Background
An electrophotographic image forming apparatus generally has therein an image processing unit and a developing unit, and develops an electrostatic latent image formed on the image processing unit with a developer such as toner supplied from the developing unit to form a visible image on a medium such as paper. In which toner is used as a consumable product and needs to be continuously replenished into an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, it is common to supply toner to a developing unit having a process cartridge accommodating a certain amount of toner detachably mounted to the developing unit in the electrophotographic image forming apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a conventional process cartridge 1 includes a driving assembly, a developing roller 14, an agitating frame (not shown), a powder feeding roller (not shown), and a photosensitive drum 13, the driving assembly includes a first driving assembly 11 and a second driving assembly 12, the first driving assembly 11 drives the photosensitive drum 13 to rotate, the second driving assembly 12 drives the developing roller 14, the agitating frame, and the powder feeding roller to rotate, and the second driving assembly 12 includes a clutch 121, a second driving head 122, a driving gear 123, and a spring 124. During the image formation of the process cartridge 1 in the image forming apparatus, the clutch 121 and the spring 124 connect the second driving head 122 with the driving gear 123, the first driving assembly 11 receives the driving force of the first driving head in the image forming apparatus to drive the photosensitive drum 13 to rotate, and the second driving head 122 receives the driving force of the second driving head in the image forming apparatus to drive the developing roller 14, the agitator and the powder feeding roller to rotate. However, in the conventional process cartridge 1, in order to separate the photosensitive drum from the developing roller by a certain gap during cleaning, the developing roller 14, the second driving assembly 12 and the developing frame are rotated by a certain angle under the force of the image forming apparatus. In order to rotate the developing roller 14, the second driving assembly 12 and the developing frame, the entire process cartridge 1 is made to be complicated in structure, resulting in high difficulty in assembling the process cartridge 1, high production cost and low production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, a main object of the present invention is to provide a process cartridge which is low in production cost, high in production efficiency, and good in working stability.

Detailed Description

2. A process cartridge according to claim 1, wherein:
the separation mechanism includes a separation control member and a pushing member, the separation control member includes a guide portion and a force receiving portion that can receive an acting force of the image forming apparatus;
the pushing piece is provided with a guided part;
and as the force bearing part receives the acting force of the image forming device, the movable part is driven to move along the axial direction of the transmission gear through the matching of the guide part and the guided part, so that the movable part and the driving head are separated.
3. A process cartridge according to claim 2, wherein:
the processing box further comprises a holding end cover arranged on the side face of the developing frame, the holding end cover is provided with a limiting hole, and the pushing piece is further provided with a protrusion matched with the limiting hole.
4. A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein:
the separation control piece further comprises a limited part, and the limited part is located in the limited groove.
5. A process cartridge according to claim 3, wherein:
the drive head is rotatably retained on the retaining end cap.
6. A process cartridge according to claim 4, wherein:
the body of the separation control part is of a ring structure, the outer peripheral surface of the ring structure protrudes along the radial direction of the ring structure to form the guide part, the outer peripheral wall of the ring structure extends outwards to form the stress part, and the end surface of the ring structure, which is close to the holding end cover, protrudes to form the limited part;
the driving head is provided with a circular table along the axial extension of the transmission gear, one end of the circular table can be connected with one end of the movable part, and the ring body structure is sleeved on the circular table in a clearance fit manner.
7. A process cartridge according to claim 6, wherein:
the body of the pushing piece is of a circular ring structure, the circular ring structure is protruded on the end face close to the separation control piece to form the guided part, and the guided part is protruded towards the holding end cover to form the protrusion;
the body of the moving part is of a round boss structure, a small-diameter boss of the round boss structure can be connected with one end of the round platform, and the ring structure is sleeved on the small-diameter boss in a clearance fit mode.
8. A process cartridge according to claim 7, wherein:
the surfaces of the guiding part and the guided part which are in butt fit are inclined surfaces.
9. A process cartridge according to claim 7, wherein:
an accommodating cavity with an opening at one axial end is arranged on the transmission gear, and a convex arm is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the movable piece is positioned in the accommodating cavity, a through hole is formed in the large-diameter disc of the circular boss structure, and the convex arm penetrates through the through hole;
the elastic piece is a spring, and the spring is pressed between the bottom of the accommodating cavity and the large-diameter disc.
10. A process cartridge according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein:
the end face of the small-diameter boss is provided with a first ratchet, the end face of the circular truncated cone is provided with a second ratchet, and the first ratchet can be meshed with the second ratchet.
