1. A waybill liability allocation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the actual sign-in time of the waybill is later than the preset sign-in time, acquiring the timeliness data and the preset time information of the waybill;
judging whether the preset operation of the waybill at each logistics node is executed in a punctual manner or not according to the timeliness data and the preset time information;
and searching the logistics link of the waybill delay according to the judgment result, and marking the logistics link as a delay responsibility link.
2. The waybill accountability planning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the preset operation of the waybill at each logistics node is executed in a punctual manner according to the aging data and the preset time information comprises the steps of:
acquiring preset division information of each logistics node, wherein the preset division information comprises: a first implementation area, a second implementation area and a third implementation area preset for each logistics node;
the preset time information includes: the logistics object of the freight note is preset with first preset time for arriving at the first implementation area, the logistics object of the freight note is preset with second preset time for departing from the second implementation area, and the logistics object of the freight note is preset with third preset time for departing from the third implementation area;
judging whether the actual time of the logistics objects of the freight note arriving at the first implementation area is later than the first preset time or not according to the aging data;
and if the actual time of the logistics objects reaching the first implementation area is not later than the first preset time, judging that the freight note arrives at the first implementation area at the punctual point.
3. The waybill accountability planning method according to claim 2, wherein the step of judging whether the preset operation of the waybill at each logistics node is executed in a punctual manner according to the aging data and the preset time information comprises the steps of:
if the actual time of the logistics object arriving at the first implementation area is later than the first preset time, judging that the waybill arrives at an unauthorized point of the first implementation area, and judging whether the actual time of the logistics object departing from the second implementation area is later than the second preset time;
and if the actual time of the logistics object from the second implementation area is not later than the second preset time, determining that the freight note starts at the second implementation area standard point.
4. The waybill accountability planning method according to claim 3, wherein the step of judging whether the preset operation of the waybill at each logistics node is executed in a punctual manner according to the aging data and the preset time information comprises the steps of:
if the actual time of the logistics object from the second implementation area is later than the second preset time, judging that the waybill departs from a second implementation area non-permission point, and judging whether the actual time of the logistics object from the third implementation area is later than the third preset time;
if the actual time of the logistics object from the third implementation area is not later than the third preset time, determining that the freight note starts at the third implementation area standard point;
and if the actual time of the logistics object from the third implementation area is later than the third preset time, determining that the waybill departs at an unauthorized point of the third implementation area.
5. The waybill liability allocation method according to claim 4, wherein said finding a logistics link where said waybill is delayed according to the result of said judging, and marking as a delay liability link, comprises:
obtaining the judgment result;
if the judgment result is that the waybill arrives at the punctual point of a first implementation area, searching a logistics link behind the first implementation area;
if the judgment result is that the waybill starts at a second implementation area standard point, a logistics link between the second implementation area and the first implementation area is searched;
if the judgment result is that the waybill starts at a third implementation area standard point, a logistics link between the third implementation area and the second implementation area is searched;
if the judgment result is that the waybill departs from the third implementation area at an unauthorized point, searching a logistics link before the third implementation area;
and marking the logistics links obtained by searching as delay responsibility links.
6. An waybill liability allocation device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the timeliness data and the preset time information of the waybill when the actual sign-in time of the waybill is later than the preset sign-in time;
the judging module is used for judging whether the preset operation of the waybill at each logistics node is executed in a punctual manner or not according to the aging data and the preset time information;
and the marking module is used for searching the logistics link of the waybill delay according to the judgment result and marking the logistics link as a delay responsibility link.
7. The waybill liability assignment device according to claim 6, wherein said determining module comprises:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain preset division information of each logistics node, where the preset division information includes: a first implementation area, a second implementation area and a third implementation area preset for each logistics node;
the preset time information includes: the logistics object of the freight note is preset with first preset time for arriving at the first implementation area, the logistics object of the freight note is preset with second preset time for departing from the second implementation area, and the logistics object of the freight note is preset with third preset time for departing from the third implementation area;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the actual time of the logistics objects of the waybill arriving at the first implementation area is later than the first preset time or not according to the aging data;
and if the actual time of the logistics objects reaching the first implementation area is not later than the first preset time, judging that the freight note arrives at the first implementation area at the punctual point.
8. The waybill liability assignment device according to claim 7, wherein said determining module further comprises:
a second determination unit, configured to determine that the waybill arrives at a first implementation area at an unauthorized point if the actual time of the logistics object arriving at the first implementation area is later than the first preset time, and determine whether the actual time of the logistics object departing from the second implementation area is later than the second preset time;
and if the actual time of the logistics object from the second implementation area is not later than the second preset time, determining that the freight note starts at the second implementation area standard point.
9. The waybill liability assignment device according to claim 8, wherein said determining module further comprises:
a third judging unit, configured to, if the actual time of the logistics object departing from the second implementation area is later than the second preset time, judge that the waybill departs from a second implementation area, and judge whether the actual time of the logistics object departing from the third implementation area is later than the third preset time;
if the actual time of the logistics object from the third implementation area is not later than the third preset time, determining that the freight note starts at the third implementation area standard point;
and if the actual time of the logistics object from the third implementation area is later than the third preset time, determining that the waybill departs at an unauthorized point of the third implementation area.
10. The waybill liability assignment device according to claim 8, wherein said marking module is specifically configured to:
obtaining the judgment result;
if the judgment result is that the waybill arrives at the punctual point of a first implementation area, searching a logistics link behind the first implementation area;
if the judgment result is that the waybill starts at a second implementation area standard point, a logistics link between the second implementation area and the first implementation area is searched;
if the judgment result is that the waybill starts at a third implementation area standard point, a logistics link between the third implementation area and the second implementation area is searched;
if the judgment result is that the waybill departs from the third implementation area at an unauthorized point, searching a logistics link before the third implementation area;
and marking the logistics links obtained by searching as delay responsibility links.
