The rapier loom comprises a beating-up part and a weft insertion part, wherein the rigid rapier weft insertion is provided with a single rapier and a double rapier for weft insertion, the double rapier is mainly used for simultaneously picking up the upper layer and the lower layer of hollow spacer fabric with larger intervals between the upper layer and the lower layer, so that a beating-up shaft needs to rotate by a large angle, and a V-shaped reed (see the serial number 28 in the attached figure 3) is required to be adopted because the reed is higher so as not to enable the upper edge of the reed to touch a heald frame or a heald wire and effectively utilize an opening, and the V-shaped reed is complicated in production process, long in period and high in cost because reed teeth are V-shaped, and a user is difficult to bear the cost of buying the reed when changing the variety and can move to 1-2 ten.

The invention only needs to adopt the common flat reed for parallel beating-up operation, has simple steel structure, short production period and low cost, can effectively utilize the fell for weft insertion and weaving, greatly reduces the use cost of users and solves the problem of variety replacement.
