Abstract
The invention discloses an assembled large-scale reinforced concrete prefabricated inspection well which comprises a concrete cushion layer, a bottom plate, side walls and a top plate, wherein a manhole is arranged on the top plate, and water collecting pits are arranged on the concrete cushion layer and the bottom plate; the bottom plate is made of bottom plate steel bar pouring concrete, and the four corners of the bottom plate are provided with cut corners for placing the side walls; the side wall is divided into two parts which are symmetrical to each other, a post-pouring belt is arranged at the joint of the two parts, meanwhile, each part of the side wall is of a U-shaped structure, the corner part of the bottom end of the side wall is placed on the concrete cushion, the middle part of the bottom end of the side wall is clamped on a bottom plate steel bar, and supporting rods are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the side wall; the distance between the two side walls and the width of the exposed part of the bottom plate steel bar are two times of the thickness of the well wall; the top plate is prefabricated by a plurality of rectangular strips. According to the invention, the side wall is split into two parts for prefabrication, and the top plate is split into a plurality of rectangular strips for prefabrication, so that the time for on-site reinforcement, formwork erecting and concrete pouring can be reduced, and the construction period is shortened.

Technical Field

Background
The prefabricated concrete inspection well is called an inspection well for short, and is multipurpose for laying pipes, wires and cables in electric wires, power cables, telecommunication, municipal channels and the like. The inspection well has the functions of being mainly used for construction personnel to lay wires, power cables, related pipelines and the like, and also can be used as an access port for workers to overhaul and maintain the wires and the cables. The traditional reinforced concrete inspection well is generally cast in a construction site, and the construction method comprises the steps of formwork erecting, reinforcing steel bar binding, concrete casting, maintenance and the like.
At present, with the acceleration of urban construction, urban underground municipal works are more and more, and in view of the special requirements of urban construction, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete inspection well has a lot of defects in the practical application: (1) the construction site required by the cast-in-place reinforced concrete inspection well occupies a large area, is complex in process and is very easily influenced by external conditions such as weather, so that the construction period is prolonged, and the engineering quality is difficult to guarantee. (2) The cast-in-place type reinforced concrete inspection well has the problem of low labor efficiency, and a large amount of manual cast-in-place operation is needed in the whole construction process, so that the mechanical degree is low, the construction speed is slow, and the requirement of the existing fast pace cannot be met. (3) The cast-in-place reinforced concrete inspection well has the advantages of high construction cost, long construction period, large occupied working hours, large volume of earth and stones in the construction process and is particularly not suitable for construction of busy road sections. At present, in order to save construction period, the inspection well can be partially prefabricated, and the cover plate part is prefabricated, completely prefabricated or a new technology. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an assembly type large-scale reinforced concrete prefabricated inspection well which comprises a concrete cushion layer, a bottom plate, side walls and a top plate, wherein the bottom plate is arranged on the upper surface of the concrete cushion layer;
the bottom plate is made of bottom plate steel bar pouring concrete, and corner cuts for placing side walls are arranged at four corners of the bottom plate;
the side wall is divided into two symmetrical parts, a post-pouring belt is arranged at the joint of the two parts, meanwhile, each part of the side wall is of a U-shaped structure, the corner part of the bottom end of the side wall is placed on the concrete cushion layer, the middle part of the bottom end of the side wall is clamped on the bottom plate reinforcing steel bar, detachable support rods for preventing the side wall from toppling over are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the side wall, and the bottom ends of the support rods are fixed on the ground;
the distance between the two side walls and the width of the exposed part of the bottom plate steel bar are both twice of the thickness of the well wall;
the top plate is prefabricated by a plurality of rectangular strips.
Preferably, a clamping edge is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the side wall, the clamping edge is of a U-shaped structure, the top plate is clamped on the clamping edge, and the upper surface of the top plate is flush with the upper surface of the side wall.

(4) supporting a bottom plate template and pouring;
(5) when the strength of the bottom plate is increased to 75% of the final strength, a post-cast strip between the two side walls is poured;
(6) and hoisting the top plate when the strength of the post-cast strip is increased to 75% of the final strength.
Preferably, the concrete step of prefabricating the side wall in the step (3) is to lay the side wall horizontally, the head of the reserved steel bar is formed by extending a main steel bar outwards to a proper length, the length is determined by a structural designer, a side wall model is established by using structural analysis software, the gravity center of a component is determined, and a lifting point is embedded in a proper position according to the lifting requirement.
