Abstract
The invention discloses a water heater multi-end touch sliding temperature regulation control system based on power line carrier waves and voice, which is applied to the field of constant temperature water heaters and aims at solving the problem that the conventional water heater cannot be quickly and accurately raised to a certain temperature value when continuously raising and lowering the temperature; the temperature of the water heater is regulated and controlled by adopting the touch sliding key, the touch sliding key is arranged on the water heater and external equipment, a sliding command sent by the touch sliding key is an analog signal, the key is arranged in a circular ring or straight strip shape, if the circular ring slides for a circle and is defined as 0-1000, a position signal is uniformly changed from 0 to 1000 in the sliding process, so that different keys can be represented by different values, and the effect of continuously increasing and decreasing the temperature to an accurate temperature value is realized; the water heater is also communicated with external equipment through the power carrier module, and the external equipment regulates and controls the temperature of the water heater through touching the sliding key; the water heater is characterized by further comprising voice recognition modules respectively arranged on the water heater and external equipment, and the temperature of the water heater is regulated and controlled through voice.

The sliding command of the touch sliding key is an analog signal, the maximum value of a circular ring, a straight bar or other shapes can be defined as any value, if the circular ring slides for one circle is defined as 0-1000, the position signal is uniformly changed from 0 to 1000 in the sliding process, and therefore different keys can also be represented by different values.
As shown in fig. 5, the water heater adopts the following main controller types: MSP430FR2633IDA packaged by 32 pins; the touch slide key module is designed into a circular ring shape and is respectively connected to CAP0.1, CAP0.2 and CAP0.3 pins of the processor through R1, R2 and R3 of a resistor 470 (namely 47 ohms); the communication module is connected through CAP3.1, CAP3.2 and CAP3.3 pins of the processor; as shown in fig. 5, the digital circuit pin DVSS of the microprocessor is grounded; the XOUT pin of the microprocessor is connected with a first end of an oscillator Y1, the XOUT pin of the microprocessor is further grounded through a capacitor C3 with the frequency of 22pF, the XIN pin of the microprocessor is connected with a second end of the oscillator Y1, the XIN pin of the microprocessor is further grounded through a capacitor C4 with the frequency of 22pF, and the frequency of the oscillator Y1 is 32.768 KHz; a positive digital power supply voltage pin DVCC of the microprocessor is connected with a 3.3V power supply, a reference voltage pin VREG is connected with the 3.3V power supply through a capacitor C2 of 0.1uF and a capacitor C1 of 0.1uF in sequence, and the connection point of the capacitor C2 and the capacitor C1 is grounded; the touch slide key module in the present invention is a conventional one, and may be implemented by, for example, the touch key provided in application No. 201410397020.7, or by other slide touch key implementations.
As shown in fig. 6, the power supply circuit of the water heater of the present invention converts 12V voltage into 5V voltage through the voltage reduction conversion chip TPS 562201; specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the 12V voltage is connected with an IN pin of the buck conversion chip and is connected with an EN pin of the buck conversion chip through a resistor R1 of 100k, and the 12V voltage is grounded through a 10uF capacitor C3; the SS pin of the voltage reduction conversion chip is grounded through a 0.1uF capacitor C4; the SW pin of the voltage reduction conversion chip outputs 5V voltage through an inductor L1 of 10 uH; the 5V voltage is grounded through a capacitor C2 of 22uF, an FB pin of the voltage reduction conversion chip is connected with the 5V voltage through a 43k resistor, and the FB pin of the voltage reduction conversion chip is grounded through a 10k resistor; the BS pin of the buck conversion chip is connected with the SW pin of the buck conversion chip through a 10nF capacitor C1; the COMP pin of the buck conversion chip is grounded after passing through a capacitor C5 of 3.9nF and a resistor R10 of 6.8k in sequence.
The invention has the following advantages:
