The SIS thermoplastic rubber is a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, and the preferable technical parameters are as follows: the combined styrene content (mass fraction) is 15%, the diblock (SI) content (mass fraction) is 5-65%, and the melt mass flow rate is 4-10 g/10min (200 ℃/5 kg).

The naphthenic oil is naphthenic white oil, and the preferable technical indexes are as follows: the open flash point is more than or equal to 210 ℃, the pour point is less than or equal to-15 ℃, the saturated hydrocarbon content (mass fraction) is more than or equal to 93%, the aniline point is more than or equal to 105 ℃, and the carbon structure is Ca is less than or equal to 1%, cn is more than or equal to 47% and Cp is more than or equal to 50%.
The petroleum resin is hydrogenated petroleum resin, and the preferable technical parameters are as follows: the softening point is more than or equal to 105 ℃, the melt rotational viscosity (190 ℃) is more than or equal to 130mPa.s, and the Yellow Index (YI) is less than or equal to 3.
The technical parameters of the polyisobutene are that the open flash point is more than or equal to 220 ℃, the pour point is less than or equal to 15 ℃, the average molecular weight (Mn) is 1500-2500, and the kinematic viscosity (100 ℃) is 700-4000 mm 2 /s。
The antioxidant is a compound antioxidant compounded by antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168 according to any ratio.
The coupling agent is a silane coupling agent, and preferably an epoxy silane coupling agent is used.
The multilayer composite structure of the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-paved waterproof coiled material has the function of pre-paved anti-adhesion, and the technical principle is as follows: when in construction, the coiled material is pre-laid or temporarily fixed on the concrete surface or the compacted sand cushion layer meeting the requirements; then directly binding reinforcing steel bars, supporting templates and other working procedures on the coiled material without paving a cement mortar protective layer, then directly pouring concrete on the weather-proof mineral particle functional layer of the pre-paved waterproof coiled material, wherein the active functional groups on the surfaces of the weather-proof mineral particles can form a chemical bonding force with silicate radical production chemical bonds in cement in the curing process of silicate cement in the concrete pouring process, so that stronger chemical and mechanical riveting force is formed between the special weather-proof mineral particles and the concrete. Meanwhile, the butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive and cement paste automatically fill micro capillary holes on an adhesive interface under the double functions of pressure and thermal creep, and form Van der Waals attraction on the adhesive interface. Therefore, after the cement is solidified, a bonding force formed by combined forces such as Van der Waals attraction, chemical bonding force, mechanical riveting and the like is formed on the bonding interface, and further, continuous permanent and firm bonding is formed after the concrete is solidified. The water channeling channel is thoroughly eliminated, a skin-type waterproof system is formed, and even if the waterproof layer is locally damaged, the external water can not flow between the waterproof layer and the structural concrete. Firstly, adding 1 part of reinforcing material, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 2 parts of titanium pigment, 25 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer resin and other raw materials into a mixer, mixing and stirring for 10 minutes, and preparing a reinforcing master batch by adopting a double-screw granulator; then 75 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin resin, 28.5 parts of reinforcing master batch and 10 parts of filling material are respectively added into a double-screw molding extruder with the length-diameter ratio of more than 30 through weightlessness metering equipment, and a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main layer membrane with the thickness of 0.7mm is extruded and molded. The operation technological parameters are that the temperature of the screw is 140-195 ℃, the temperature of the die is 195-205 ℃ and the temperature of the three rollers is 50-60 ℃ respectively;
the reinforcing material is prepared by treating superfine reinforced inorganic fiber with a coupling agent on the surface, wherein the average diameter of the fiber is 10-13 um, the average length of the fiber is 70-150 um, and the length-diameter ratio is 8; the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 1:1; titanium dioxide with high weather resistance and rutile type titanium dioxide; the filling material adopts 425-mesh active light calcium carbonate.
2. Preparation method of butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive
Firstly, sequentially adding 5 parts of polyisobutylene and 2 parts of brominated butyl rubber into an internal mixer, carrying out back mixing and banburying for 7 minutes at 130 ℃, discharging rubber and filtering, packaging and thin-passing the mixed master batch for 3 times by an open mill, and cutting into blocky mixed master batch for later use; then adding 30 parts of naphthenic white oil, 50 parts of petroleum resin and 1 part of antioxidant into a reaction kettle with a stirring device, stirring and heating to 130 ℃, adding 40 parts of SIS thermoplastic rubber after materials are sufficiently melted, stirring and heating to 190 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen, adding the formula amount of prefabricated mixed master batch, keeping the temperature and stirring for more than 30 minutes until no macroscopic particles exist, adding 0.5 part of coupling agent, cooling and stirring to 155 ℃ for later use;
the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 1:1, and the coupling agent is an epoxy silane coupling agent.
