Abstract
The invention provides a safety protection method for an outer surface coating of an underground oil and gas process pipeline, which comprises the following steps: cleaning a pipeline, repairing paint, spraying a protective layer and performing post-treatment; the safety protection method for the outer surface coating of the overground oil and gas process pipeline can form a hydrophobic and oleophobic transparent coating with high hardness and high brightness after the outer surface of the overground oil and gas process pipeline is cured, and can effectively improve the performances of water resistance, rust resistance, stain resistance, mildew resistance and the like of the outer surface of the overground oil and gas process pipeline.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline protection, and particularly relates to a safety protection method for an outer surface coating of an underground oil gas process pipeline.
Background
The outer surface of the traditional overground oil and gas process pipeline is only provided with a paint surface layer and is not provided with a protective coating. Since the pipe is exposed to air, condensation can form on the outer surface of the pipe when the temperature of the outer surface of the pipe is below the ambient dew point temperature. step three: spraying a protective layer; spraying a protective layer on the outer surface of the oil-gas process pipeline by using an organic silicon polymer coating by adopting a spraying method, so that a uniform film layer is formed on the surface of a base material as a reference;
step four: post-processing; after spraying, the protective layer is naturally dried without baking, and the organic silicon polymer coating forms a hydrophobic and oleophobic, high-hardness and high-brightness transparent coating after being cured on the outer surface of the oil and gas process pipeline, so that the performances of water resistance, rust resistance, stain resistance, mildew resistance and the like of the outer surface of the overground oil and gas process pipeline are increased, the outer surface of the oil and gas process pipeline is always kept at higher cleanliness, the phenomena of corrosion, wall thickness reduction, perforation and the like are avoided, and the safe operation of the oil and gas process pipeline is guaranteed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flow rate is required to be reduced and the atomization is required to be uniform during spraying in the third step.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the protective layer may be subjected to a heat treatment to accelerate drying in the fourth step.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the paint repair in the second step is performed by using the same paint as the paint on the outer surface of the oil and gas process pipe.
