本发明公开了一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜,其包括后视镜本体;拍照装置,设置于所述后视镜本体上,用于拍摄驾驶员的眼部图像;处理器,其与所述拍照装置信号连接,用于接收并处理所述眼部图像以判断所述驾驶员的疲劳程度;报警装置,其与所述处理器信号连接,用于在所述驾驶员疲劳驾驶时生成提示信号。本发明的后视镜能够实时检测驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态,当判断驾驶员处于疲劳状态时建议驾驶员停车休息。

Description

一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种驾驶辅助系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜。
背景技术
驾驶疲劳,是指驾驶人在长时间连续行车后,产生生理机能和心理机能的失调,而在客观上出现驾驶技能下降的现象。驾驶人睡眠质量差或不足,长时间驾驶车辆,容易出现疲劳。驾驶疲劳会影响到驾驶人的注意、感觉、知觉、思维、判断、意志、决定和运动等诸方面。引起疲劳驾驶的因素是多方面的。驾驶人的疲劳主要是神经和感觉器官的疲劳,以及因长时间保持固定姿势,血液循环不畅所引起的肢体疲劳。驾驶人长时间坐在固定的座位上,动作受到一定限制,注意力高度集中,忙于判断车外刺激信息,精神状态高度紧张,从而出现眼睛模糊、腰酸背痛、反应迟钝、驾驶不灵活等驾驶疲劳现象。形成疲劳的顺序是:眼睛,颈部、肩部、腰部,主要是眼睛和身体的疲劳还有大脑的疲劳这也是不可忽视的方面。
现有的眼球追踪防疲劳技术在检测到驾驶员疲劳驾驶后,在多次提醒或提醒无效后一般会直接控制汽车熄火,而行驶中的车辆直接熄火对后车影响较大,容易造成安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种后视镜,该后视镜能够防止驾驶员疲劳驾驶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜,其包括:后视镜本体;拍照装置,设置于所述后视镜本体上,用于拍摄驾驶员的眼部图像;处理器,其与所述拍照装置信号连接,用于接收并处理所述眼部图像以判断所述驾驶员的疲劳程度;报警装置,其与所述处理器信号连接,用于在所述驾驶员疲劳驾驶时生成提示信号。
进一步地,所述后视镜本体设有车速检测装置和刺激性气体喷雾器,且所述所述车速检测模块和刺激性气体喷雾器分别与与所述处理器信号连接。
当所述车速检测模块检测出汽车的行驶速度大于0,且所述处理器判断所述驾驶员处于疲劳状态时,所述控制模块向所述刺激性气体喷雾器发出启动信号,所述刺激性气体喷雾器向驾驶员喷出刺激性气体。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明的后视镜,其通过在后视镜本体上设置一个拍照装置,利用拍照装置拍摄驾驶员的眼部图像,再通过处理器处理拍照装置所获取的图像信息以判断驾驶员的疲劳程度;当处理器判断驾驶员处于疲劳状态时,处理器控制报警装置生成提示信息;本发明能够实时检测驾驶员是否处于疲劳状态,当判断驾驶员处于疲劳状态时建议驾驶员停车休息。

请参阅图1,一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜,其包括后视镜本体;拍照装置,设置于所述后视镜本体上,用于拍摄驾驶员的眼部图像;处理器,其与所述拍照装置信号连接,用于接收并处理所述眼部图像以判断所述驾驶员的疲劳程度;报警装置,其与所述处理器信号连接,用于在所述驾驶员疲劳驾驶时生成提示信号。
优选地,所述后视镜本体设有车速检测装置和刺激性气体喷雾器,且所述所述车速检测模块和刺激性气体喷雾器分别与与所述处理器信号连接。
当所述车速检测模块检测出汽车的行驶速度大于0,且所述处理器判断所述驾驶员处于疲劳状态时,所述控制模块向所述刺激性气体喷雾器发出启动信号,所述刺激性气体喷雾器向驾驶员喷出刺激性气体。
本发明的后视镜,其通过行车记录仪中的车速检测模块感知汽车是否处于行驶状态,进而通过眼球识别仪的摄像模块获取主驾驶座上的影像信息,再通过人脸识别模块识别出是否有驾驶员在主驾驶座上,再通过眼球检测模块在人脸识别模块识别出的人脸特征信息中检测是否存在眼球影像;若判定有人处于驾驶座且汽车处于行驶状态,但是主驾驶座上的人却处于闭眼的状态,则判定驾驶员疲劳驾驶,通过方向盘或主驾驶座上的驾驶员刺激器对驾驶员进行物理刺激,使驾驶员睁开眼睛。
进一步地,后视镜本体上设有与处理器连接的车速检测装置和刺激性气体喷雾器;当处理器判断驾驶员处于疲劳状态,而车速检测装置测出的汽车行驶速度大于0,即汽车仍处于行驶状态时,处理器控制刺激性气体喷雾器启动,向驾驶员喷出刺激性气体,以防止驾驶员忽略提示信息、继续驾驶。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

1.一种具有疲劳驾驶提示功能的后视镜,其特征在于,包括:
后视镜本体;
拍照装置,设置于所述后视镜本体上,用于拍摄驾驶员的眼部图像;
处理器,其与所述拍照装置信号连接,用于接收并处理所述眼部图像以判断所述驾驶员的疲劳程度;
报警装置,其与所述处理器信号连接,用于在所述驾驶员疲劳驾驶时生成提示信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其特征在于:
所述后视镜本体设有车速检测装置和刺激性气体喷雾器,且所述所述车速检测模块和刺激性气体喷雾器分别与与所述处理器信号连接;
当所述车速检测模块检测出汽车的行驶速度大于0,且所述处理器判断所述驾驶员处于疲劳状态时,所述控制模块向所述刺激性气体喷雾器发出启动信号,所述刺激性气体喷雾器向驾驶员喷出刺激性气体。