3. Composite forming preparation method of coiled material
The prepared butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is added into a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, the butyl modified hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive with the thickness of 0.5mm is coated on a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer with the thickness of 0.7mm by the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, and when the butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is coated, no adhesive is coated in an area of 5 cm to 6cm inwards at one side edge of the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer to serve as a reserved construction welding lap joint area. Then covering an anti-sticking isolation edge film on the area of 3-4 cm inwards of the construction welding overlap area to serve as the construction self-sticking overlap area, and then synchronously covering the rest pressure-sensitive self-sticking layers with weather-resistant mineral particle functional layers with cement reactivity by adopting a sand spreader. Then the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid waterproof coiled material product with the thickness of 1.2mm is prepared through the working procedures of traction compaction, cooling shaping, coiling, metering, cutting, packaging and the like.
The properties of the products were measured according to the China building Material Congress standards Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid rolls (T/CBMF 43-2019), and the data are shown in Table 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the construction process of the present invention is as follows:
the anti-sticking isolation edge membrane (4) of the lower coiled material is removed in the construction process, then the construction self-sticking overlap area (6) is exposed, the construction welding overlap area (5) of the lower coiled material is welded with the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer (1) of the upper coiled material by adopting a welding gun to realize body welding (the construction welding overlap area is a component part of the waterproof main body layer, the material composition is completely consistent, so that the body welding) is overlapped, meanwhile, the residual heat of the welding gun enables the construction self-sticking overlap area (6) to be fully melted and then automatically filled in the overlap area gap of the two coiled materials to realize seamless full sticking, and meanwhile, part of hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-sticking adhesive is deformed after being rolled by a pressing roller and is extruded to the side of the upper coiled material to be connected with the butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-sticking layer (2) of the upper coiled material to realize body bonding (the material composition is completely consistent, so that the body bonding). So that the composite overlap edge forms a jaw (shown in a detailed schematic diagram) to lock the edge of the upper coiled material after construction is completed. The composite structure combination of 'body welding lap of welding lap zone', 'seamless full adhesion of self-adhesive lap zone', 'jaw edge locking of hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive layer' is realized at the composite lap edge after construction is completed, thereby remarkably improving lap reliability and lap strength and finally solving the technical defect of warping and disengaging of the edge of the upper coiled material.
Example 2: the preparation method of the thermoplastic polyolefin pre-laid waterproof coiled material provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. process for preparing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer
Firstly, adding 10 parts of reinforcing materials, 1.5 parts of antioxidants, 3 parts of titanium pigment, 60 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer resin and other raw materials into a mixer, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes, and preparing reinforcing master batch by adopting a double-screw granulator; then, 40 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin resin, 74.5 parts of reinforcing master batch and 50 parts of filling material are respectively added into a double-screw molding extruder with the length-diameter ratio of more than 30 through weightlessness metering equipment, and a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main layer membrane with the thickness of 1.5mm is extruded and molded. The operation technological parameters are that the temperature of the screw is 140-185 ℃, the temperature of the die is 185-195 ℃ and the temperature of the three rollers is 40-50 ℃ respectively;
the reinforcing material is prepared by treating superfine reinforced inorganic fiber with a coupling agent on the surface, wherein the average diameter of the fiber is 10-13 um, the average length of the fiber is 70-150 um, and the length-diameter ratio is 9; the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 2:1; titanium dioxide with high weather resistance and rutile type titanium dioxide; the filling material adopts 425-mesh active light calcium carbonate.
2. Preparation method of butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive
Firstly, sequentially adding 10 parts of polyisobutylene and 5 parts of brominated butyl rubber into an internal mixer, carrying out back mixing and banburying for 8 minutes at 140 ℃, discharging rubber and filtering, packaging and thin-passing the mixed master batch for 3 times by using an open mill, and cutting the mixed master batch into blocky mixed master batch for later use; then adding 20 parts of naphthenic white oil, 35 parts of petroleum resin and 0.5 part of antioxidant into a reaction kettle with a stirring device, stirring and heating to 120 ℃, adding 25 parts of SIS thermoplastic rubber after materials are sufficiently melted, stirring and heating to 180 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen, adding the formula amount of prefabricated mixed master batch, keeping the temperature and stirring for more than 30 minutes until no macroscopic particles exist, adding 2 parts of coupling agent, cooling and stirring to 145 ℃ for later use;
the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 2:1, and the coupling agent is an epoxy silane coupling agent.
