The system comprises a laser car lamp assembly, a road condition information acquisition module, an image processing module, an FPGA processing module, a DMD control module and a DMD chip module. The road condition information acquisition module acquires image information in real time, the image processing module sends the acquired road condition information to the FPGA control module after processing, the FPGA control module sends an instruction to the DMD control module according to the received image information, and the DMD control module further calculates control information so as to control the turnover of the DMD chip. The uniform light beams of the laser car lamp set irradiate the DMD micro-mirror, so that the anti-dazzle function can be realized, and safety auxiliary information such as driving direction indication, safety distance warning with a front car, lane marks, road speed limit and the like can be intelligently projected on a road surface. Background
With the increasing living standard of people, automobiles become one of the important transportation means for people to go out. At the same time, the incidence of traffic accidents is also rising year by year. According to statistics, the probability of traffic accidents at night is 1.5 times that of the traffic accidents at daytime, and nearly 60% of the serious traffic accidents occur at night. The safety problem of driving at night arouses wide attention of society. How to combine the car lights with intelligent driving becomes an important technical subject for improving the safety of the car.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the safety problem of automobile driving at night, the invention designs a novel intelligent projection system of a laser automobile lamp. The anti-dazzle function can be realized, and the visual interference of the coming vehicle to the driver or the pedestrian is avoided. Meanwhile, safety auxiliary information such as driving direction indication, safety distance warning with a front vehicle, lane marks, road speed limit and the like can be projected on the driving road surface of the automobile, so that a driver is further reminded, and the safety of driving at night is improved.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the utility model provides a laser car light intelligence projection system, includes laser car light banks, road conditions information acquisition module, image processing module, FPGA control module, DMD control module and DMD chip.
The laser car lamp group can be composed of array type laser lamps or laser diodes.
The road condition information acquisition module consists of a binocular night vision high-resolution camera and a vehicle sensor. The image processing module mainly receives image information from the binocular night vision high-resolution camera and data of the vehicle-mounted sensor, converts the image information into digital signals and sends the digital signals to the FPGA control module.
The FPGA control module receives signals from the image processing module, identifies vehicles, people and other objects in front, and obtains information of the dark space range, the distance and the speed indicator light. And then sends a command to the DMD control module.
And the DMD control module further calculates control information and sends a control instruction to the DMD chip.
The DMD chip receives a control command sent by the DMD control module and simultaneously turns on or off millions of micro mirrors on the surface. When the light beams of the laser car lamp group are uniformly irradiated on the DMD chip micro-mirror matrix, the brightness change of specific pixel points is realized.
The anti-dazzle function can be realized, and driving direction indication, safety distance warning with a front vehicle, lane marks and road speed limit safety auxiliary information can be intelligently projected on the road surface.
The FPGA control module is in communication connection with the image processing module and the DMD control module through a CAN bus, a FLEXRAY bus, an IIC bus, an SPI bus or an MOST bus.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the novel intelligent projection system of the laser vehicle lamp comprises a road condition information acquisition system 1, an image information processing module 2, an FPGA control module 3, a DMD control module 4, a DMD chip 5 and a laser vehicle lamp assembly 6.
The road condition information acquisition module acquires road condition information in front of the vehicle in real time and consists of a binocular night vision high-resolution camera and a vehicle sensing sensor. The binocular night vision high-resolution camera is respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of a front windshield of a vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted sensor comprises but is not limited to a laser radar, a steering angle sensor, a tire speed sensor and the like. The road condition information acquisition module acquires road condition information in front in real time.
And the image processing module is used for processing the acquired image information and then sending the processed image information to the FPGA control module.
The FPGA control module identifies the front vehicle, people and other objects according to the received image information, obtains information such as dark space range, distance, speed mark and the like, and sends an instruction to the DMD control module.
The DMD control module further calculates control information so as to control the turnover of the DMD chip.
The uniform light beam of the laser car lamp component 6 irradiates on the DMD micro-mirror, and the light path change of different pixel points is realized by simultaneously overturning millions of micro-mirrors.
For example, when meeting at night, image information is acquired through the binocular night vision high-resolution camera, binarization processing is carried out on the picture, the azimuth angle and the distance of the oncoming vehicle are calculated by combining the spatial position of the binocular night vision high-resolution camera, the average interval of the common vehicle lamps and the positions of the vehicle lamps in the picture, and the angle and the azimuth where the light should be removed, namely the extinction area, are given. Therefore, the turnover of the DMD chip micro-mirror is controlled, the coming vehicle is automatically shielded or partially closed, the anti-dazzle function is realized, and the safety of driving at night is improved.
For example, when the vehicle runs on a highway at night, the vehicle-mounted sensor detects the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle, and when the distance between the two vehicles is too short, a safety distance warning sign is projected on the road surface, so that a driver is reminded to keep a safety distance, and a good warning effect is achieved.
In the invention, the FPGA control module is in communication connection with the image processing module and the DMD control module through a CAN bus, a FLEXRAY bus, an IIC bus, an SPI bus or an MOST bus.
