Abstract
The invention relates to the field of decoration tools, in particular to a roller brush fed in a pressing mode. The roller brush of push type feeding comprises: brush handle, grip, crooked arm, pipette, cylinder, liquid storage cylinder, draw-out device. The roller brush is provided with a brush handle and a holding sleeve sleeved at one end of the brush handle; the bending arm is connected to the brush handle; the liquid suction pipe is connected with the liquid storage barrel; the roller is sleeved outside the liquid storage cylinder; the extraction device is arranged in the liquid suction pipe and the liquid storage cylinder. The invention solves the problems that the existing roller brush is easy to generate dripping leakage, the brushing efficiency is low and the material waste is large.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of decoration tools, in particular to a roller brush fed in a pressing mode.
Background
The roller brush is also called roller, which is characterized in that the outer surface of a hollow cylindrical barrel made of hard plastic or aluminum alloy is fixed with an adsorption material made of wool or synthetic fiber, and the axis of the roller is provided with a rolling shaft and is connected with a handle into a whole. the liquid storage cylinder is positioned inside the roller and is communicated with the liquid suction pipe; the side wall of the liquid storage cylinder is connected with a row of conical tubes which are uniformly distributed; a conical spring is fixed in the cavity of the conical tube, and a ball is clamped in a space between the tightening opening of the conical tube and the conical spring;

a conical spring is fixed in the cavity of the conical tube, and a ball is clamped in a space between the tightening opening of the conical tube and the conical spring;
the roller is sleeved outside the liquid storage cylinder; two axial sides of the roller are respectively buckled with a buckle cover; a plurality of liquid outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the roller; a plurality of convex edges parallel to the axis of the roller are uniformly arranged on the annular inner wall surface of the roller; the outer wall surface of the roller is uniformly sleeved with bristles.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention is provided with the extraction device, the coating liquid is extracted into the liquid storage cylinder and added after being used, and the coating is not required to be frequently dipped in the use process, so that the labor intensity is reduced, and the time is saved.
2. The invention does not need to consider the waiting time, can directly operate after the extraction is finished, and saves the time.
3. The invention adopts a pressing mode to provide the coating liquid, the coating liquid is directly soaked on the bristles, the coating cannot be splashed out, and the trouble of manual cleaning is avoided.
4. The invention realizes that the coating does not drip and leak, and saves materials and funds.

as shown in fig. 2, the pipette 4 passes through the fixing sleeve 31 and is attached to the fixing sleeve 31; the roller 5 is of a hollow structure, and the left end and the right end of the roller are respectively clamped with a first buckle cover 51 and a second buckle cover 52;
as shown in fig. 3, through holes are respectively formed in the centers of the first buckle cover 51 and the second buckle cover 52; a plurality of liquid outlet holes 54 are uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the roller 5; a plurality of convex ribs 55 parallel to the axis of the roller 5 are uniformly arranged on the annular inner wall surface of the roller 5;
as shown in fig. 4, the bristles 53 are uniformly distributed on the outer wall surface of the roller 5;

as shown in fig. 6, the extraction device includes: a main shaft 71, a helical blade 72, and a crank 73; the main shaft 71 sequentially and respectively penetrates through the second buckle cover 52, the liquid storage cylinder 6, the first buckle cover 51 and the liquid suction pipe 4; the helical blade 72 is connected to the main shaft 71; one side of the second buckle cover 52 is provided with a circular groove 521; the crank 73 is positioned in the circular groove 521 and is connected with the extending end of the main shaft 71 in the circular groove 521.
Preferably, as an embodiment, a check valve is connected to the end of the pipette 4 that contacts the coating liquid, in order to prevent the coating liquid in the reservoir 6 from flowing back.
Preferably, as an embodiment, a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the spindle 71 and the reservoir 6, for the purpose of preventing the coating liquid.
Preferably, as an embodiment, the pipette 4 is inserted obliquely into the coating liquid during use, for the purpose of easier extraction of the coating liquid.
Preferably, the rib 55 has a circular arc shape as an embodiment, and the purpose of the circular arc shape is to reduce resistance when the rib 55 contacts the ball 62.
The working principle is as follows: the pipette 4 is inserted into the coating liquid with inclination, the crank handle 73 is rotated, the screw blade 72 is rotated by the spindle 71, and the screw blade 72 transfers the coating into the reservoir 6. Then, the roller brush is lifted for brushing, and the tapered tube 61 is located at the bottom of the liquid storage cylinder 6. The user repeatedly pushes the roller brush up and down, and the brush bristles 53 contact the wall and drive the roller 5 to rotate together. When the rib 55 contacts the ball 62, the ball 62 is forced to retract and compress the conical spring 63, and at the same time, the coating liquid flows out from the gap between the ball 62 and the conical tube 61 and then flows onto the brush 53 through the liquid outlet 54, thereby realizing the wall painting.

