Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft maintenance, in particular to a porous hole returning drilling die and a manufacturing method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting a steel plate or an aluminum plate as a drilling template, and attaching the drilling template to the inner-layer part; drilling a second through hole with the outer diameter larger than that of the first through hole on the drill plate according to the position of the first through hole on the inner-layer part; and sequentially penetrating the pin rod through the first through hole in the inner-layer part and the second through hole in the drill jig plate, fixing the inner-layer part and the drill jig plate, filling gaps between the second through hole and the pin rod with mortar, removing the inner part, drying the drill jig plate, and finishing the manufacturing of the multi-hole returning drill jig. The outer diameter of the second through hole is 2-5mm larger than that of the first through hole. The invention does not need to measure and draw, only utilizes the actual position of the manufactured hole to manufacture the corresponding drill jig, saves the measuring and drawing time, utilizes the materials commonly used on the spot to manufacture, saves the processing time of special tools and saves the cost at the same time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of airplane maintenance, in particular to a manufacturing method of a porous return hole drilling jig.
Background
One situation often encountered during production at the assembly site is that due to quality problems, it is necessary to replace the outer part of the structure, whereas the inner part is already porous and cannot be made from the inside to the outside of the part, as shown in fig. 1. The traditional method is that the hole diameter and the position of a drilled hole are measured, patterns are formed after all sizes are analyzed, then a standard is selected to manufacture the drill jig, the process is complex, the period is long, once a certain link is wrong, the process needs to be repeated, faults cannot be eliminated in time, and the production site often causes shutdown waiting phenomena. Therefore, a method for rapidly manufacturing the drill jig is needed to solve the field assembly problem in time and ensure the production continuity.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a multi-hole return drilling jig, which is a method for manufacturing the multi-hole return drilling jig by directly utilizing the existing hole sites without measuring, drawing and other flows by utilizing the materials and finished products which are usually arranged on the assembly site and reversing the existing hole sites.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a porous return hole drilling jig is manufactured by the following method:
1) selecting a drilling template, and attaching the drilling template to the inner-layer part; drilling a second through hole with the outer diameter larger than that of the first through hole on the drill plate according to the position of the first through hole on the inner-layer part;
2) and sequentially penetrating the pin rod through the first through hole in the inner-layer part and the second through hole in the drill plate, fixing the inner-layer part and the drill plate, filling gaps between the second through hole and the pin rod with mortar, removing the inner part, drying the drill plate and the pin rod, and finishing the manufacturing of the multi-hole returning drill plate.
Preferably, in the aforementioned multi-hole returning jig, the jig plate is a steel plate or an aluminum plate.
Preferably, in the multi-hole returning jig, the outer diameter of the second through hole is 2-5mm larger than that of the first through hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention does not need to measure and draw, only utilizes the actual position of the manufactured hole to manufacture the corresponding drill jig, saves the measuring and drawing time, utilizes the materials commonly used on the spot to manufacture, saves the processing time of special tools and saves the cost at the same time. The method is innovative, a traditional method for manufacturing the drill jig by measuring and drawing is not adopted, the reverse direction is carried out by utilizing the existing conditions, the effective tool is quickly applied to the field, the great effect can be played in each project, the cost of shortening the period for a company at a time is nearly 20 hours, and the like; the method has the advantages of convenient material acquisition, wide application range, low cost, convenient replication and popularization, and contributes to accelerating the production development progress and reducing the cost. The manufacturing process is novel in design, is rich in creativity and practicability, can be applied to the aircraft assembly industry, can achieve rapidness and effectiveness as long as the manufacturing of the return hole drilling mold is related, can protect the driving and the navigation for the production progress, and has a very wide application prospect.

The present invention is described in further detail below, but is not to be construed as being limited thereto.
Example 1
A method for manufacturing a multi-hole returning drill jig is shown in figure 2 and comprises the following steps:
1) selecting a steel drilling template 5 according to the size of the inner-layer part 1, and attaching the drilling template 5 to the inner-layer part 1; drilling a second through hole 6 with the outer diameter larger than that of the first through hole 2 on the drilling template 5 according to the number and the position of the first through holes 2 on the inner-layer part 1;
2) and sequentially penetrating the three pin rods 3 through the first through holes 2 on the inner-layer part 1 and the second through holes 6 on the drill jig plate 5, fixing the inner-layer part 1 and the drill jig plate 5, filling gaps between the second through holes 6 and the pin rods 3 with mortar, removing the inner part 1, drying the drill jig plate 5 and the pin rods 3, and removing the pin rods 3 to complete the manufacturing of the porous hole-returning drill jig.
The use method of the porous hole returning jig comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3, the drill plate 5, the outer layer part 4, and the inner layer part 1 are sequentially attached and fixed, and the drill of the drill penetrates the second through hole 6 of the drill plate 5 to drill the outer layer part 4. After the drilling is finished, the size and the position of the through hole on the outer layer part 4 are consistent with those of the first through hole 2 on the inner layer part 1.
Claims (3)
1. The porous return hole drilling jig is characterized in that the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
1) selecting a drilling template (5), and attaching the drilling template (5) to the inner-layer part (1); drilling a second through hole (6) with the outer diameter larger than that of the first through hole (2) on the drilling template (5) according to the position of the first through hole (2) on the inner layer part (1);
2) the method comprises the steps of enabling a pin rod (3) to sequentially penetrate through a first through hole (2) in an inner-layer part (1) and a second through hole (6) in a drilling template (5), fixing the inner-layer part (1) and the drilling template (5), filling gaps between the second through hole (6) and the pin rod (3) with mortar, removing the inner part (1), drying the drilling template (5) and the pin rod (3), and completing manufacturing of a porous hole returning drilling template.
2. A multi-hole return jig according to claim 1, characterized in that the jig plate (5) is a steel plate or an aluminum plate.
3. A multi-hole return jig according to claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the second through hole (6) is 2-5mm larger than the outer diameter of the first through hole (2).
