After the punching is finished, in the lifting process of the upper die 3, the connecting rod 5 drives the first piston rod 6 to slide in the first sliding groove, hydraulic oil in the cylinder body 8 is pushed by the first piston rod 6 to surge upwards to jack the second piston rod 7, and the second piston rod 7 jacks the semi-finished plate to separate the semi-finished plate from the lower die 4, so that the blanking of the plate is finished. That is, the blanking device for automobile plates of the invention can take out the blanked semi-finished plates without an additional power source or a driving device by the lifting action of the upper die 3 after stamping and by the principle of hydraulic power, thereby improving the working efficiency.
It should be noted that the hydraulic oil in the present embodiment may be replaced with air. Similarly, when the connecting rod 5 drives the first piston rod 6 to move outwards of the first chute, vacuum is formed in the cylinder 8, and the second piston rod 7 moves downwards and retracts into the second chute under atmospheric pressure; the connecting rod 5 drives the first piston rod 6 to slide towards the first sliding groove, the first piston rod 6 upwards extrudes air in the sealing cavity, and the second piston rod 7 is jacked up.

An oil filling channel is formed in the lower die 4, an oil filling hole is formed in the cylinder body 8, a bolt is arranged in the oil filling channel and is in threaded connection with the oil filling hole, when too little hydraulic oil exists in the cylinder body 8, the bolt can be unscrewed by using a screwdriver, and then the hydraulic oil is filled into the oil filling channel and the oil filling hole to supplement the hydraulic oil.
