Abstract
The invention provides an environment-friendly coating, which consists of the following components: 28-32 parts of shell powder, 9-11 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 14-16 parts of kaolin, 7-9 parts of talcum powder, 9-11 parts of superfine light calcium carbonate, 33-37 parts of water and a proper amount of auxiliary agent. The invention can adsorb decomposed harmful substances, can adsorb water vapor in the air and has excellent wear resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a coating, in particular to an environment-friendly coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background

The coating is widely applied in China. Latex paint, paint and the like are mostly used in interior decoration, and the coatings contain a large amount of volatile solvents and are very harmful to human health. The existing emulsion paint comprises emulsion and titanium dioxide, wherein the raw materials of the emulsion and the titanium dioxide are derived from petroleum derivatives, so that the emulsion paint cannot be regenerated, is high in cost, contains harmful substances such as formaldehyde, toluene and VOC, is large in smell and not environment-friendly, shows a vitrified state after being coated, and is poor in water vapor transmittance.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need for an environment-friendly coating and a manufacturing method thereof, which can adsorb decomposed harmful substances, can adsorb water vapor in air, and has excellent wear resistance.
The first aspect of the invention provides an environment-friendly coating, which consists of the following components: 28-32 parts of shell powder, 9-11 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 14-16 parts of kaolin, 7-9 parts of talcum powder, 9-11 parts of superfine light calcium carbonate, 33-37 parts of water and a proper amount of auxiliary agent.
Further, the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of an antifreezing agent, a wetting agent, a bactericide, a pH regulator, an antifoaming agent, a leveling agent and a thickening agent.
Further, 0.9-1.1 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of a wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of a bactericide, 0.4-0.6 parts of a pH regulator, 0.8-1 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 parts of a leveling agent and 0.3-0.5 parts of a thickening agent.
Further, the coating comprises 30 parts of shell powder, 10 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 15 parts of kaolin, 8 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of superfine light calcium, 1 part of antifreezing agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of bactericide, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.9 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.4 part of thickening agent and 35 parts of water.
The invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly coating, which comprises the following steps:
adding 28-32 parts of shell powder into 19-21 parts of water, and uniformly stirring to generate a shell powder solution;
adding 9-11 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon into the shell powder solution, and stirring to generate a nano porous shell powder solution;
adding 7-9 parts of talcum powder and 9-11 parts of superfine light calcium carbonate into 14-16 parts of water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture;
adding a proper amount of auxiliary agent into the first mixture and uniformly stirring;
adding the nano porous shell powder solution and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture;
and adding a proper amount of auxiliary agent into the second mixture, heating, stirring and cooling to obtain the environment-friendly coating.
Further, the solution of the shell powder is generated while stirring for about 20 minutes; stirring for 1.5 to 2 hours when the nano porous shell powder solution is generated; the addition of the auxiliary agent to the first mixture is carried out with stirring for about 60 minutes; adding the nano porous shell powder solution, and stirring for about 30 minutes; the final addition of the adjuvant was carried out with stirring for about 30 minutes.
Further, the auxiliary agents added to the first mixture include: 0.9-1.1 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of bactericide, 0.4-0.6 parts of PH regulator and 0.5-0.7 parts of defoaming agent.
Further, adding a proper amount of auxiliary agent into the first mixture and uniformly stirring, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises:
adding 0.9-1.1 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of bactericide and 0.4-0.6 parts of PH regulator into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring;
then 0.5-0.7 part of defoaming agent is added and stirred evenly.
Further, the auxiliary agents added to the second mixture include: 0.2-0.4 part of flatting agent, 0.3-0.5 part of thickening agent and 0.3 part of defoaming agent.
Further, the heating temperature of the auxiliary agent added into the second mixture is 50-60 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the coating disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the emulsion and the titanium dioxide are abandoned, the nano modified inorganic silicon and the shell powder are subjected to physical reaction to complete surface film formation, so that the coating can form a surface porous structure state, the coating has excellent wear resistance, the water vapor transmittance is high, the water vapor in the air can be adsorbed, the humidity of the air can be adjusted, and harmful substances can be effectively decomposed through the pores because the shell powder contains the chitin.

