When the air conditioner heats the operation, if outdoor coil pipe temperature under certain humidity condition crosses lowly can lead to the condition of frosting, and outdoor coil pipe frosting can lead to outdoor heat exchanger's heat exchange efficiency to reduce, influences the heating effect of air conditioner, reduces indoor environment's travelling comfort, influences user experience. Therefore, in the situation that the air conditioner is in the heating working condition, the outdoor coil of the air conditioner needs to be defrosted timely and effectively.
In the prior art, an air conditioner basically adopts reverse cycle defrosting (i.e., the outdoor unit is defrosted by switching the direction of a four-way valve) or bypass defrosting (the outdoor unit is defrosted by opening a bypass branch), and whether to quit defrosting is judged by monitoring defrosting time or certain parameters such as the temperature of an external coil pipe. And lack the auxiliary means in the defrosting process and accelerate defrosting efficiency, lead to current defrosting process singleness, efficiency is lower.

FIG. 1 is a main flow chart of the defrosting control method of the air conditioner of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a flowchart of a defrosting control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the embodiments, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
The defrosting control method of the invention is mainly directed to an air conditioner with a bypass defrosting loop. As will be understood by those skilled in the art, a bypass defrost circuit of an air conditioner is provided between a compressor and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner for introducing high pressure gas discharged from the compressor into the outdoor unit to melt frost on a coil of the outdoor unit. Specifically, in a state that the bypass circuit is opened, high-pressure gas discharged by the compressor can enter the outdoor unit along the bypass circuit to dissolve frost on the coil of the outdoor unit; when the bypass circuit is closed, high-pressure gas discharged by the compressor sequentially flows through the indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger along the heating circuit to perform heating circulation.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a main flowchart of a defrosting control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the defrosting control method of an air conditioner of the present invention includes: s110, when the air conditioner needs to enter a defrosting mode, controlling an outdoor fan to stop rotating, and starting a bypass defrosting loop; s120, after the outdoor fan stops rotating for a first set time, controlling the outdoor fan to rotate reversely for a second set time; s130, respectively detecting the temperature t of the upper part of the outer coil pipe after the outdoor fan rotates reversely for a second set timeOn the upper partTemperature t of the middle part of the outer coilInTemperature t of lower part of outer coilLower part(ii) a S140, according to tOn the upper part、tInAnd tLower partSelectively controls the outdoor fan to reverse again for a second set time. As an example, the first set time may be 120 seconds, or any time between 110 seconds and 130 seconds is selected; the second set time may be 20 seconds or any time between 15 and 25 seconds may be selected. The skilled person can also flexibly select other reasonable setting time according to the actual application scenario.
Temperature t about three parts of the outer coilOn the upper part、tInAnd tLower part: as can be understood by those skilled in the art, since the refrigerant does not uniformly enter the outer coil pipe, the temperature of the outer coil pipe is different from top to bottom, therefore, the temperature of the outer coil pipe at different positions can be detected by arranging temperature sensors at the upper, middle and lower positions of the outer coil pipe, and then the temperature is detected according to tOn the upper part、tInAnd tLower partThe reverse rotation time of the outdoor fan is controlled by the temperature control system, the conditions that the temperature of the external coil pipe changes differently in the defrosting process are taken into consideration, so that the reverse rotation time of the outdoor fan can be controlled more accurately, the reverse blowing frequency of the outdoor fan is reduced, the outdoor fan can blow off the melted frost layer more accurately and efficiently, and the defrosting efficiency of the air conditioner is greatly improved.
As an example, in step S140, when t isOn the upper partControlling the outdoor fan to rotate reversely for 20 seconds when the temperature is more than or equal to the first set temperature; or when t isInControlling the outdoor fan to rotate reversely for 20 seconds when the temperature is more than or equal to the first set temperature; or when t isLower partAnd controlling the outdoor fan to rotate reversely for 20 seconds when the temperature is more than or equal to the first set temperature. Wherein the first set temperature may be 2 ℃, or may be any temperature between 1.5 and 2.5 ℃. The person skilled in the art can also set other reasonable temperatures as the first set temperature according to actual conditions.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a defrosting control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the conditions for determining that the air conditioner is defrosting are specifically: s210, detecting the temperature Toil of an external coil of the air conditioner; s220, comparing the temperature Toil of the outer coil with the dew point temperature Te, and if Toil-Te is less than or equal to a first set value, executing a step S230 to enable the air conditioner to enter a defrosting mode; otherwise, the process returns to step S210. After step S230, the above steps S110 to S140 are performed. The first setting value can be set reasonably by those skilled in the art according to the specific use scenario of the air conditioner, for example, the first setting value can be-5, or the first setting value can be any value within the range of [ -6, -4 ].
In this embodiment, the dew point temperature refers to the temperature at which the air is cooled to saturation without changing both the moisture content and the air pressure. That is, when the temperature of the outer coil is lower than the dew point temperature to a certain degree, for example, the temperature of the outer coil is lower than the dew point temperature by more than-5 ℃, it indicates that the outer coil meets the condition of frosting, that is, the outer coil is easily frosted. Therefore, the embodiment judges whether the air conditioner needs to enter the defrosting mode by comparing the temperature of the external coil with the dew point temperature, so that the defrosting time of the air conditioner is more accurate.
The defrosting control method of the air conditioner further comprises the step of exiting the defrosting mode. For example, after the air conditioner enters the defrosting mode, the temperature Toil of the external coil of the air conditioner is detected, then the temperature Toil of the external coil is compared with the dew point temperature Te, and if the Toil-Te is larger than a second set value, the air conditioner is exited from the defrosting mode. The second setting value can be set reasonably by those skilled in the art according to the specific use scenario of the air conditioner, for example, the second setting value can be set to-3, or the second setting value can also be any value within the interval [ -4, -2 ]. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the temperature of the outer coil will gradually increase as the frost layer decreases, and that when the temperature of the outer coil increases to a certain extent, for example, a temperature less than the dew point temperature, indicating that the frost on the outer coil has been substantially removed, the air conditioner may be caused to promote defrosting.
In summary, the defrosting control method of the air conditioner of the present invention is mainly to control the outdoor fan to stop rotating and start the bypass defrosting loop after the air conditioner needs to enter the defrosting mode, and then after the outdoor fan rotates reversely for a second set time according to tOn the upper part、tInAnd tLower partAt least one of selectively controlling the outdoor fan to re-rotate the secondAnd setting time until defrosting is finished. That is, the present invention performs the defrosting operation according to tOn the upper part、tInAnd tLower partAt least one of the air conditioners selectively controls the outdoor fan to rotate reversely, and the conditions of different temperature changes of the external coil pipes in the defrosting process are taken into consideration, so that the reverse rotation time of the outdoor fan can be more accurately controlled, the back blowing frequency of the outdoor fan is reduced, the outdoor fan can more accurately and efficiently blow off the melted frost layer, and the defrosting efficiency of the air conditioner is greatly improved. Compared with the traditional defrosting mode, namely the condition that the frost layer is required to be gradually separated from the outdoor unit or completely melted into water, the defrosting method can more quickly finish defrosting operation and effectively reduce the influence of the defrosting process on the indoor temperature.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
