rear sides of the hold-down strip 32 are provided with pallets 35. The pallet 35 projects forward or rearward relative to the support plate 31. The front panel 1 is attached to the front surface of the front side pallet 35 of the bead 32, and the rear case 2 is attached to the rear surface of the rear side pallet 35 of the bead 32. The arrangement of the saddle 35 ensures that the yielding cavity 9 is formed between the support plate 31 and the front panel 1 and the rear shell 2. Of course, the abdicating cavity 9 can also be arranged on one side of the supporting plate 31. For example, if the pallet 35 is provided on the front side of the bead 32 and the pallet 35 is not provided on the rear side of the bead 32, the support plate 31 and the rear case 2 are directly attached to each other, and at this time, the abdicating cavity 9 is formed only between the support plate 31 and the front panel 1.
The connection of the front panel 1 and the rear case 2 to the bead 32 may be welding, screwing, or strong adhesive. For example, screw holes may be provided in the front panel 1, the rear case 2, and the mount 35 of the bead 32, and the front panel 1, the rear case 2, and the middle plate frame 3 may be fixedly connected by screws, or a strong adhesive may be provided on the mount 35 of the bead 32, and the front panel 1, the rear case 2, and the mount 35 may be press-fitted.
The front end of the batten 32 is provided with a first protrusion 321 protruding forwards, and the rear end of the batten 32 is provided with a second protrusion 322 protruding backwards. The first protrusion 321 is used for limiting the front panel 1, and the second protrusion 322 is used for limiting the rear case 2. The first projection 321 and the second projection 322 are respectively raised in the front-rear direction with respect to the holder 35 of the bead 32. Moreover, the inner wall of the first protrusion 321 is attached to the top surface or the bottom surface of the front panel 1, and the inner wall of the second protrusion 322 is attached to the top surface or the bottom surface of the rear case 2. The inner walls are the opposite side walls of the two first protrusions 321 and the opposite side walls of the two second protrusions 322.
After the front panel 1 and the middle plate frame 3 are assembled, the front panel 1 is positioned between the first protrusions 321 of the two pressing strips 32, and the front panel 1 is limited up and down; the rear shell 2 is located between the second protrusions 322 of the two pressing strips 32, and has an up-and-down limiting effect on the rear shell 2. Further, the two first protrusions 321 are in interference fit with the front panel 1, and the front panel 1 is plugged into a space between the two first protrusions 321, so that the front panel 1 is fixed by the pressing bar 32; similarly, the two second protrusions 322 are in interference fit with the rear shell 2, and the rear shell 2 is plugged into the space between the two second protrusions 322, so that the fixing of the pressing bar 32 on the rear shell 2 is realized.
It can be seen that the first protrusion 321 and the second protrusion 322 respectively play a role in limiting and compressing the front panel 1 and the rear housing 2, thereby further ensuring the assembly reliability of the front panel 1 and the rear housing 2.
Meanwhile, the first protrusion 321 covers the upper and lower edges of the front panel 1, and the second protrusion 322 covers the upper and lower edges of the rear case 2, so that the handle is more attractive.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the light source assembly is provided on the support plate 31 of the middle plate holder 3. The light source assembly comprises at least a light emitting part 5 and the handle side wall is provided with a light transmitting part, wherein the handle side wall refers to the wall part of the handle between the avoiding cavity 9 and the outer surface of the handle. Specifically, the side wall of at least one of the bead 32, the front panel 1, and the rear case 2 is provided with a light-transmitting portion, and the light-emitting member 5 corresponds to the light-transmitting portion.
The handle sets up light source subassembly and printing opacity portion, can realize the printing opacity effect for the handle is more pleasing to the eye, and discerns easily in darker environment.
Alternatively, the light source assembly comprises a circuit board 6 and a light emitting part 5, which may be an LED chip or an incandescent lamp or the like. The circuit boards 6 are arranged in the yielding cavity 9 between the support plate 31 and the front panel 1 and the yielding cavity 9 between the support plate 31 and the rear shell 2.
The circuit board 6 is arranged in parallel with the support plate 31, and the circuit board 6 is fixedly connected with the support plate 31 by screws. The light emitting parts 5 are disposed on the top and bottom of the circuit board 6.
Optionally, the light-transmitting portions include a first light-transmitting portion 33 and a second light-transmitting portion.
The top and/or bottom of the middle plate frame 3 is provided with a first light-transmitting part 33. Specifically, the bead 32 is provided with a first light-transmitting portion 33. The first light-transmitting part 33 extends from the side wall of the abdicating cavity 9 to the outer wall of the pressing strip 32, and the outer wall of the pressing strip 32 is the top surface or the bottom surface of the handle. When the light emitting part 5 emits light, light can be irradiated from the inside of the avoiding cavity 9 to the outside of the handle through the first light transmission part 33, and the light transmission effect of the handle is formed.
The top and/or the bottom of the middle plate frame 3 are provided with light-transmitting parts, so that the light-transmitting effect of the upper and lower outlines of the handle can be formed.
The first light transmission part 33 can be manufactured by forming a light transmission hole on the bead 32 and then arranging a light transmission material in the light transmission hole, so that the light transmission hole can be blocked and the light transmission effect can be guaranteed. Further, the pressing strip 32 can be made of a light-transmitting material, and the pressing strip 32 is fixedly connected with the support plate 31. The light-transmitting material can be plastic, organic glass and the like with the light transmittance of 40-80%.
