The movable frame 30 is provided with a cleaning component 6 for cleaning the slurry outlet 23. The cleaning assembly 6 includes a brush assembly 61 and a cleaning wheel assembly 62. The cleaning wheel assembly 62 includes a cleaning wheel shaft and a cotton cleaning wheel provided on the driven shaft. The brush assembly 61 includes a brush shaft and a brush, and the brush shaft and the cleaning wheel shaft are driven shafts. The cleaning component 6 is positioned on one side of the paint mixing cup. After the discharge channel 25 is removed, the cleaning wheel assembly 62 passes through the discharge nozzle 23 and then the brush assembly 61 to clean the discharge nozzle 23 to prevent the residual color paste from drying out.
The movable drip receiving box 7 is arranged on the movable frame 30 and located above the paint mixing cup and below the paste outlet nozzle 23, and the drip receiving box 7 comprises a drip receiving station located right below the paste outlet nozzle 23 and an avoiding station avoiding the position of the paste outlet nozzle 23. The moving frame 30 is provided with a third linear motion mechanism, for example, a motor drives a gear, the gear rotates to drive a rack to move, and the drip receiving box 7 and the rack are connected to move together. Or the moving frame is provided with an air cylinder, and the piston rod of the air cylinder drives the drip receiving box 7 to move together. When the outlet channel 25 is closed, i.e. when the outlet nozzle 23 is no longer discharging, there may be residual color paste. Even with the embodiment of the cleaning assembly 6, because the cleaning assembly 6 is behind the paint cup 32, there is residual color paste before the cleaning assembly 6 is moved to the position of the outlet nozzle 23. The setting connects and drips box 7, annotates out the back that passageway 25 closed, connects to drip box 7 and moves out the thick liquid mouth 23 under and avoid remaining mill base to drip into mixing paint cup, influence the precision.
The color masterbatch barrel 20 is provided with a barrel cover 201 in a sealing manner, a stirring shaft 202 with one end extending into the color masterbatch barrel is arranged in the color masterbatch barrel 20, a stirring blade is arranged on the stirring shaft 202, and one end of the stirring shaft 202, which is positioned outside the color masterbatch barrel 201, is connected with a bevel gear 204. The frame 1 is provided with a rotating shaft driven by the rotating driving mechanism 8, and a driving bevel gear is arranged on the rotating shaft corresponding to the position of the color master barrel 20 and meshed with a bevel gear 204 on the color master barrel 20. The rotation driving mechanism comprises a motor, a rotation shaft is driven to rotate through the motor and a gear mechanism, and a row of stirring shafts 202 in the color master batch barrel 20 are driven to rotate through the rotation shaft. A corrosion-resistant sealing ring is arranged between the color master barrel (20) and the barrel cover (201), and the sealing ring is made of corrosion-resistant materials and can adapt to the corrosivity of color master of automobile paint. The stirring blade is a spiral stirring blade and is a foam cutting type blade, the color master batch slurry can be beaten onto the barrel wall in the stirring process, bubbles are beaten out or broken, and the volume measurement is convenient. Since the more bubbles, the less accurate the volumetric metering. This is a different place than the stirring blades used for latex paints.
A color master barrel fixing component 9 is arranged on the rack 1, the color master barrel fixing component 9 comprises a bottom plate 90 arranged on the rack 1, a color master barrel fixing plate 91 is arranged above the bottom plate 90, and a color master barrel 20 is arranged on the color master barrel fixing plate 91; the color wood barrel base 92, the color master barrel base 92 and the color master barrel fixing plate 91 are arranged below the bottom plate 90 and fixed through a connecting rod 93. A speed reducing motor 94 is arranged on the frame 1, the speed reducing motor 94 drives a cam 95 to rotate, and the cam 95 is in contact with the base of the color master barrel 20; a spring buffer device is arranged between the bottom plate 90 and the color master barrel fixing plate 91 to compress the color master barrel. The connecting rod 93 passes through the bottom plate 90, and a spring 96 is arranged on the connecting rod 93 between the bottom plate 90 and the color masterbatch barrel fixing plate 91. Thus, when the color mother barrel 20 is installed, the cam 95 rotates to drive the color mother barrel fixing plate 91 to move downwards; after the installation, cam 95 rotates, and spring 96 pulls back look female bucket fixed plate 91, and the upper end of look female bucket 20 is provided with fixed baffle, and look female bucket 20 chucking is between the baffle of frame 1 and look female bucket fixed plate 91. The position of the frame 1 corresponding to the color mother barrel 20 is provided with a color mother barrel in-place sensor, and when the color mother barrel is replaced, a signal is sent to the controller.
A code scanning module is arranged on the movable frame 30, and a two-dimensional code is arranged on the automobile refinishing paint volume-setting injection device 2. The code scanning module is a scanning gun, and the two-dimensional code records information such as color numbers of color master barrels. The valve body 21 is preferably a return valve and the volumetric pump is preferably a combination pump. Such as the valve body structure and the pump structure in patent CN201410792479.7 or in CN201711400600.7 or in CN 201310045508.9. The reflux valve is internally provided with a reflux channel, when the valve body 21 is in a closed state, namely color paste is not injected, the reflux channel is communicated, namely the valve body 21 is communicated with the color master barrel 20, and the automobile repair paint can flow back into the color master barrel 20. Because the automotive refinish paint is relatively viscous, the pour-out channel 25 is easily dried and blocked without a backflow channel, resulting in difficulty in paint removal.
