The DWS conveyor line 62 is at least used for weighing and scanning the product, and sending corresponding information (weight, route, shape, etc.) to an upper computer for processing, and includes a belt conveyor, a pressure sensor module, a code scanning device, a size measuring device, etc., which are known technologies and will not be described herein. The roller of the belt conveyor of the DWS conveying line comprises a middle cylindrical section and conical sections positioned at two ends of the middle cylindrical section, and the diameter of the conical sections is gradually reduced outwards by the joint points of the conical sections and the middle cylindrical section, so that the belt deviation can be effectively prevented.
The first conveying line 63 and the second conveying line 64 are used for adjusting the conveying speed of the articles according to the distance from the reserved sorting trolley to the loading point and the time of use, so that the articles can be accurately conveyed to the reserved sorting trolley.
And, the width of second transfer chain 64 is not less than bottom letter sorting dolly 200, intermediate level letter sorting dolly 201 or the twice of the width of upper strata letter sorting dolly 202, promptly the output of second transfer chain 64 can link up with two bottom letter sorting dollies 200 or two intermediate level letter sorting dollies 201 or two upper strata letter sorting dollies 202 simultaneously, can reduce the material loading degree of difficulty of article like this, guarantees the stability and the accuracy of material loading.
In addition, if the output ends of the first wrapping wire 5, 7 and the second wrapping wire 6, that is, the output end of the second conveying wire are respectively fixedly connected with the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, the upper layer sorting trolley 202 and the middle layer sorting trolley 201, the articles at the first wrapping wire 5, 7 and the second wrapping wire 6 must be screened to determine that the routes of the articles are the lower wrapping openings which can be conveyed by the sorting trolley at the corresponding layer, so that the sorting procedure is increased.
Therefore, in order to improve the flexibility of sorting, in actual use, the number of the second wrapping supply lines 6 connected with the middle layer sorting trolley 201 is plural, as shown in fig. 2, a row of the second wrapping supply lines 6 are respectively arranged at two corner positions of the circular track 1, and as shown in fig. 10-12, the output end of at least one of the second wrapping supply lines 6 can be connected with any one of the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200 in a state; meanwhile, the conveying surface of the second conveying line 64 of the second wrapping wire 6 is parallel to and in a flush state with the conveying surface of the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200 when being connected with the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200.
That is, the height of the output end of the second wrapping wire 6 may be adjusted, as shown in fig. 10, in a normal state, the conveying surface of the second wrapping wire 6 is equal to the height of the conveying surface of the middle layer sorting trolley 201, so that the objects can be normally conveyed to the middle layer sorting trolley 201, and when the discharging opening of a certain object does not correspond to the middle layer sorting trolley 201, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the output end of the second wrapping wire 6 needs to be connected with the conveying surface of the upper layer sorting trolley 202 and the conveying surface of the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, and the height of the output end 6 of the second wrapping wire may be adjusted, for example, when the discharging opening of the object route display object acquired by the DWS conveying wire 62 of the second wrapping wire 6 corresponds to the discharging opening which can be reached by the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, the output end of the second wrapping wire 6 may be switched to be connected with the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, so that the objects can be conveniently conveyed to the target route position.
The specific structure is as follows, as shown in fig. 9, the input end of the first conveying line 63 of the second wrapping wire 6 can rotate around an axis disposed at the output end of the DWS conveying line 62, and a lifting mechanism 66 for driving the first conveying line 63 to rotate around the axis 65 is disposed at the bottom of the first conveying line 63, and the lifting mechanism 66 may be at least one double-headed cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder or a structure formed by reversely butting two cylinders.
Taking the lifting mechanism 66 as a double-head cylinder for illustration, when one cylinder shaft of the double-head cylinder extends out, the first conveying line 63 of the second wrapping wire 6 is in a horizontal state and the output end of the first conveying line is connected with the middle layer sorting trolley 201; when both cylinder shafts extend, the output end of the first conveying line 63 of the second wrapping wire 6 is connected with the upper sorting trolley 202; when both cylinder shafts are retracted, the output end of the first conveyor line 63 of the second wrapping wire 6 is engaged with the bottom sorting trolley 200.