A push-to-feed roller brush comprising: the brush handle 10, the holding sleeve 20, the hollow bent arm 30, the roller 40, the liquid storage cylinder 50 and the drawing device;
as shown in fig. 7, the drum brush has a brush holder 10; one end of the brush handle 10 is sleeved with a holding sleeve 20, and the other end is connected with a hollow bending arm 30;
as shown in fig. 8, one end of the hollow bending arm 30 is connected with a liquid storage cylinder 50, and the two are communicated with each other; a cylindrical protrusion 501 is connected to one bottom surface of the liquid storage cylinder 50; a row of conical tubes 502 which are uniformly distributed are connected to the side wall of the liquid storage cylinder 50, and the conical tubes 502 are communicated with the interior of the liquid storage cylinder 50;
the extraction device comprises: a discharge pipe 601, a feed pipe 602, a hand pump 603 and a crank 604; the hand pump 603 is fixed with the brush handle 10, one end of the hand pump 603 is connected with the discharge pipe 601, the other end is connected with the feeding pipe 602, and the side wall of the hand pump 603 is connected with the crank handle 604; the discharge pipe 601 is communicated with the hollow bending arm 30;
as shown in fig. 9, a conical spring 503 is fixed in the cavity of the conical tube 502, and a ball 504 is clamped in a space between the tightening opening of the conical tube 502 and the conical spring 503;
as shown in fig. 10, the roller 40 is a hollow cavity, and is sleeved outside the liquid storage cylinder 50, and the two are coaxially arranged; two axial sides of the roller 40 are respectively buckled with a buckle cover 401, and the center of the buckle cover 401 is provided with a through hole; the hollow bending arm 30 penetrates through the buckle cover 401 on one side of the roller 40, and the protrusion 501 penetrates through the buckle cover 401 on the other side of the roller 40; a plurality of liquid outlet holes 403 are uniformly distributed on the peripheral wall of the roller 40; a plurality of ribs 404 parallel to the axis of the roller 40 are uniformly arranged on the annular inner wall surface of the roller 40; the outer wall surface of the roller 40 is uniformly sleeved with bristles 402.
Preferably, as an implementation mode, a filter screen is connected to a nozzle of the feeding pipe 602, so as to prevent impurities in the coating liquid from entering the hand pump 603 and affecting the normal use of the hand pump 603.
Preferably, as an embodiment, the hand pump 603 is detachably arranged, so as to facilitate the cleaning of the hand pump 603.
The working principle is as follows: the feed tube 602 is inserted into the coating liquid, the crank 604 is rotated, the coating liquid is pumped by the hand pump 603, flows out of the feed tube 602, and then reaches the reservoir 50 through the hollow curved arm 30.
Then, the roller brush is lifted for brushing, and the tapered tube 502 is located at the bottom of the liquid storage cylinder 50. The roller brush is repeatedly pushed up and down by the user, and the brush bristles 402 come into contact with the wall and rotate the roller 40 together. When the rib 404 contacts the ball 504, the ball 504 is forced to retract and compress the conical spring 503, and at the same time, the coating liquid flows out from the gap between the ball 504 and the conical tube 502, and then flows onto the brush 402 through the liquid outlet 403, thereby realizing the wall painting.

the liquid storage cylinder (6) is positioned inside the roller (5) and is communicated with the liquid suction pipe (4); the side wall of the liquid storage cylinder (6) is connected with a row of conical tubes (61) which are uniformly distributed; a conical spring (63) is fixed in the cavity of the conical tube (61), and a ball (62) is clamped in a space between the tightening port of the conical tube (61) and the conical spring (63);
the extraction device comprises: a main shaft (71), a helical blade (72), and a crank (73); the main shaft (71) is positioned in the liquid storage cylinder (6) and the liquid suction pipe (4), and is connected with a helical blade (72); the crank handle (73) is connected with the main shaft (71).

3. A push-feed roller brush as in claim 2, wherein: and a sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the main shaft (71) and the liquid storage cylinder (6).
4. A push-feed roller brush as in claim 3 wherein: the pipette (4) is inserted obliquely into the coating liquid during use.
5. A push-feed roller brush as in claim 4 wherein: the convex edge (55) is of an arc-shaped structure.
6. A push-fed roller brush as claimed in claim 1, comprising: the brush comprises a brush handle (10), a holding sleeve (20), a hollow bent arm (30), a roller (40), a liquid storage cylinder (50) and a drawing device;
the method is characterized in that: one end of the hollow bending arm (30) is connected with a liquid storage cylinder (50); a row of conical tubes (502) which are uniformly distributed are connected to the side wall of the liquid storage cylinder (50);
