Abstract
The invention relates to a cleaning device applied to cattle breeding, which comprises a cattle hurdle and a gate hinged and installed on the front side of the cattle hurdle; a hanging bracket is arranged in the middle of the rear side of the cattle fence frame, and spray heads are arranged on the hanging bracket along the front-rear direction; cleaning assemblies are mounted on the left side and the right side of the cattle hurdle frame. The bottom of each cattle hurdle frame is provided with a through hole. Each cleaning component comprises a guide rail and a motor which are fixedly arranged on the cowshed frame; the guide rail is provided with a U-shaped frame in a sliding manner, the middle part of the U-shaped frame is provided with a connecting groove, and a rocker connected with the motor is installed in the connecting groove in a sliding and hinged manner. The invention has high automation degree, can respectively support two side bodies of the cattle by controlling the sponge brushes and can move back and forth in a reciprocating way, thereby realizing the automatic cleaning of the side bodies of the cattle, helping the cattle to relieve and eliminate the pain and itch caused by the bite of mosquitoes, and having good promotion effect on the production and development of the cattle; can also be independently used for cleaning cattle, thereby reducing the labor intensity of artificial breeding.

The movable block is respectively and fixedly provided with an air cylinder and a guide rod; the cylinder is connected with a control frame which is in sliding fit with the guide rod and is L-shaped, and the rear end face of the control frame is attached to the inclined face of the movable block.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automatic cleaning device has high automation degree, and can control the sponge brushes to respectively abut against two side bodies of the cattle and move back and forth on the premise of carrying out water spraying cleaning on the cattle, so as to realize automatic cleaning on the side bodies of the cattle, thereby helping the cattle to relieve and eliminate the pain and itch caused by mosquito bites, and having good promotion effect on the production and development of the cattle; in addition, the invention can be independently used for cleaning cattle, thereby reducing the labor intensity of artificial breeding and improving the environmental sanitation condition of cattle farm breeding.

The movable block 10 is fixedly provided with an air cylinder 14 and a guide rod 15 respectively; the cylinder 14 is connected with an L-shaped control frame 16 which is in sliding fit with the guide rod 15, and the rear end face of the control frame 16 is attached to the inclined surface of the movable block 10.
Before the cattle fence is used, each spray head 4 is externally connected with a water supply pipe, the cattle pairs are driven into the cattle fence frame 1, and the gate 2 is closed in a rotating mode.
The water used in the invention can also be replaced by liquid medicine, such as liquid medicine for relieving itching, preventing mosquito bites and the like.
When in use, on one hand, the water is sprayed to the back of the cattle through the spray head 4, so that the water can flow through two sides of the cattle. On the other hand, the control frame 16 is pushed forward by the air cylinder 14 and the movable block 10 is released, so that the movable block 10 slides in the direction of the center position of the cattle fence 1 by the elastic force of the spring 11, that is, the two sponge brushes 13 can move to abut against the two sides of the cattle, respectively. Further, the rocker 8 can be driven by the motor 6 to rotate at a constant speed, the U-shaped frame 7 and the sponge brush 13 can be driven to slide in a reciprocating manner in the front-back direction, and therefore automatic scrubbing can be achieved for two sides of a cow.
After the device is adopted, the cleaning of the cattle can be automatically realized, the cattle body is ensured to be clean in summer, and the environment improvement of the cattle shed is synchronously promoted, thereby being beneficial to the smooth cattle breeding.
