Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ro-ro vessels, in particular to a ro-ro vessel structure for quickly loading and unloading containers.
Background
A roll-on/roll-off ship is a transport ship which uses a tractor to pull a semi-trailer or a wheel type tray loaded with box cargos or other cargos to directly enter and exit a cargo hold for loading and unloading. When the ro-ro vessel loads and unloads the containers, the containers are transported to the cargo hold area of the ro-ro vessel by adopting a trailer or a semitrailer. Two ways are currently used to load and unload containers: one is that when the container is dragged to a corresponding position, the vehicle head is separated by using a support, and the container and the rear wheel stay in the cargo hold area; another type uses containers placed on pallets, which are left behind when the pallets and containers are pulled into the cargo area, and the trailer is detached. When the ro-ro vessel transports the container to the destination terminal, the trailer or the semitrailer enters the cargo space again to pull the container away from the cargo space of the ro-ro vessel. The defects of the two modes are as follows:
1) when the cargo hold area of the roll-on ship is used for loading and unloading the containers, the trailer head of the container is required to come and go into the cargo hold of the roll-on ship. Because the space of the cargo hold of the ship is limited, at most 2 trailer heads enter the cargo hold simultaneously to carry out container loading and unloading work, and even only 1 container trailer head can carry out container loading and unloading work sometimes, the time for loading and unloading the container is long, and the efficiency is low. And when the container is unloaded, the trailer needs to be backed up and driven into the cargo hold, so that the loading and unloading efficiency and the safety of the trailer are influenced.
2) When the cargo hold area of the roll-on ship is used for loading and unloading the containers, the turnover space of the trailer needs to be reserved in the cargo hold of the roll-on ship, so that the cargo space of the cargo hold cannot be completely used for loading the containers, the utilization rate of the cargo hold space is reduced, and the actual loading capacity of the cargo hold is reduced.
3) When the trailer is driven in the cargo hold, the requirements on a trailer driver are high, and some corners and linear cargo hold positions in the cargo hold are easy to be scratched; in order to avoid the friction, the trailer runs very slowly in the cargo hold, and the loading and unloading efficiency is low.
4) A large number of trays or trays are required within the cargo area, increasing the operating cost and weight of the cargo area.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roll-on-roll-off ship structure for quickly loading and unloading containers, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art.
The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a roll-on ship structure for container fast loading and unloading, including the cargo area set up in the roll-on ship inside, and set up the access & exit in the aft of the roll-on ship, the said access & exit communicates with cargo area, there are tailgangboards used for opening/closing the access & exit in the access & exit;
a plurality of vehicle lifting components are arranged at the top of the cargo hold area;
the monorail trolley assembly comprises a monorail track and a monorail trolley crane, the monorail track is installed on a top deck of a cargo compartment area, one end of the monorail track is located at an entrance and an exit, the other end of the monorail track extends along the cargo compartment area, the monorail track is provided with the monorail trolley crane, and the monorail trolley crane is used for carrying containers back and forth between a trailer at the entrance and the exit and the cargo compartment area inside the ro-ro ship.
The monorail track is installed at a strong member at the top of the cargo compartment area, the strong member is a longitudinal girder, and the monorail track is fixedly connected with the longitudinal girder.
The monorail tracks are mounted in parallel on a top deck of the cargo area, with equal spacing between adjacent monorail tracks.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the container loading and unloading are carried out by utilizing the monorail crane, so that the trailer or the semitrailer does not need to enter the cargo hold to load and unload the container, the loading and unloading efficiency is greatly improved, the risk of friction and collision of the trailer or the semitrailer and the roll-on ship is reduced, the utilization rate of the cargo hold of the roll-on ship is improved, and the operating income of the roll-on ship is increased.