Preferably, the first light transmission portion 33 has a long stripe shape, a grid shape, or a dot shape. The first light transmission portions 33 in the form of long stripes, grids, or dots are arranged linearly along the upper and lower contours of the handle.
The first light-transmitting part 33 in a strip shape, a grid shape or a round point shape is arranged, so that on one hand, the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced to a certain degree, and on the other hand, the first light-transmitting part is more suitably arranged along the edge of the handle, and the outline of the handle is favorably highlighted.
Alternatively, the first light-transmitting portions 33 in a grid shape and a dot shape may be provided in sections or at intervals. For example, 5 grid-shaped first light transmission portions 33 are provided between every adjacent 5 dot-shaped first light transmission portions 33.
The first light transmission part 33 is arranged in different shapes, so that different visual effects are achieved, and diversified requirements of customers are met.
The front panel 1 is provided with a second light transmission portion. At this time, in order to achieve a better light transmission effect, the light emitting part 5 is provided in front of the circuit board in the escape cavity 9 between the support plate 31 and the front panel 1, and the position of the light emitting part 5 corresponds to the position of the second light transmission part. Of course, the second light transmission portion may be provided in the rear case 2, and the light emitting member 5 corresponding to the second light transmission portion in the rear case 2 may be additionally provided.
Preferably, the second light-transmitting portion is provided with a predetermined pattern. The preset pattern can be logo of an enterprise, propaganda words of the enterprise and the like, and can also be cartoon animation image or animal and plant pattern and the like. On one hand, the handle becomes a novel enterprise advertisement carrier, and on the other hand, the interest and the attractiveness of the handle are improved.
Furthermore, the front panel 1 and/or the rear shell 2 are made of light-transmitting materials, the light transmittance is below 70%, and the whole handle has a glittering and translucent effect.
In the above embodiments, the surface of the light-transmitting portion may be provided with a frosted layer, and for example, the surface of the light-transmitting portion may be frosted to make the transmitted light softer. For example, in combination with the above embodiments, the front panel 1 or the rear housing 2 may be made of colorless transparent glass or colored glass, the colorless transparent glass may be frosted to form a hazy milky color, and the colored glass has a better decoration effect after being frosted, so as to better meet the personalized requirements of users. Obviously, after the light-transmitting part is frosted, the light-transmitting effect is softer and hazy, and the electric elements, circuits and the like in the cavity 9 cannot be seen from the outside of the handle.
Preferably, the inner wall of the light-transmitting part is provided with a colored coating. So that the handle can transmit light with different colors, and the appearance is further improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the middle plate member 3 illustratively includes a support plate 31, and the support plate 31 is a rectangular plate. The top and the bottom of the supporting plate 31 are provided with pressing strips 32, and the pressing strips 32 are perpendicular to the supporting plate 31. The left side and the right side of the supporting plate 31 are both provided with side coamings 36, and the side coamings 36 are vertical to the supporting plate 31. The side enclosing plate 36 is connected with the pressing strip 32, so that the side enclosing plate 36 and the pressing strip 32 enclose the mounting groove 34 on the surface of the supporting plate 31. And, the mounting grooves 34 are formed one at each of front and rear sides of the support plate 31. The mounting groove 34 can be provided with a screw hole or a positioning column fixing structure for mounting components such as a circuit board, a light emitting component and a cable.
The first light-transmitting portion 33 is provided on the bead 32, i.e., on a groove wall corresponding to the mounting groove 34. In this embodiment, two rows of parallel first light-transmitting portions 33 are disposed on the pressing bar 32, wherein one row of the first light-transmitting portions 33 is disposed on a groove wall of the mounting groove 34 located in front of the support plate 31, and the other row is disposed on a groove wall of the mounting groove 34 located behind the support plate 31. In order to transmit light to the left and right of the handle, the first light transmitting portion 33 may be provided also on the side wall plate 36.
In the above embodiment, the structure of the intermediate plate frame 3 is merely exemplified. In fact, the structure of the middle plate frame 3 can be changed and improved, for example, a wire through hole can be formed on the support plate 31, which facilitates communication between the front side component and the rear side component of the support plate 31. Such changes and modifications are intended to be within the scope of the present inventive concept.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a kitchen appliance including the handle of the above embodiment. The kitchen appliance can be a steam box, an oven, a steam oven, a dish washing machine, a disinfection cabinet, a microwave oven and the like.
Taking the steam box as an example, the steam box comprises a box body and a box door, wherein the box door is hinged with a box door frame, and the handle of the embodiment is arranged on the box door. The handle is fixedly connected with the box door through a connecting column 4. The light source assembly in the handle is electrically connected with the box door through the connecting column 4, and further electrically connected with the electric control box of the steam box. Specifically, a wiring channel can be arranged in the connecting column 4, a cable connected with the light source assembly is connected to a circuit on the box door through the wiring channel, and the circuit on the box door is connected to an electric control box of the steam box through the cable between the box door and the box body. In other embodiments, a battery accommodating cavity can be arranged in the yielding cavity 9 in the handle, the battery accommodating cavity is used for installing a battery for supplying power to the light source assembly, and the battery can be a dry battery, a lithium battery and the like.
