DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic cross-sectional view illustrating a floor brush according to an embodiment of the present invention, the floor brush includes a base 10, a suction opening 20, a support assembly 30, and a brush body 40.
Wherein, the suction inlet 20 is arranged on the base 10, and the opening faces the ground below the base 10, the suction inlet 20 is connected with the cleaning machine body through a pipeline 210, and the suction inlet is used for absorbing and cleaning the dust and/or water stain on the ground under the suction action of the cleaning machine body.
The brush body 40 is arranged on the base 20, the brush body 40 includes, but is not limited to, a cylindrical structure or a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the cleaning surface of the brush body 40 faces the floor, and the cleaning surface of the brush body 40 has cleaning cloth or cleaning wool which can replace bristles, the brush body 40 can move on the floor under the driving of the base 10 to clean the floor, it should be noted that, when the brush body 40 is in the cylindrical structure, the brush body 40 rolls and rubs on the floor to clean the floor; when the brush body 40 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the brush body 40 moves back and forth on the floor to rub so as to clean the floor.
One end of the supporting component 30 is connected to the base 10, the other end is supported on the ground, the supporting component 30 supports the base 10, the supporting height of the supporting component 30 can be changed, when the base 10 moves back and forth on the ground, the supporting member 30 drives the suction port 20 and the brush body 40 to be separated from the ground or to be in contact with the ground by changing the supporting height, and specifically, for example, when the base 10 moves forward on the ground, the supporting height of the supporting member 30 becomes smaller, the distance between the base 10 and the ground is reduced, the suction port 20 and the brush body 40 will contact with the ground, and at this time, water, dirt, dust, etc. on the ground can be cleaned by the friction cleaning of the brush body 40 and the adsorption force of the suction port 20; when the base 10 is moved forward once to clean the floor to a desired cleaning degree, the base 10 needs to be pulled back to the original cleaning position to perform a secondary cleaning on the floor, i.e. the base 10 is moved backwards on the floor, i.e. the floor brush is pulled back, in the opposite direction to the previous movement, when the base 10 moves backward on the ground, the supporting height of the supporting member 30 becomes large, the base 10 is raised, the suction opening 20 and the brush body 40 are separated from the floor, that is, the suction inlet 20 and the brush body 40 are not in contact with the ground, so that dust or water stains on the ground are prevented from being carried back and forth due to the contact between the suction inlet 20 and the brush body 40 and the ground, the labor intensity of repeated cleaning is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, the present invention does not limit the position of the supporting component 30 on the base 10 too much, and it mainly supports the base 10, and it only needs to ensure that the suction port 20 and the brush body 40 on the base 10 contact with or separate from the ground when the supporting height changes. In the preferred embodiment, the supporting member 30 is disposed at a middle position of the base 10, so that the base 10 is separated from or contacted with the ground when the supporting height of the supporting member 30 is changed.
Further, in order to quickly and timely perform the adsorption cleaning on the water spots, dirt or dust brushed by the brush body 40, the brush body 40 and the suction opening 20 are generally disposed adjacent to each other, and in a preferred embodiment, the brush body 40 is disposed between the support assembly 30 and the suction opening 20 to ensure that the brush body 40 and the suction opening 20 are disposed adjacent to each other.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the brush body 40 is a rolling brush 410 disposed on the base 10, the rolling brush 410 is a cylindrical structure, bristles or cleaning cloth or cleaning wool for cleaning are disposed on a surface of the cylindrical structure, the rolling brush 410 is rubbed on the floor to clean the floor, and the brush body 40 and the suction opening 20 are used together to improve the cleaning quality of the floor.
With further reference to fig. 2, the support assembly 30 includes a fixed member 310 and a sliding block 320; the fixing member 310 is connected to the base 10 and has a receiving cavity 3101; one end of the slider 320 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 3101, and the other end is supported on the ground, and the slider 320 slides in the accommodating cavity 3101 to change the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30.
Specifically, the fixed member 310 is connected to the base 10 on a side away from the receiving cavity 3101, the first end 3201 of the slider 320 is received in the receiving cavity 3101, the second end 3202 of the slider 320 is supported on the ground, and the first end 3201 of the slider 320 can slide in the receiving cavity 3101 in vertical and horizontal directions, wherein the second end 3202 of the slider 320 is in contact with the ground, a friction force is generated between the two, the slider 320 can move in a direction opposite to the moving direction of the base under the action of the friction force, that is, the slider 320 can move in the horizontal direction under the action of the friction force, and since the top surface of the receiving cavity 3101 is not of uniform height, when the slider 320 moves in the horizontal direction, the length of the slider 320 extending out of the receiving cavity 3101 is changed due to the fixed total length thereof, that is, the supporting height of the supporting member 30 is changed, so that the distance between the base 10 and the ground is increased or decreased to drive the suction opening 20 and the brush body 40 to be separated from or contacted with the ground.
