Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型润滑油消泡剂,属于一种消泡剂。由如下体积份数的原料组成:甲基硅油0.2~0.5份,油酸0.5~1.0份,丙烯酸乙酯0.3~0.6份,乙二醇0.2~0.4份,三聚磷酸钠0.1‑0.3份,甘露醇0.1‑0.3份。优点是:主要应用于发电机组润滑油系统,当发现润滑油油质劣化,泡沫特性值明显不符合要求的情况下,可以在机组运行过程中添加本发明产品,从而改善润滑油泡沫特性值。可以在机组运行时使用,避免停机处理润滑油带来的成本损失;消泡能力强,使用量较少时就能有效消除泡沫;消泡剂加入以后不影响被消泡体系的基本性能;提高安全生产可靠性。针对发电企业的这种需求,在机组运行过程中进行添加,添加量少,提高润滑油泡汤特性效果明显,可以确保机组安全稳定运行。

Description

一种新型润滑油消泡剂
技术领域
本发明属于一种消泡剂,主要应用于发电机组润滑油系统。
背景技术
火力发电厂中大型汽轮发电机组是重要的发电设备之一。作为高速运转的机械设备,润滑油系统是其重要的保障。汽轮机润滑油系统主要用于向汽轮发电机组各轴承提供润滑油,向发电机氢密封系统提供密封油以及顶轴装置油泵提供充足的油源。而在此过程中,润滑油油质劣化严重将导致机组停机、设备损坏等严重后果。当发现润滑油油质劣化,泡沫特性值明显不符合要求的情况下,可以在机组运行过程中,添加润滑油消泡剂,从而改善润滑油泡沫特性值。
对品质劣化的润滑油进行处理是目前行业内常规的做法。目前常用的消泡剂主要有以下几种:天然脂类消泡剂、醚类消泡剂、硅类消泡剂;这些消泡剂种类各有其优缺点。而发电厂出现润滑油劣化后,主要期望在设备不停止运行的状态下,对油质进行处理,从而保证生产的正常进行。但目前通常需停机添加,添加量多,给正常生产带来影响。
发明内容
本发明提供一种新型润滑油消泡剂,以解决目前存在的通常需停机添加,添加量多,给正常生产带来影响的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:由如下体积份数的原料组成:
甲基硅油0.2~0.5份;
油酸0.5~1.0份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.3~0.6份;
乙二醇0.2~0.4份;
三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.3份;
甘露醇0.1-0.3份。
优选的:由如下体积份数的原料组成:
甲基硅油0.4份;
油酸0.7份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.5份;
乙二醇0.3;
三聚磷酸钠0.2份;
甘露醇0.2份。
本发明的优点是:主要应用于发电机组润滑油系统,当发现润滑油油质劣化,泡沫特性值明显不符合要求的情况下,可以在机组运行过程中添加本发明产品,从而改善润滑油泡沫特性值。可以在机组运行时使用,避免停机处理润滑油带来的成本损失;消泡能力强,使用量较少时就能有效消除泡沫;消泡剂加入以后不影响被消泡体系的基本性能;表面张力平衡性要好,具有良好的扩散性和渗透性,具有良好的气体溶解性和透过性,具有长时间的消泡效应,具有良好的贮存稳定性。适用于对运行中劣化润滑油进行处理,确保在不停止设备运行过程中加入本消泡剂,改善润滑油品质。用于改善劣化润滑油指标,提高润滑油使用寿命,提高安全生产可靠性。针对发电企业的这种需求,在机组运行过程中进行添加,添加量少,提高润滑油泡汤特性效果明显,可以确保机组安全稳定运行。

三聚磷酸钠0.1份;
甘露醇0.1份。

甲基硅油0.4份;
油酸0.7份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.5份;
乙二醇0.3;
三聚磷酸钠0.2份;
甘露醇0.2份。

由如下体积份数的原料组成:
甲基硅油0.5份;
油酸1.0份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.6份;
乙二醇0.4份;
三聚磷酸钠0.3份;
甘露醇0.3份。
本发明在发电厂汽轮机油系统中被广泛应用,下边通过本发明加入油样前后实验结果对比实验来说明本发明效果。

从上表可见,消泡能力强,使用量较少时就能有效消除泡沫,消泡剂加入以后不影响被消泡体系的基本性能。

1.一种新型润滑油消泡剂,其特征在于,由如下体积份数的原料组成:
甲基硅油0.2~0.5份;
油酸0.5~1.0份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.3~0.6份;
乙二醇0.2~0.4份;
三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.3份;
甘露醇0.1-0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型润滑油消泡剂,其特征在于,由如下体积份数的原料组成:
甲基硅油0.4份;
油酸0.7份;
丙烯酸乙酯0.5份;
乙二醇0.3;
三聚磷酸钠0.2份;
甘露醇0.2份。
