The OBU equipment has relatively weak storage and data processing functions, cannot realize the viewing of consumption information at any time, cannot realize the summary analysis of historical data, and cannot realize a large data analysis and display function which provides convenience for users; on the other hand, the operation of the user on the OBU is relatively less, typically, the card information is obtained by plugging and unplugging the card, and the MAC, SN, historical transaction records and the like of the OBU cannot be inquired or need a special method, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of using the OBU for the user.
In this embodiment, after the target OBU is awakened, the vehicle-mounted terminal device may send other control instructions, such as an account binding instruction and an inquiry instruction, to the target OBU, so as to control the target OBU.
As an optional implementation manner, the vehicle-mounted terminal device sends an account binding instruction to the target OBU, wherein the account binding instruction is used for indicating that the target OBU is bound with the target account, and the target account is a charging account of the target OBU; and the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment receives a second response message sent by the target OBU response account binding instruction, wherein the second response message is used for indicating that the target OBU is successfully bound with the target account.
After the target OBU is installed, the target OBU needs to be bound with a specific deduction account number to realize ETC charging. The binding mode can be as follows: card information is acquired through plugging and unplugging the card, account binding is carried out on specific equipment of a business hall, and account binding can also be carried out in a mode of writing an account into a vehicle-mounted terminal device.
After acquiring a target account (for example, a user manually inputs the target account, reads the account through a card reading function, and identifies the target account in a shot picture of a card through a picture identification function), the vehicle-mounted terminal device sends an account binding instruction to the target OBU to indicate that the target OBU is bound with the target account. And after receiving the account binding instruction, the target OBU extracts and stores the carried target account as a deduction account.
After the binding is successful, the target OBU can send a second response message to the vehicle-mounted terminal device to indicate that the binding of the target OBU and the target account is successful.
Through this embodiment, the mode of carrying the deduction account number to the target OBU through vehicle-mounted terminal equipment realizes the binding of target OBU and deduction account number, can improve the convenience that the deduction account number was bound.
Besides the account binding instruction, the vehicle-mounted terminal device may also send an information query instruction, an account modification instruction, and the like to the target OBU to query information stored in the target OBU and modify the charging account bound by the target OBU, and the interaction flow may be as shown in fig. 5, which is not described herein.
Because the vehicle-mounted electronic tag is generally designed with low power consumption and is in a sleep mode (a sleep state and a low power consumption mode) when not working, the target OBU can be controlled to enter the sleep mode through the sleep instruction after the interaction between the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment and the target OBU is completed.
As an optional implementation manner, the vehicle-mounted terminal device sends a sleep instruction to the target OBU, wherein the sleep instruction is used for indicating that the target OBU enters a sleep state; and the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment receives a fourth response message sent by the target OBU in response to the sleep instruction, wherein the fourth response message is used for indicating that the target OBU is successfully dormant.
The vehicle-mounted terminal device may perform sleep control of the target OBU by sending a control instruction such as a sleep instruction to the target OBU, where a flow of the sleep control may be as shown in fig. 5, and is not described herein again.
Through this embodiment, carry out the dormancy control of target OBU through sending the dormancy instruction to target OBU, can reduce target OBU's consumption, improve target OBU's working property.
When the target vehicle passes through the scanning area of the RSU (as shown in fig. 7), the RSU may interact with the target OBU, so as to realize fee deduction of the target OBU.
In the process of interaction between the RSU and the target OBU, the RSU may send a fee deduction instruction to the target OBU, where the fee deduction instruction is used to indicate to deduct fees for the target OBU, where the fee deduction instruction may carry identification information (target identification information) of the target OBU to be deducted, and corresponding fee deduction information, and the fee deduction information may include: the amount of the deduction, etc.
Because the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment and the target OBU are both positioned in the target vehicle, the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment can also receive the fee deduction instruction sent by the RSU.
In step S304, if the target OBU is an OBU bound to the vehicle-mounted terminal device, the vehicle-mounted terminal device stores the deduction information.
After the vehicle-mounted terminal device receives the fee deduction instruction, whether a target OBU to be paid is the OBU bound by the vehicle-mounted terminal device or not can be judged firstly. If yes, the fee deduction information (pre-stored fee deduction information) carried in the fee deduction instruction can be stored. In the case of no judgment, the in-vehicle terminal device may ignore the deduction instruction.
In step S306, the in-vehicle terminal device receives the deduction result of the deduction of the target OBU sent by the RSU.
After receiving the deduction instruction, the target OBU can interact with the RSU according to the deduction instruction, so that the deduction of the target OBU (the deduction account number bound by the target OBU) is realized. After completing the interaction, the RSU may send a deduction result to the target OBU to indicate whether the deduction of the target OBU was successful.
Besides the target OBU, the vehicle-mounted terminal device can also receive the deduction result, and the deduction result is determined to be the deduction result of the target OBU bound with the vehicle-mounted terminal device according to the identification information of the OBU carried in the deduction result. In addition, the fee deduction result can be determined to be the fee deduction result corresponding to the received fee deduction instruction through fee deduction identification information carried in the fee deduction result.
In step S308, if the fee deduction result indicates that the fee deduction is successful, the in-vehicle terminal device presents fee deduction information.
The deduction result may include one of: successful deduction and failed deduction. And under the condition that the fee deduction result is successful, the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment can prompt fee deduction information in various modes.
As an optional mode, the vehicle-mounted terminal device prompting the fee deduction information includes: and the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment displays the fee deduction information on a screen of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment.
