The plastic bottle consists of an inner layer and an outer layer, and is provided with a bottle cap which is connected in a matching way. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the inner blank 10 includes, from top to bottom, a threaded opening 11, an inner blank ring 12, an inner blank shoulder 13, and an inner blank body 14. A plurality of outer wall convex parts 15 are arranged at equal intervals at the positions close to the inner embryo ring 12 outside the inner embryo shoulder 13.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the outer blank 20 of the first embodiment comprises, in order from top to bottom, an outer blank ring 21, an outer blank shoulder 22, and an outer blank body 23.

A plurality of ventilation grooves 44 are formed on the inner wall surface extending from the upper surface of the outer blank ring 41 to the outer blank shoulder 42, the cross-sectional shape of the ventilation grooves 44 is a flat bottom groove as shown in FIG. 16, the width of the opening 441 and the groove bottom 442 are uniform, and the central angle θ formed by the both sides of the groove is 1 to 60 degrees. As shown in fig. 20 and 21, the double-layered bottle 30, 50 is required to be combined with a bottle cap 60 having a non-return function, in which external air cannot enter the container through the bottle cap 60, but liquid in the container can be poured out through the bottle cap 60. In the illustration, the check bottle cap 60 is provided with a movable valve plate 61, the double-layer bottle 30 and the double-layer bottle 60 are squeezed until the pressure in the bottle is larger than that outside the bottle, the valve plate 61 arches outwards to separate from the outlet 62 of the bottle cap 60, and the liquid in the bottle is poured out outwards through the bottle cap 60; on the contrary, when the double-layered bottle 30, 60 is not squeezed, the pressure outside the bottle is greater than the pressure inside the bottle, and the valve plate 61 is pressed downward to seal the outlet 62.
Referring to fig. 22, the double-layered bottle 30, 60 of the present invention contains contents in the inner-layered bottle 31, 51, the contents being in a liquid state or a thick state, and the valve sheet 61 is closed.
As shown in fig. 23, when the check bottle cap 60 is opened, the body of the outer layer bottle 32, 52 is squeezed by hand, the body of the inner layer and the body of the outer layer are squeezed simultaneously, and the content is poured out from the inner layer bottle 31, 51 through the pouring outlet 62 and the bottle cap 60. At this time, a small amount of air existing in the air pressure spaces 33, 53 between the inner bottles 31, 51 and the outer bottles 32, 52 is discharged from the air passages 34, 54 and the air vents 37, 57 by being pressed.

2. The bilayer blank of claim 1, wherein the vent trenches are divided into a plurality of flat bottom trenches and a plurality of sharp bottom trenches in cross-sectional shape; at least one pointed bottom groove is arranged between two adjacent flat bottom grooves.
3. The bilayer blank of claim 2, wherein said flat bottom trench comprises an open portion and a slot bottom, said open portion and said slot bottom having a width dimension.

The double-layered blank according to claim 2, wherein said sharp-bottomed trench comprises an opening portion and a trench bottom portion, the trench bottom portion being sharp-shaped, the width dimension of said opening portion being larger than the width dimension of the trench bottom portion.
5. The double-layered blank according to claim 4, wherein both side walls connecting the opening portion and the groove bottom portion are concave-convex curved surfaces.
6. A double bottle made of the double blank of claim 1, comprising:
the outer wall convex part and the inner wall convex part are in spot-shaped welding with each other during blow molding; the wall thickness of the outer layer bottle is larger than that of the inner layer bottle; the ventilation space of the double-layer blank forms an air pressure space between the inner-layer bottle and the outer-layer bottle; the plurality of ventilation grooves of the double-layer blank become a plurality of air passages of the double-layer bottle; the air passage is communicated with the air pressure space; the threaded opening part of the inner blank becomes a threaded bottle opening of the double-layer bottle; the bottom surface of the inner blank ring and the top surface of the outer blank ring are in spot welding to form a convex ring of the double-layer bottle due to blow molding, the opening of the outer blank forms an air vent which is communicated outwards on the convex ring, and the air vent is communicated with the air passage.