3. Composite forming preparation method of coiled material
The prepared butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is added into a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, the butyl modified hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive with the thickness of 0.3mm is coated on a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer with the thickness of 1.5mm by the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, and when the butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is coated, no adhesive is coated in an area of 5 cm to 6cm inwards of one side edge of the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer to serve as a reserved construction welding lap joint area. Then covering an anti-sticking isolation edge film on the area of 3-4 cm inwards of the construction welding overlap area to serve as the construction self-sticking overlap area, and then synchronously covering the rest pressure-sensitive self-sticking layers with weather-resistant mineral particle functional layers with cement reactivity by adopting a sand spreader. Then the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid waterproof coiled material product with the thickness of 1.8mm is prepared through the working procedures of traction compaction, cooling shaping, coiling, metering, cutting, packaging and the like.
The properties of the products were measured according to the China building Material Congress standards Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid rolls (T/CBMF 43-2019), and the data are shown in Table 1.

From the results, the product has excellent physical properties, and meets or exceeds the product performance requirements of China building Material Consortium Standard Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid coiled Material (T/CBMF 43-2019).
Example 3: the preparation method of the thermoplastic polyolefin pre-laid waterproof coiled material provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. process for preparing Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer
Firstly, adding 5 parts of reinforcing materials, 1.0 part of antioxidants, 2 parts of titanium pigment, 50 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer resin and other raw materials into a mixer, mixing and stirring for 15 minutes, and then preparing a reinforcing master batch by adopting a double-screw granulator; then, 50 parts of thermoplastic polyolefin resin, 58 parts of reinforcing masterbatch and 25 parts of filling material are respectively added into a double-screw molding extruder with the length-diameter ratio of more than 30 through weightlessness metering equipment, and a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer membrane with the thickness of 0.9mm is extruded and molded. The operation technological parameters are that the temperature of the screw is 140-190 ℃, the temperature of the die is 190-200 ℃ and the temperature of the three rollers is 40-50 ℃ respectively;
the reinforcing material is prepared by treating superfine reinforced inorganic fiber with a coupling agent on the surface, wherein the average diameter of the fiber is 10-13 um, the average length of the fiber is 70-150 um, and the length-diameter ratio is 9; the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 1:2; titanium dioxide with high weather resistance and rutile type titanium dioxide; the filling material adopts 425-mesh active light calcium carbonate.
2. Preparation method of butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive

the antioxidant is prepared by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant 168 according to a ratio of 1:2, and the coupling agent is an epoxy silane coupling agent.
3. Composite forming preparation method of coiled material
The prepared butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is added into a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, the butyl modified hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive with the thickness of 0.3mm is coated on a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer with the thickness of 0.9mm by the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating machine, and when the butyl modified SIS hot melt pressure sensitive self-adhesive is coated, no adhesive is coated in an area of 5 cm to 6cm inwards of one side edge of the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) waterproof main body layer to serve as a reserved construction welding lap joint area. Then covering an anti-sticking isolation edge film on the area of 3-4 cm inwards of the construction welding overlap area to serve as the construction self-sticking overlap area, and then synchronously covering the rest pressure-sensitive self-sticking layers with weather-resistant mineral particle functional layers with cement reactivity by adopting a sand spreader. Then the Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) pre-laid waterproof coiled material product with the thickness of 1.2mm is prepared through the working procedures of traction compaction, cooling shaping, coiling, metering, cutting, packaging and the like.

adding the prepared butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive into a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive coating machine, coating the butyl modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive with the thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm on a thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof main body layer with the thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm by the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive coating machine, and coating no adhesive in an area 5-6 cm inwards from one side edge of the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof main body layer as a reserved construction welding lap joint area during coating; then covering an anti-sticking isolation edge film on a region 3-4 cm inward of a construction welding overlap region to serve as a construction self-sticking overlap region, and then covering the rest pressure-sensitive self-sticking layers with weather-resistant mineral particle functional layers with cement reactivity by adopting a sand spreader synchronously; then the thermoplastic polyolefin pre-paved waterproof coiled material product with the thickness of 1.2-1.8 mm is manufactured through traction compaction, cooling shaping, coiling, metering and cutting;
the thermoplastic polyolefin pre-laid waterproof coiled material comprises a thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof main body layer (1), a butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer (2), a weather-resistant mineral particle functional layer (3), an anti-sticking isolation edge film (4), a construction welding lap joint area (5) and a construction self-adhesive lap joint area (6), wherein the butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer (2) is formed at the upper part of the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof main body layer (1), the construction welding lap joint area (5) is reserved at one side edge part of the thermoplastic polyolefin waterproof main body layer (1), the butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer (2) is covered with the weather-resistant mineral particle functional layer (3) with cement reactivity, the anti-sticking isolation edge film (4) is arranged at one side edge part of the butyl modified SIS hot-melt pressure-sensitive self-adhesive layer (2), the construction self-adhesive lap joint area (6) is arranged below the anti-sticking isolation edge film (4), and a composite bonding edge structure is formed by the construction lap joint area (6) and the construction welding lap joint area (5);