The input end of the second conveying line 64 of the second wrapping wire 6 is fixedly connected with a rotatable rotating shaft 67 at the output end of the first conveying line 63, at least one end of the rotating shaft 67 is provided with a chain wheel 68, the chain wheel 68 is connected with a driving wheel 620 connected with the rotating shaft of a motor 610 through a chain 69, and the motor 610 is fixed on the side surface of the second conveying line 64.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 9, in order to ensure the supporting stability of the second conveying line 64, electric telescopic rods 630 (such as electric push cylinders) are further disposed on two sides or bottom of the output end of the second conveying line 64, and after the second conveying line 64 is adjusted to be horizontal, the electric telescopic rods 630 extend to abut against the base plate 65, so as to provide support for the second conveying line 64 (in specific implementation, whether the push rod contacts with the base plate 65 or not may be determined by a pressure sensor or the like, which is a known technology and will not be repeated herein).
Of course, the second conveyor line 64 may be pivotally connected to the first conveyor line 63, and a lifting mechanism for driving the second conveyor line to pivot around the pivot connected to the first conveyor line 63 may be provided at the bottom of the second conveyor line, and the lifting mechanism may be an oil cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or the like, and the lifting mechanism may be operated while the lifting mechanism 63 is adjusted.
In order to quickly ensure that the second conveying line 64 can be accurately adjusted to a horizontal state, as shown in fig. 9, laser rangefinders 640 and 650 for measuring the distance from the second conveying line 64 to a fixed plane are respectively arranged at the bottoms or sides of the input end and the output end of the second conveying line 64, and the laser rangefinders 640 and 650 are connected with an upper computer.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first wrapping wire 5 engaged by the bottom layer sorting trolley 200 and the first wrapping wire 7 engaged by the upper layer sorting trolley 202 are also plural and are adjacent to the second wrapping wire 6, they are also close to the turning position of the circular track 1 and are located at the straight path section of the circular track, and a first wrapping wire 7 is disposed directly above each first wrapping wire 5, and the substrate of the first wrapping wire 5 extends to the outside of the substrate of the first wrapping wire 7, so as to provide a standing space for the staff.
Meanwhile, in order to facilitate that the routes on the first wrapping wire 5 and/or the first wrapping wire 7 are not timely adjusted when the corresponding upper layer sorting trolley and the lower layer sorting trolley reach the lower wrapping port, the output end of at least one of the first wrapping wire 5 and/or the first wrapping wire 7 can be connected with any one of the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 or the lower layer sorting trolley 200 in a state. That is, the structure is identical to the structure of the second wrapping wire 6 with the height-adjustable output end, which is not described here, so that the adjustment can be performed more flexibly.
In the actual structure, as shown in fig. 2, two sides of at least a straight path section of the circular track are respectively provided with a plurality of rows of lower package openings 4 corresponding to the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 and the lower layer sorting trolley 200, a lower package opening corresponding to the middle layer sorting trolley is arranged right above each lower package opening (not shown in the figure) of the lower layer sorting trolley 200, a lower package opening corresponding to the upper layer sorting trolley is arranged right above the lower package opening corresponding to each middle layer sorting trolley, and the lower package openings at the same position can sort articles at the same destination, or sort articles at different destinations, preferably the lower package openings at least at the same position sort articles at different destinations.
Of course, conveyor lines which are connected to the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the middle layer sorting trolley 201 and the lower layer sorting trolley 200 can also be provided on both sides of at least the straight path section of the endless track instead of the lower bag opening, so that subsequent conveyance is possible.
Finally, when the whole equipment works, each conveying line, each sorting trolley, each laser sensor and other electric equipment are connected to an upper computer or each PLC system, so that the control is performed through the upper computer or each PLC system, and the control is not the key point of the scheme and is not repeated.
The sorting method of the multi-layer cross-belt sorting device is mainly described below, and still three layers are taken as examples for illustration, and specifically comprises the following steps:
and S10, placing the objects on the second wrapping wire 6, acquiring routing information of the objects when the objects pass through the DWS conveying wire 62 of the second wrapping wire 6, determining the position of a lower wrapping opening of the objects, and determining that the lower sorting trolley corresponding to the determined position of the lower wrapping opening is an upper sorting trolley or a middle sorting trolley or a bottom sorting trolley.
