When the water tank 2 is pulled out from the shell 1 through the opening part 13 by a user, a water filling port sealing cover 25 is opened to add a certain amount of cooking water into the inner cavity of the water tank body 24 from the water filling port 231, then the water filling port sealing cover 25 is connected to the water tank cover 23 through the water filling port 231, the water tank 2 is pushed into the shell 1 through the opening part 13 arranged on the installation thrust part 11, if the water tank 2 is not pushed into the set position of the shell 1, the distance between the positioning magnetic levitation member 52 and the positioning detection reed switch 31 exceeds the magnetic force action range or the magnetic force is very weak, the positioning detection circuit of the detection device 3 is in a feedback loop state, and at the moment, if the electric steaming stove is started, the controller 7 gives an electric signal to the alarm device 8, so that the alarm device 8 sends out fault prompts of positioning of the water tank 2 and the shell 1. On the contrary, if the water tank 2 is pushed into the set position of the housing 1, the water supply tank enters a normal water supply state if the electric steaming furnace is started to operate.
With the use of the water supply tank of the electric steaming furnace, the cooking water serving as a heating medium in the water tank body 24 is gradually consumed, the water level detection magnetic levitation component 6 correspondingly moves downwards along with the descending of the water level surface in the water tank 2, when the cooking water in the water tank body 24 is lower than the set minimum water level, namely when the water level detection reed pipe 32 senses the magnetic force of the water level magnetic levitation piece 62, the water level detection circuit of the detection device 3 is in a feedback loop state, at the moment, the electric steaming furnace pauses the cooking work, and the controller 7 gives an electric signal to the alarm device 8, so that the alarm device 8 sends out water shortage or water replenishment prompt information; after the cooking water in the water tank body 24 is replenished, the prompt information automatically disappears, and the electric steaming furnace can continue to perform the cooking work which is not completed before the water is replenished.
