the universal wheels (3) are respectively connected to the left side of the lower end of the supporting seat (1) through bolts; the sliding chutes (4) are respectively arranged in the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the supporting seat (1); the deep groove ball bearings (5) are respectively embedded in the middle positions of the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the sliding groove (4); the rotatable push supporting rod structures (6) are respectively arranged inside the upper sides of the sliding grooves (4); the telescopic shielding plate structure (7) is arranged at the upper end of the first supporting plate (12); the sliding holes (13) are respectively arranged in the middle of the inner part of the first supporting plate (12); the slidable locking fixing plate structure (8) is arranged on the upper side of the inside of the sliding hole (13); the rotatable fixed measuring seat structure (9) is arranged in the middle of the upper part of the front surface of the first supporting plate (12); the first U-shaped connecting seat (62) is further connected to the middle position of the lower end of the sleeve pipe (64) through a bolt; the supporting rods (63) are respectively connected between the first U-shaped connecting seats (62) in a shaft mode; the T-shaped threaded rod (65) penetrates through the middle position inside the pushing seat (61); the telescopic shielding plate structure (7) comprises a shielding plate (71), a connecting rod (72), a U-shaped pipe (73), a square head bolt (74) and a guide roller (75), wherein the upper end of the connecting rod (72) is respectively welded at the middle position in front of the lower end of the shielding plate (71); the lower ends of the connecting rods (72) are respectively inserted in the middle of the upper inner part of the U-shaped pipe (73); the square-head bolts (74) are respectively in threaded connection with the left side and the right side of the upper part of the front surface of the U-shaped pipe (73); the guide roller (75) is connected to the lower part of the inner wall of the U-shaped pipe (73) in a shaft mode; the slidable locking fixing plate structure (8) comprises a brake plate (81), brake blocks (82), a lifting rod (83), a sliding rod (84) and wing nuts (85), wherein the brake blocks (82) are respectively glued to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the brake plate (81); the lifting rods (83) are respectively welded at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the upper end of the brake plate (81); the sliding rods (84) are respectively welded at the middle positions of the left side and the right side of the brake plate (81); the wing nuts (85) are respectively in threaded connection with the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the sliding rod (84); the rotatable fixed measuring seat structure (9) comprises a second connecting seat (91), a hexagon head bolt (92), a second U-shaped connecting seat (93), a rotating seat (94) and a roller counter (95), wherein the hexagon head bolt (92) penetrates through the middle position of the upper part of the front surface and the middle position of the lower part of the front surface of the second connecting seat (91) respectively; the second U-shaped connecting seat (93) is connected to the middle position of the front surface of the second connecting seat (91) through a bolt; the left side of the rotating seat (94) is in bolted connection with the middle position inside the front surface of the second U-shaped connecting seat (93); the roller counter (95) is connected to the front left side of the upper end of the rotating seat (94) through bolts.

The multifunctional cable protector for electric power construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein said first support plate (12) is disposed between the sliding grooves (4); the second supporting plate (16) is made of a stainless steel plate; the first connecting seat (14) is a stainless steel seat.
3. The multifunctional cable protector for electric power construction as set forth in claim 1, wherein said T-shaped threaded rod (65) is a stainless steel threaded rod; the pushing seat (61) is a stainless steel seat with a threaded hole in the middle.

The multifunctional cable protector for electric power construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the T-shaped threaded rods (65) are respectively inserted through the inner rings of the deep groove ball bearings (5); the pushing seat (61) is inserted in the sliding groove (4) in a sliding manner; the sleeve pipes (64) are respectively sleeved on the outer walls of the two ends of the insertion rod (10).
5. The multifunctional cable protector for electric power construction as set forth in claim 1, wherein said shielding plate (71) is made of stainless steel plate; the U-shaped pipe (73) is a U-shaped stainless steel pipe; the guide roller (75) adopts a PVC roller with a concave middle position.

The multifunctional cable protector for electric power construction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the first support plate (12) is bolted to the middle of the left and right sides of the lower end of the shielding plate (71); the guide roller (75) is arranged at the middle position of the upper front part between the first supporting plates (12).
