When the combustion turbine is shut down: firstly, the instrument gas of the pneumatic shutoff valve 2 and the pneumatic bleeding valve 3 is cut off, the former is in a normally closed state, the latter is in a normally open state, and then the pneumatic shutoff valve 4 is cut off, the main fuel valve 5 and the duty fuel valve 6 are closed in sequence, so that the residual gas in the pipeline is safely and stably discharged to a safe area from a bleeding port.