And S20, when the lower wrapping opening corresponds to the middle layer sorting trolley 201, as shown in fig. 10, the second wrapping wire 6 is kept in a state of being connected with the middle layer sorting trolley and is used for conveying the articles to the reserved middle layer sorting trolley, and the reserved middle layer sorting trolley is started to convey the articles on the reserved middle layer sorting trolley to the lower wrapping opening when rotating to the target lower wrapping opening.
And S30, when the lower bag opening corresponds to the upper layer sorting trolley 202 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the output end of the second bag supplying line is switched to be connected with the upper layer sorting trolley 202 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200, and the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202 or the bottom layer sorting trolley 200 is used for conveying articles, and when the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202 or the reserved bottom layer sorting trolley 200 is rotated to the target lower bag opening, the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202 or the reserved bottom layer sorting trolley 200 is started to convey the articles on the reserved upper layer sorting trolley or the reserved bottom layer sorting trolley to the lower bag opening.
In addition, when the destination of the articles output by the first wrapping wire 5 at the bottom layer or the first wrapping wire 7 at the upper layer or the second wrapping wire 6 with the non-adjustable output end is not at the sorting opening where the corresponding bottom sorting trolley 200, the upper sorting trolley 202 or the middle sorting trolley 201 can reach, the second wrapping wire 6 with the adjustable output end can also be used for transferring, and the following description will be given by taking the first wrapping wire 5 as an example:
s40, placing the objects on the first wrapping line 5 respectively, acquiring routing information of the objects when the objects pass through the DWS conveying line 52 of the first wrapping line 5, determining the position of a lower wrapping opening of the objects, and determining that the lower sorting trolley corresponding to the determined position of the lower wrapping opening is an upper sorting trolley or a middle sorting trolley or a bottom sorting trolley.
And S50, when the lower package opening of the articles on the first package supply line 5 corresponds to the upper layer sorting trolley 202, the first package supply line conveys the articles to the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202, and when the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202 rotates to the target lower package opening, the articles on the reserved upper layer sorting trolley 202 are started to be conveyed to the lower package opening.
S60, when the lower opening of the article on the first wrapping line 5 does not correspond to the upper layer sorting cart 202, that is, when the lower opening of the article on the first wrapping line 5 corresponds to the lower opening position that can be reached by the bottom layer sorting cart 200 or the middle layer sorting cart 201, S70 is executed.
S70, conveying the articles to the reserved upper sorting trolley 202 by the first wrapping wire 5, and switching the output end of the second wrapping wire 6 to be engaged with the upper sorting trolley 202; the reserved upper sorting trolley 202 is then turned into engagement with the second supply line 6 to initiate the transfer of the articles thereon to the second conveyor line 64 of the second supply line 6.
S80, the output end of the second wrapping wire 6 is switched to be engaged with the bottom sorting trolley 200 or the middle sorting trolley 201, then, when the reserved bottom sorting trolley 200 or the middle sorting trolley 201 is about to be engaged with the second conveying line 64 or is engaged with the second conveying line 64, the second conveying line 64 starts to transfer the articles on the reserved bottom sorting trolley 200 or the middle sorting trolley 201, and when the reserved bottom sorting trolley 200 or the middle sorting trolley 201 rotates to the target lower package opening, the articles on the reserved bottom sorting trolley 200 or the middle sorting trolley 201 starts to be conveyed to the lower package opening.
The transferring process of the articles of the first wrapping wire 7 and the second wrapping wire 6 with the non-adjustable output end height is the same as or similar to the process of S40-S80, and will not be described herein.
Of course, in the practical system, the second wrapping wire 6 with the height-adjustable output end is not only one, and at least one output end in the first wrapping wires 5 and the first wrapping wires 7 is also respectively adjustable in height, so that during practical transplanting, the wrapping wire with the height-adjustable output end can be selected to be used for carrying out article transfer among sorting trolleys of different layers according to the nearby principle and the vacant principle.