The machine body 1 is also provided with a stirring component and a storage component. A plurality of spare volumetric dispensing devices 2 for vehicle refinish paint may be provided in the storage component. The storage component can be internally provided with the same pressing device for pressing the color master barrel. The stirring component can be a stirrer, and the controller controls the stirring time of the stirrer. The cabinet body can be assembled and divided into a color mixing part, a stirring part and a storage part which are respectively assembled and transported.
The color master barrel 20 of the automobile refinishing paint fixed-volume injection device 2 is hermetically provided with a barrel cover 201, the barrel cover 201 and the color master barrel 20 are detachably connected, and the barrel cover 20 is provided with a breather valve 205. Under the state that the barrel cover 201 is sealed, the volume metering pump can be used more smoothly and accurately due to the arrangement of the breather valve 205. Under the ordinary state, breather valve 205 closes, stops the air admission, can prevent that the mill base from rotting, avoids causing mill base quality to change and measures inaccurate. The breather valve 205 may be two one-way valves in opposite directions. One single-way valve inward and the other outward. When the volume metering pump 22 sucks color paste from the color master barrel 20, air is fed into the color master barrel 20 through the one-way valve; when the volumetric pump 22 returns the color paste into the color masterbatch barrel 20, air is vented through the outward check valve. The air pressure in the barrel is balanced, and color paste is easy to absorb. The barrel cover 201 is provided with a feeding hole and a feeding opening cover. The barrel cover 201 can be further provided with a pouring opening 207, and the pouring opening 207 is provided with a pouring opening cover 208. The sample device can be used for automatically discharging materials through the volume metering pump 22 and the valve body 21, and can also be used for manually pouring the automobile repair paint from the pouring opening 207 in the case of power failure. The pouring flap 208 is slidably disposed on the pouring opening 207, the pouring flap 208 is connected with a retaining ring 209, and a compression spring 203 for closing the pouring flap is disposed between the retaining ring 209 and the barrel cover 201. Clasp 209 is sized to allow the knuckle to be pulled in. Pulling tab 209 outward pulls pour flap 208 open, exposing pour spout 207. After the snap ring 209 is released, the hold down spring 203 automatically closes the dump flap 208. A connector 27 is arranged between the upper part of the color master barrel 20 and the volume metering pump 22, so that the volume metering pump 22 forms a handle of the color master barrel 20. A snap ring 209 is located on the lid 201 on the side near the volumetric pump 22. The volumetric pump 22 is held by a single hand, and the retaining ring 209 is buckled by one finger, so that the material can be poured out by the single hand.
During specific implementation, the speed reducing motor 94 is started to drive the cam 95 to rotate, the automobile refinishing paint volume-fixing injection device 2 is installed in the machine body 1, the color master barrel 20 is clamped between the color master barrel fixing plate 91 and the baffle, and the bevel gear 204 on the color master barrel 20 is meshed with the driving bevel gear on the rotating shaft of the machine body 1. The first linear driving mechanism 4 is started, the synchronous belt 40 drives the material receiving and paint mixing component 3 to do linear motion from one end of the machine body 1 to the other end, the scanning gun scans each color master barrel, after the color master barrel 20 is confirmed to be completely in place, the material receiving and paint mixing component 3 starts to move back from the other end, and stops before the color master barrel 20 with the required color number. When the second linear driving mechanism 34 is started, the lead screw 341 rotates to drive the nut 342 to move upwards, the pull rod head baffle 340 drives the piston rod 26 of the volume metering pump 22 to ascend to extract color paste, after the piston rod 26 descends by a preset displacement, the valve motor 33 is started, the pouring channel 25 of the valve body 21 is communicated with the paste outlet 23, the piston rod 26 continues to descend, and a predetermined amount of color paste flows out of the paste outlet 23 to the paint mixing cup. The valve motor 33 is closed and the drip box 7 is moved under the outlet nozzle 23. The moving frame 30 continues to move, the cleaning assembly 6 cleans the residual color paste through the paste outlet 23, and the steps are repeated in sequence until the needed color paste is obtained. After the color master barrel 20 is replaced, the color master barrel 20 which is replaced and used for receiving and paint mixing parts 3 can scan again to confirm the model and the position of the color master barrel 20, and an alarm is sent to the controller if the model and the position are not matched. When stirring is needed, the rotation driving mechanism 8 is started to rotate the rotating shaft, the driving bevel gear rotates, the stirring shaft 202 rotates to stir the color paste in the color master barrel 20, and the controller controls the stirring time.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
Claims (7)
1. The volume color matching method of the automobile refinishing paint is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) checking out the automobile data ID card printed with the color number on the repaired automobile body, checking out the color code of the automobile or comparing the color code with the color card code which is close to the color code; finding out the weight formula of the repair paint by using a reader or a computer color matching system; or detecting the surface of the complete part of the vehicle body coating to be repaired by using a spectrophotometer, and outputting the weight formula of the repair paint by calculation;
(2) converting a corresponding refinishing paint volume formula according to the refinishing paint weight formula and the measured color master proportion;
(3) calculating the type and the volume of the needed color master according to the volume formula of the repair paint and the area to be repaired;
(4) and obtaining color master batch and mixing the color master batch through an automobile refinishing paint volume-setting injection device according to the type and the volume of the required color master batch.

4. The automotive refinish paint volumetric dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 3, wherein: the breather valve (205) is two one-way valves with opposite directions.
5. The automotive refinish paint volumetric dispensing apparatus as defined in claim 4, wherein: the barrel cover (201) is provided with a feeding hole and a feeding port cover.
6. The automobile refinish paint volumetric dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein: the volume metering pump (22) is a piston pump or a plunger pump driven by a driving mechanism.
7. The automobile refinish paint volumetric dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein: the valve body (21) is a reflux valve, and the volume metering pump (22) is a large and small combined pump.
