The joule heat based thermoplastic alloy 3D printing system according to claim 7, wherein a pressing spring (14) is arranged on the pressing support (13), a blocking portion is arranged on one side of the pressing support (13), the pressing support (13) enables the pressing wheel (12) to be always in surface contact with the wire feeding disc (10) under the action of the pressing spring, and an adjusting bolt is arranged on the other side of the pressing support (13) and used for adjusting the pre-tightening force of the pressing support (13).