It should be noted that the shape of the receiving cavity 3101 may be a triangle as shown in fig. 2, which can be used for sliding the slider 320 in both horizontal and vertical directions; or the shape of the receiving cavity 3101 may be a channel along the moving direction of the base 10, i.e. the horizontal direction, which is not parallel to the ground but forms a certain included angle with the ground, so as to ensure that the height in the vertical direction changes when the slider 320 slides in the channel.
Further, the fixing member 310 includes a first wall 3102, a second wall 3103, and a third wall 3104; wherein the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 are arranged on both sides of the accommodating cavity 3101 along the moving direction of the base 10, and the height of the first wall 3102 is smaller than that of the second wall 3103; the third wall 3104 is connected to the ends of the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 away from the ground.
Specifically, in order to limit the movement of the slider 320 in the receiving cavity 3101, avoid the base 10 from being too high above the ground, and control the contact area between the suction port 20 and the brush body 40 and the ground, the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 are disposed at both sides of the receiving cavity 3101, wherein the ends of the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 away from the ground are connected to each other to form the third wall 3104, and the first end 3201 of the slider 320 abuts against the lower edge of the third wall 3104 when the slider 320 slides, wherein the height of the first wall 3102 is less than that of the second wall 3103, i.e. the height difference between the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 is such that the third wall 3104 has an inclined angle with respect to the ground to ensure that the slider 320 can slide in the vertical direction, so that when the slider 320 moves in the receiving cavity 3101, the length of the protrusion from the receiving cavity 3101 changes, i.e., the supporting height of the supporting member 30 changes.
In addition, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the end of the sliding block 320 supported on the ground is provided with an anti-slip layer 3203. Here, since the sliding block 320 moves in the receiving cavity 3101 by virtue of the friction between the sliding block 320 and the ground when the base 10 moves on the ground, the anti-slip layer 3203 is disposed on the end of the sliding block 320 supported on the ground, i.e., the second end 3202 of the sliding block 320, which can effectively increase the friction between the sliding block 320 and the ground, so that the sliding block 320 can move more smoothly in the receiving cavity 3101.
Meanwhile, in order to make the base 10 move more smoothly on the ground and to improve the stability of the base 10 when moving on the ground, a roller 50 is further provided at one end of the base 10, wherein the roller 50 is connected to the base 10 by a connecting shaft, and the outer diameter of the roller 50 is in contact with the ground. Here, the roller 50 is provided at one end of the base 10, and the suction port 20, the support member 30 and the brush body 40 are provided at the other end of the base 10, and when the base 10 moves on the ground, the end where the roller is provided is always in contact with the ground, and only by changing the support height of the support member 30, the end where the suction port 20, the support member 30 and the brush body 40 are provided is raised or lowered, thereby bringing the suction port 20 and the brush body 40 out of contact with the ground or into contact with the ground.
Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supporting member 30 and the roller 50 are respectively disposed at two ends of the base 10 along the moving direction of the base 10, and the second wall 3103 is located between the first wall 3102 and the roller 50. Specifically, in the moving direction of the base 10, the supporting member 30 and the roller 50 are located at two ends of the base 10, while the second wall 3103 is located between the first wall 3102 and the roller 50, and the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 are located at a position between the supporting member 30 and the roller 50, the present invention does not excessively limit the specific positions of the brush body 40 and the suction port 20, and both of them can be closer to the supporting member 30, and this embodiment is described by taking as an example the case where the brush body 40 is located between the suction port 20 and the supporting member 30, and as shown in the figure, the brush body 40 is closer to the supporting member 30 relative to the suction port 20; however, it should be noted that the brush body 40 and the suction opening 20 are generally disposed at the end of the base 10 close to the supporting assembly 30, so that when the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30 is changed, the brush body 40 and the suction opening 20 can be rapidly driven to be separated from the ground or to be in contact with the ground, the response sensitivity of the floor brush is improved, and the use experience of the floor brush is improved.
