Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating an article management method with a tray according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an article management method with trays, which comprises a plurality of trays and is applied to solutions contained in glass containers placed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of trays, and comprises the following steps: (1) a weight detector for detecting the weight of the solution and a concentration detector for detecting the concentration of the solution are respectively arranged on the plurality of trays; (2) the control unit judges the taking out or returning of the corresponding glass container according to the weight change of each tray; (3) inputting the amount of the solution to be taken by the control unit, and comparing the sum of the weight of the solution taken out and the amount taken with the weight of the solution returned to judge whether the solution is evaporated; (4) when the control unit judges that the sum of the weight when taking out and the taken amount exceeds the weight when returning, calculating the difference between the weight change value and the taken amount when taking out and returning the solution to obtain the evaporation amount of the solution; (5) the control unit calculates the medium content when the solution is taken out through the product of the weight and the concentration when the solution is taken out, calculates the medium residual quantity when the solution is returned through the product of the weight and the concentration when the solution is returned, and calculates the evaporation capacity of the medium through the difference value of the medium content and the medium residual quantity so as to identify the quality of the solution.
Specifically, the control unit subtracts the weight of the glass container from the weight of the tray detected by the weight detector to obtain the weight of the solution, and determines the taking-out state when the weight of the tray detected by the weight detector is smaller than the weight of the glass container, otherwise, the taking-out state is the returning state. The control unit is a service terminal, and the solution taking amount is input through the service terminal. When the control unit judges that the solution is in the return state, the weight of the solution is uploaded to the control unit in real time, the current weight of the solution when taken out is taken as the weight when taken out, and when the control unit judges that the solution is in the return state, the amount of evaporation of the solution is obtained by sequentially subtracting the amount of the taken out and the weight when returned from the weight when taken out. The medium content for removing water in the evaporation capacity of the solution is obtained by subtracting the medium content at the time of recovery from the medium content at the time of removal, which is obtained by multiplying the weight at the time of removal of the solution by the concentration at the time of removal of the solution, and the medium content which is obtained by multiplying the weight at the time of recovery of the solution by the weight at the time of recovery of the solution. The solution medium concentration and the evaporation capacity can be conveniently monitored by the scheme, so that the solution meeting the quality requirement can be conveniently selected, and the solution management efficiency is improved.
Further, in the step (2), the weight detector and the concentration detector are respectively connected with the control unit in a communication manner so as to transmit the weight and the concentration of the solution to the control unit.
Furthermore, the weight detector and the concentration detector are respectively communicated with the control unit in a wireless network communication mode. The user can conveniently check the weight, the concentration, the evaporation capacity and the evaporation capacity of the medium through the control unit.
Further, in the step (3), the control unit determines that the solution is evaporated when the sum of the weight of the solution taken out and the taken amount exceeds the weight of the solution returned; and judging that the solution is not evaporated when the sum of the weight of the solution taken out and the taken amount does not exceed the weight of the solution taken back. Preferably, the control unit is connected with a voice type or LED lamp type alarm through a wireless network, so that when the evaporation capacity of the solution reaches a certain value, the alarm is controlled to give an alarm sound or turn on a warning lamp.
Further, in the step (4), magnetic metal is arranged at the bottom of the glass container, electromagnetic metal corresponding to the magnetic metal is arranged on the tray, and the electromagnetic metal is powered on and controlled by the control unit to be powered off when the concentration is lower than the preset concentration during returning. Wherein, magnetic metal is located glass container's outside bottom, prevents that concentration detection appearance from to the inaccurate detection data of solution concentration. The magnetic metal and the electromagnetic metal are both iron, and when the weight detector detects that the return state of the glass container is detected and the concentration of the solution detected by the concentration detector is less than the preset concentration, the electromagnetic connection between the glass container and the tray is disconnected so that a user can directly judge that the solution is invalid.
Further, a cylinder is fixed on the tray; the glass container is a test tube; the cylinder is provided with a pipe hole for the glass container to be arranged along the vertical direction; the weight detector comprises LED lamps and photoelectric sensors, wherein the LED lamps are arranged in the pipe holes and are oppositely arranged, and the photoelectric sensors are used for detecting the height of the solution; the photoelectric sensor is in communication connection with the control unit so that the control unit can judge the weight of the solution according to the height of the solution. Specifically, the cylinder is a cylinder, and one bottom surface of the cylinder is fixed on the upper surface of the tray. The glass container is inserted into the tube hole on the cylinder body through the upper part of the cylinder body and fixed. The pipe hole is matched with the cylinder body, and the inner side wall of the pipe hole is smooth, so that the glass container is vertically placed in the pipe hole. The inner side of the pipe hole is also oppositely provided with two mounting grooves which are respectively used for mounting the photoelectric sensor and the LED lamp so as to prevent the photoelectric sensor and the LED lamp from contacting with the glass container. Preferably, the light source of the LED lamp is horizontally arranged perpendicular to the glass container so as to improve the detection accuracy of the photoelectric sensor. And the power on of the LED lamp is controlled by the control unit to achieve the purpose of saving electricity when the glass container is taken out. The control unit derives the weight of the solution based on its height in the glass container.
Furthermore, the tray also comprises a gravity sensor for sensing the weight change of the tray; the weight detector and the gravity sensor are respectively in communication connection with the control unit and are both positioned at the bottom of the glass container.
The purpose of detecting the weight is achieved through the weight detector, the weight change is sensed through the gravity sensor and is sent to the control unit to further correct the weight measured by the weight detector, and therefore the result of taking out or returning the glass container is more accurate.
Further, the concentration detector is a densitometer and is located inside the glass container. The use of a densitometer to detect the concentration of the solution makes the detection result more accurate, wherein the weight received by the gravity detector comprises the weight of the glass container, the solution, and the concentration detector, and the control unit calculates the weight of the solution by subtracting the weight of the glass container and the concentration detector from the total weight detected by the gravity sensor.
Furthermore, labels for marking the types of the solutions are respectively attached to the glass containers and the placed trays. The method is used for solving the problem that the position of the solution is not easy to find and put wrongly when the solution is returned, and is convenient for distinguishing and taking the liquid.
Finally, the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the scope of the claims of the present invention.
