Abstract
A data processing method under different scenes is provided, and the corresponding data processing method is provided under different scenes of a network distribution again after a user deletes equipment, user reset equipment and the user reset equipment. For example, in a scenario where the user deletes the device, the server deletes the associated data of the device, thereby avoiding a problem caused by incomplete device information removal. The server does not process the operation being executed by the equipment, so that the problems of inconvenience caused by sudden termination of the execution operation of the equipment or poor user experience and the like caused by a deletion process are avoided. In the scenario of resetting the device by the user, only the communication between the device and the server is disconnected, and the server does not delete the information of the device, so that the historical data of the device can be directly retrieved by the same user identity after the device is re-networked. Under the scene of re-distributing the network after the user resets the equipment, the old user can see the historical data at the terminal, and the new user can see the new data, so that various requirements of the user are met.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the development of the internet, the internet of things and the artificial intelligence technology, the intelligent home devices are increasingly popularized, and most of the intelligent home devices are connected with the router and the mobile phone through resetting and network distribution processes, so that the intelligent control of household appliances is realized. However, once wifi changes, the device will disconnect from the network, resulting in an offline situation, and after the offline situation, the distribution network needs to be reset again, or other user needs need to be reconfigured.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the step of displaying data according to the query result includes: in the case that there is no history data in the server, the terminal displays new data of the device; under the condition that historical data exist in a server and the user identity of the historical data is consistent with the current user identity, the terminal displays the historical data of the equipment; and under the condition that the server has historical data and the user identity of the historical data is inconsistent with the current user identity, the terminal displays new data under the current user identity.
In an embodiment of the invention, in the data processing method, the device is an air conditioner.
In the above scheme, in a scenario where a network is reconfigured after a user resets a device, taking the device as an air conditioner as an example, consider the following situations: (1) the method comprises the following steps of firstly resetting the distribution network of the equipment, (2) re-distributing the network after the distribution network of the equipment is deleted, (3) re-distributing the network with the same user after the distribution network of the equipment, and (4) resetting the distribution network with different users after the distribution network of the equipment.

In a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a data processing method in different scenarios is provided. In this embodiment, a scenario in which a user deletes a device is introduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in this embodiment, in a scenario where a user deletes a device, the data processing method is introduced from a transmission process of an entire data, and includes:
step S11: a user operates the deleting device by using a terminal, and the terminal sends a device deleting instruction to the server;

In the scene of resetting the equipment by the user, only the communication between the equipment and the server is disconnected, and the server does not delete the information of the equipment, so that the information of the equipment is still kept in the resetting process of the equipment, and the historical data of the equipment can be directly called by the same user identity after the equipment is re-networked. In the scene of the distribution network reset after the user resets the equipment, corresponding logic control is adopted for four different scenes, namely (1) the distribution network is reset for the first time by the equipment, (2) the distribution network is reset after the distribution network is deleted, (3) the distribution network is reset with the user after the distribution network by the equipment, and (4) the distribution network is reset by different users, so that the old users can see historical data at the terminal, the new users can see new data, and the users have higher satisfaction under different conditions.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A data processing method under different scenes is characterized in that under the scene that a user deletes equipment, the data processing method comprises the following steps: the server receives a device deleting instruction from the terminal; and after receiving a device deleting instruction, the server deletes the associated data of the device and reports the deleting result to the terminal, and the operation executed by the device is not processed.
2. A data processing method under different scenes is characterized in that under the scene that a user deletes equipment, the data processing method comprises the following steps: the terminal sends a device deleting instruction to the server; and the terminal receives report information of the server about deleting the associated information of the equipment, and the associated data of the equipment is not displayed on the terminal any more.
3. The data processing method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the association data of the device comprises: binding setting data, scene data, and timing data.
4. The data processing method according to claim 1, wherein in a scenario in which a user resets a device, the data processing method comprises: the server judges whether the communication with the equipment is disconnected; and when the judgment result is that the communication between the server and the equipment is disconnected, the server determines that the equipment is offline, reports the offline condition to the terminal, and reserves the setting data of the equipment.
5. The data processing method according to claim 2, wherein in a scenario in which a user resets a device, the data processing method comprises: after the equipment is reset, the terminal sends an instruction to control the equipment to communicate with the server; and the terminal receives a report of the server about the offline condition of the equipment and displays that the equipment is offline.
6. A data processing method in different scenarios, wherein in a scenario in which a user resets a device, the data processing method comprises: the equipment receives a reset instruction; after receiving the reset instruction, the device disconnects from the router, thereby disconnecting the communication with the server.

The data processing method according to claim 1 or 4, wherein in a scenario where the network is reconfigured after the user resets the device, the data processing method comprises: on the premise that the equipment is reset and the distribution network is successfully redistributed, the server receives the unique identification of the equipment sent by the terminal, and inquires whether historical data exist according to the unique identification of the equipment; under the condition that historical data exist, the server judges whether the user identity of the historical data is consistent with the current user identity; under the condition that the user identity of the historical data is judged to be consistent with the current user identity, the server keeps the historical data under the user identity; under the condition that the user identity of the historical data is judged to be inconsistent with the current user identity, the server deletes the historical data under the user identity, acquires the function being executed by the equipment and sends a closing instruction to the staged function which is executed by the equipment and is sent by the server; and the server reports the inquiry result of whether the historical data exist and whether the user identity of the historical data is consistent with the current user identity to the terminal.

The data processing method according to claim 2 or 5, wherein in a scenario where the network is reconfigured after the user resets the device, the data processing method comprises: on the premise that the equipment is reset and the distribution network is successfully redistributed, the terminal sends the unique identification of the equipment to the server to inquire whether historical data exist in the server or not; and the terminal receives the historical data reported by the server, judges the query result of whether the user identity of the historical data is consistent with the current user identity or not, and displays data according to the query result.
9. The data processing method of claim 8, wherein the step of displaying data according to the query result comprises: in the case that there is no history data in the server, the terminal displays new data of the device; under the condition that historical data exist in a server and the user identity of the historical data is consistent with the current user identity, the terminal displays the historical data of the equipment; and under the condition that the server has historical data and the user identity of the historical data is inconsistent with the current user identity, the terminal displays new data under the current user identity.
10. The data processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the device is an air conditioner.