When the base 30 moves forward, that is, when the base 30 moves in the direction of the arrow in the figure, referring to fig. 4, the slider 320 moves backward under the action of the friction force of the ground, as shown in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and then contacts with the second wall 3103, so as to limit the second wall, and at the same time, the slider 320 moves upward in the accommodating cavity 3101, so that the length of the slider extending out of the accommodating cavity 3101 is reduced, and further the support height of the support assembly 30 is reduced, that is, the distance between the base 10 and the ground is reduced, so as to drive the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 to contact with the ground, and water, dust and dirt on the ground are cleaned through the friction cleaning of the brush body 40 and the suction force of the suction port 20; when the cleaned bottom surface needs to be cleaned for the second time or the floor brush is pulled back due to other reasons, referring to fig. 5, the base 30 moves backward as a whole, that is, when the base moves in the direction of the arrow in the figure, the slider 320 moves forward under the action of the friction force of the ground, as shown in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and then contacts with the second wall 3102 to limit the bottom surface, and at the same time, the slider 320 moves downward in the accommodating cavity 3101 to increase the length of the protrusion of the accommodating cavity 3101, so that the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30 is increased, that is, the distance between the base 10 and the ground is increased to drive the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 to be separated from the ground, and at this time, because the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 are separated from the ground and do not contact with the ground, the water stain under the base 10 can be prevented from being caused by the contact between the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 and the ground when the floor brush is dragged, Dust and stains are carried elsewhere or contaminate the cleaned floor.
In addition, referring to fig. 3, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, along the moving direction of the base 10, the suction opening 20 and the roller 50 are respectively disposed at two ends of the base 10, and the first wall 3102 is located between the second wall 3103 and the roller (50). Specifically, in the moving direction of the base 10, the suction port 20 and the roller 50 are located at both front and rear ends of the base 10, and the second wall 3103 is disposed adjacent to the suction port 20, and the first wall 3102 is disposed adjacent to the roller 50 such that the first wall 3102 and the second wall 3103 are located between the suction port 20 and the roller 50, and the first wall 3102 is located between the second wall 3103 and the roller (50). The brush body 40 and the support assembly 30 are disposed between the suction port 20 and the roller 50, the specific positions of the brush body 40 and the support assembly 30 are not limited too much, both of which can be closer to the suction port 20, and this embodiment is described by taking the example that the brush body 40 is disposed between the support assembly 30 and the suction port 20, as shown in the figure, the brush body 40 is closer to the suction port 20 than the support assembly 30; however, it should be noted that the brush body 40 and the supporting assembly 30 are generally disposed at the end of the base 10 close to the suction port 20, so that when the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30 is changed, the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 can be rapidly driven to be separated from the ground or to be in contact with the ground, the response sensitivity of the floor brush is improved, and the use experience of the floor brush is improved.
When the base 30 is pulled back, that is, when the base moves in the arrow direction in the figure, the slider 320 moves forward under the action of the friction force of the ground, as shown in the arrow direction in the figure, and then contacts with the second wall 3103 to limit the position of the second wall, and at the same time, the slider 320 moves upward in the accommodating cavity 3101, so that the length of the slider extending out of the accommodating cavity 3101 is reduced, and the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30 is reduced, that is, the distance between the base 10 and the ground is reduced, and the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 are driven to contact with the ground, and water, dust and dirt on the ground are cleaned through the friction cleaning of the brush body 40 and the suction force of the suction port 20; when the cleaned bottom surface needs to be cleaned for the second time or the floor brush is pushed forward due to other reasons, referring to fig. 7, the base 30 is pushed forward entirely, that is, when the arrow in the figure moves, the slider 320 moves backward under the action of the friction force of the ground, as shown by the arrow in the figure, and then contacts with the second wall 3102 to limit the bottom surface, and at the same time, the slider 320 moves downward in the accommodating cavity 3101 to increase the length extending out of the accommodating cavity 3101, so that the supporting height of the supporting assembly 30 is increased, that is, the distance between the base 10 and the ground is increased to drive the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 to be separated from the ground, and at this time, since the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 are separated from the ground and do not contact with the ground, the situation that the brush body 40 and the suction port 20 contact with the ground to separate the bottom and the bottom of the base 10 when the floor brush is dragged can be avoided Water, dust and dirt in front of the seat can be carried elsewhere or contaminate the cleaned floor.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a cleaning machine, which comprises a cleaning machine main body and the floor brush in the above embodiment, wherein the cleaning machine main body is communicated with the suction port 20 through the pipeline 210, the cleaning machine main body provides an adsorption force for adsorbing water stains, dust and the like at the suction port 20 through the pipeline 210 so as to adsorb and clean the water stains, the dust and the like on the ground, and conceivably, a dust collection cavity is further arranged in the cleaning machine main body or the interior of the floor brush structure and used for collecting the water stains, the dust and the like on the ground. For the detailed structure of the floor brush, please refer to the description of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein, the cleaning machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can avoid the trouble of carrying water stains, dust and the like on the floor to other places during the cleaning process to make unnecessary for cleaning work, or cause secondary pollution to the cleaned floor, reduce the labor intensity of repeated cleaning, and improve the cleaning efficiency.
