Abstract
A grain cleaning device of a reverse separation three-section sieve of a combine harvester comprises a sieve which is arranged on a rack and can be driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocate, and is characterized in that the sieve sequentially comprises a front-section sieve body, a middle-section sieve body and a rear-section sieve body into a whole, the sieve bottom of the front-section sieve body is higher than the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body, and the middle-section sieve body is an inclined section with two ends respectively connected with the front-section sieve body and the rear-section sieve body; the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body is provided with sieve pores or a discharge hole; and an exhaust fan is arranged above the middle-section screen body. It has the advantages of good grain cleaning effect of grain and grass separation, simple structure, small volume, low power consumption, small amplitude and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a grain cleaning device for separating grains and grass, which is arranged on a rice and wheat combine harvester.
Background
The grain cleaning device for separating weeds from grains on the existing combine harvester is an airflow screen type grain cleaning device consisting of a multilayer screen and a fan, the used screens comprise a woven screen or a fisheye screen, a punching screen and a fish scale screen, and the screen bottoms of the screens are flat and are uniformly and densely provided with screen holes for grains to pass through; one end of the sieve is provided with a fan which is of a centrifugal type or an axial flow type, the generated airflow flows through the whole sieve surface from inside to outside, weed objects and grains move outwards, in order to completely separate the grains and the weed, a common grain cleaning device is provided with two layers of sieves with different sieve pore forms, and is provided with a secondary lifting mechanism for cleaning twice, the mechanism is complex, the power consumption is large, the volume is huge, and the 1/3 of the whole machine is occupied and needs to be improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the reverse separation three-section screen grain cleaning device of the combine harvester comprises a screen 1 which is arranged on a frame and can be driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocate, and is structurally characterized in that the screen 1 sequentially comprises a front section screen body 2, a middle section screen body 3 and a rear section screen body 4 into a whole, the screen bottom of the front section screen body 2 is higher than the screen bottom of the rear section screen body 4, and the middle section screen body 3 is an inclined section with two ends respectively connected with the front section screen body 2 and the rear section screen body 4; the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body 4 is provided with sieve pores or a discharge hole; and an exhaust fan 5 is arranged above the middle-section screen body 3.
Each screen body can be composed of a screen bottom and flanges 6 at two corresponding sides.
The screen bottom of the front-section screen body 2 is a flat plate (namely a solid plate without holes), and can also be provided with a slotted hole 8 through which grain particles such as grains or wheat grains and the like can not leak;
the screen bottom of the middle screen body 3 is a flat plate (namely a solid plate without holes), and can also be provided with a slotted hole 8 through which grain particles such as grains or wheat grains and the like can not leak; it may be a structure with a sieve hole 9. The sieve holes are sieve holes through which grain particles can fall.
A straw chute 7 may also be provided at the rear end (i.e., the right end in fig. 1-3) of the rear screen frame 4 for discharging straw.
The design principle of the invention is that grains in the threshing bin firstly fall onto the front section screen body 2 of the screen 1 through the grain outlet, and grains (such as grains) move towards the middle section screen body 3 due to the inclination of the front section screen body 2 and the reciprocating shaking of the screen 1; in the shifting process, because the mass of grain particles is larger than that of weeds, the grain particles (such as grains) can sink on the bottom surface of the sieve, when the grain particles shift to the middle-section sieve body 3, the grain particles roll and fall into sieve holes, and the grain particles which do not fall off continuously roll forwards to the rear-section sieve body 4 and fall into grain pockets from the sieve holes or a discharge hole of the sieve body; the grass and the weeds can float on the grain particle layer in the moving process, and when the grass and the weeds move to the middle-section screen body 3 (the position of the air suction opening of the fan), the grass and the weeds are upwards sucked by the exhaust fan and are reversely separated from grains; and the grain particles are sent to the rear-section screen body 4 and fall down from the screen holes or the discharge hole.
From the above, the invention provides the grain cleaning device with the reverse separation three-section sieve for the combine harvester, and the grain cleaning device has the advantages of good grain cleaning effect of grain and grass separation, simple structure, small volume, low power consumption, small amplitude and the like.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the reverse separation three-section screen grain cleaning device of the combine harvester comprises a screen 1 which is arranged on a frame and can be driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocate, the screen 1 is an integral body which is composed of a front section screen body 2, a middle section screen body 3 and a rear section screen body 4 in sequence, the screen bottom of the front section screen body 2 is higher than the screen bottom of the rear section screen body 4, and the middle section screen body 3 is an inclined section with two ends respectively connected with the front section screen body 2 and the rear section screen body 4; the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body 4 is provided with sieve pores; and an exhaust fan 5 is arranged above the middle-section screen body 3.
Each screen body consists of a screen bottom and flanges 6 at two corresponding sides.
The screen bottom of the front section screen body 2 can form an angle of 0-10 degrees with the horizontal plane, and the screen bottom of the middle section screen body 3 can form an angle of 3-30 degrees with the horizontal plane.
The sieve bottom of the front section sieve body 2 and the sieve bottom of the middle section sieve body 3 are provided with a plurality of slotted holes 8, and the width of each slotted hole takes the scale that grain particles such as grains or wheat grains cannot leak down as the scale; the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body 4 is provided with sieve holes 9 shown in figure 1 or figure 2; the rear end of the rear-section screen body 4 is provided with a straw chute 7.
In actual installation, as shown in fig. 4, the sieve 1 is suspended on the frame 12, one end of the connecting rod 10 is hinged on the eccentric shaft of the chain wheel 11, and the other end is hinged with one side of the sieve 1, so that a driving mechanism of the sieve 1 is formed; when the chain wheel 11 rotates, the sieve 1 is driven to do corresponding reciprocating swing (shaking).

A grain cleaning device of a reverse separation three-section sieve of a combine harvester comprises a sieve 1 which is arranged on a rack and can be driven by a driving mechanism to reciprocate, and is characterized in that the sieve 1 sequentially comprises a front section sieve body 2, a middle section sieve body 3 and a rear section sieve body 4 into a whole, the sieve bottom of the front section sieve body 2 is higher than the sieve bottom of the rear section sieve body 4, and the middle section sieve body 3 is an inclined section with two ends respectively connected with the front section sieve body 2 and the rear section sieve body 4; the sieve bottom of the rear-section sieve body 4 is provided with sieve pores or a discharge hole; and an exhaust fan 5 is arranged above the middle-section screen body 3.

4. A grain cleaning device with a reverse separation three-section sieve for a combine harvester according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear end of the rear section sieve body (4) is provided with a straw chute (7).