First embodiment
An environment-friendly coating comprises the following components: 28 parts of shell powder, 9 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 14 parts of kaolin, 7 parts of talcum powder, 9 parts of superfine light calcium, 33 parts of water, 0.9 part of an antifreezing agent, 0.4 part of a wetting agent, 0.3 part of a bactericide, 0.4 part of a pH regulator, 0.8 part of a defoaming agent, 0.2 part of a leveling agent and 0.3 part of a thickening agent.
In this example, the following procedure was used:
adding shell powder into 19 parts of water, stirring for about 20 minutes, and uniformly stirring to generate a shell powder solution;
adding modified nano inorganic silicon into the shell powder solution, stirring for 1.5 to 2 hours, and uniformly stirring to generate a nano porous shell powder solution;
adding talcum powder and superfine light calcium into the rest water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture;
adding an antifreezing agent, a wetting agent, a bactericide and a pH regulator to the first mixture, stirring for about 60 minutes to make the mixture uniform, and then adding 0.5 part of a defoaming agent;
adding the nano porous shell powder solution, stirring for about 30 minutes, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture;
and adding the flatting agent, the thickening agent and the rest of the antifoaming agent auxiliary agent into the second mixture, heating to 50-60 ℃, stirring for about 30 minutes, and cooling to obtain the environment-friendly coating.
Second embodiment
An environment-friendly coating comprises the following components: 30 parts of shell powder, 10 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 15 parts of kaolin, 8 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of superfine light calcium, 35 parts of water, 1 part of antifreezing agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of bactericide, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.9 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent and 0.4 part of thickening agent, wherein the preparation method is almost the same as that of the first embodiment, and the difference is that: 20 parts of water are used when the shell powder solution is generated, and 0.6 part of antifoaming agent is added to the first mixture.
Third embodiment
An environment-friendly coating comprises the following components: 32 parts of shell powder, 11 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 16 parts of kaolin, 9 parts of talcum powder, 11 parts of superfine light calcium, 37 parts of water, 1.1 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.6 part of a wetting agent, 0.5 part of a bactericide, 0.6 part of a pH regulator, 1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.4 part of a leveling agent and 0.5 part of a thickening agent, wherein the preparation method is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, and the difference is that: 21 parts of water are used when the shell powder solution is produced, and 0.6 part of antifoaming agent is added to the first mixture.
Comparative example
The difference from the first embodiment is that the modified nano inorganic silicon is replaced by titanium dioxide, and the water is replaced by emulsion.
The above examples and comparative examples were subjected to the following experiments:
the test is carried out according to relevant standards of GB18582-2008 and GB/T20312-one 2006, and the test results are as follows (according to the standards, the standard requirements of the wall coating are that VOC is less than or equal to 120g/L, free formaldehyde is less than or equal to 100mg/kg, lead is less than or equal to 90mg/kg, cadmium is less than or equal to 75mg/kg, chromium is less than or equal to 60mg/kg, and mercury is less than or equal to 60 mg/kg):
after testing, the environment-friendly coating provided by the invention adopts environment-friendly components, and the contents of volatile organic compounds, free formaldehyde, heavy metals and the like are very low and far exceed the national standard. The invention contains shell powder, modified nano inorganic silicon and the like, is beneficial to surface film formation, presents a porous structure, is more beneficial to the permeation and adsorption of water vapor, has better moisture absorption, and has the advantages that the shell powder has the chitin, the chitin can decompose harmful substances, the surface area of the film layer of the porous structure is large, and the purification efficiency of the harmful substances is better.

2. The environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises at least one of an antifreeze agent, a wetting agent, a bactericide, a pH regulator, an antifoaming agent, a leveling agent and a thickener.

The environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 2, wherein the anti-freezing agent is 0.9-1.1 parts, the wetting agent is 0.4-0.6 parts, the bactericide is 0.3-0.5 parts, the pH regulator is 0.4-0.6 parts, the defoaming agent is 0.8-1 part, the leveling agent is 0.2-0.4 parts, and the thickening agent is 0.3-0.5 parts.

The environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 3, wherein the paint comprises 30 parts of shell powder, 10 parts of modified nano inorganic silicon, 15 parts of kaolin, 8 parts of talcum powder, 10 parts of superfine light calcium, 1 part of antifreezing agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of bactericide, 0.5 part of PH regulator, 0.9 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.4 part of thickening agent and 35 parts of water.

The method for producing an environment-friendly paint as claimed in claim 5, wherein the solution of shell powder is produced while stirring for about 20 minutes; stirring for 1.5 to 2 hours when the nano porous shell powder solution is generated; the addition of the auxiliary agent to the first mixture is carried out with stirring for about 60 minutes; adding the nano porous shell powder solution, and stirring for about 30 minutes; the final addition of the adjuvant was carried out with stirring for about 30 minutes.

The method for preparing the environment-friendly coating according to claim 5, wherein the auxiliary agent added to the first mixture comprises: 0.9-1.1 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of bactericide, 0.4-0.6 parts of PH regulator and 0.5-0.7 parts of defoaming agent.
8. The method for preparing environment-friendly paint according to claim 7, wherein the step of adding a proper amount of auxiliary agent into the first mixture and uniformly stirring comprises the following steps:
adding 0.9-1.1 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of wetting agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of bactericide and 0.4-0.6 parts of PH regulator into the first mixture, and uniformly stirring;
then 0.5-0.7 part of defoaming agent is added and stirred evenly.
9. The method for preparing the environment-friendly coating according to claim 5, wherein the auxiliary agent added to the second mixture comprises: 0.2-0.4 part of flatting agent, 0.3-0.5 part of thickening agent and 0.3 part of defoaming agent.
10. The method for preparing environment-friendly paint according to claim 9, wherein the heating temperature of the second mixture to which the auxiliary is finally added is 50-60 ℃.