When the number of layers of the multi-layer crossed belt sorting equipment is more than three, the sorting process is as follows:
s1, placing an article on a second wrapping line with an output end height adjustable, and determining a target wrapping opening of the article according to the acquired article route;
s2, when a target packing opening is arranged at an accessible packing opening of an even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to a second packing line with an adjustable output end height, the second packing line is kept to be connected with the even-layer sorting trolley and conveys articles to the reserved sorting trolley;
s3, when the target lower package opening is not in the reachable range of the even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to the second wrapping wire with the height adjustable output end, and the target lower package opening is in the reachable lower package openings of the two adjacent odd-layer sorting trolleys, the output end of the second wrapping wire is switched to be connected with the corresponding odd-layer sorting trolley, and the articles are conveyed to the reserved odd-layer sorting trolleys;
s4, when the target lower package opening is not in the reachable range of the even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to the second package supplying line with the adjustable height of the output end, and the target lower package opening is in the reachable lower package opening of the two odd-layer sorting trolleys which are not adjacent to the target lower package opening, at least two times of transfer of the adjustable second package supplying lines with the adjustable heights corresponding to the plurality of even-layer sorting trolleys are used for transferring articles to the sorting trolleys of the layer corresponding to the target lower package opening. For example, when the layer of the sorting trolley corresponding to the target lower wrapping opening is different from the layer of the sorting trolley joined by the second wrapping wire, which is wrapped up, by at least two layers, the sorting trolley cannot be directly transferred to the sorting trolley of the corresponding layer through the second wrapping wire when the articles are wrapped up, and at this time, at least one transfer is required to be performed through another wrapping wire adjacent to the second wrapping wire, so that the articles reach the sorting trolley of the layer corresponding to the target lower wrapping opening.

Claims (4)

1. the outer side of the annular track is provided with a first wrapping wire connected with each odd-layer sorting trolley; the inner side of the annular track is provided with a second wrapping wire connected with each sorting trolley on even layers; the upper wrapping position of the first wrapping wire positioned at the lower position in the first wrapping wire corresponding to the adjacent odd layer extends to the outer side of the upper wrapping position of the first wrapping wire positioned at the upper position in the first wrapping wire, and the upper wrapping position of the second wrapping wire positioned at the lower position in the second wrapping wire corresponding to the adjacent even layer extends to the outer side of the upper wrapping position of the second wrapping wire positioned at the upper position;
the first wrapping wire and the second wrapping wire comprise a wrapping position, a DWS conveying line, a first conveying line and a second conveying line which are sequentially connected;
the number of the second wrapping lines corresponding to each even-numbered layer sorting trolley is multiple, the height of the output end of at least one of the second wrapping lines corresponding to each even-numbered layer sorting trolley is adjustable and can be switched to be connected with two adjacent odd-numbered layer sorting trolleys, and the conveying surface of the second conveying line of the second wrapping line with the adjustable height of the output end is always parallel to the conveying surface of the sorting trolley connected with the second conveying line;
the number of the first wrapping wires corresponding to each odd-layer sorting trolley is multiple, and the height of the output end of at least one of the first wrapping wires corresponding to each odd-layer sorting trolley is adjustable and can be switched to be connected with two adjacent even-layer sorting trolleys;
the sorting method of the multi-layer cross-belt sorting equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, placing an article on a second wrapping line with an output end height adjustable, and determining a target wrapping opening of the article according to the acquired article route;
s2, when a target packing opening is arranged at an accessible packing opening of an even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to a second packing line with an adjustable output end height, the second packing line is kept to be connected with the even-layer sorting trolley and conveys articles to the reserved sorting trolley;
s3, when the target lower package opening is not in the reachable range of the even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to the second wrapping wire with the height adjustable output end, and the target lower package opening is in the reachable lower package openings of the two adjacent odd-layer sorting trolleys, the output end of the second wrapping wire is switched to be connected with the corresponding odd-layer sorting trolley, and the articles are conveyed to the reserved odd-layer sorting trolleys;
s4, when the target lower package opening is not in the reachable range of the even-layer sorting trolley corresponding to the second package supplying line with the adjustable height of the output end, and the target lower package opening is not in the reachable lower package openings of the two adjacent odd-layer sorting trolleys, at least two times of transfer of the adjustable second package supplying lines with the adjustable heights corresponding to the plurality of even-layer sorting trolleys are used for transferring articles to the sorting trolleys of the layer corresponding to the target lower package opening.
2. The multi-layer cross-belt sorting apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the width of the output end of the first wrapping wire and the width of the output end of the second wrapping wire are not smaller than twice the width of the sorting trolley.
