The invention discloses an intelligent treatment system and a treatment method for oil-containing production wastewater, wherein the production wastewater is collected and gradually discharged into a lifting pump station through gravity flow; when the water pump is detected, the water pump is started, and the concentration of petroleum pollutants in part of the wastewater is detected by the pollutant online detection device; the control cabinet compares the real-time data with a set value, and the detected wastewater returns to the lifting pump station through a pipeline; the water level in the lifting pump station increases the water pump and starts, and according to a detection result, waste water in the lifting pump station is discharged along the path of the first electric valve or is subjected to subsequent purification treatment along the path of the second electric valve. The method has the advantages that the petroleum online detection device and the electric control are combined, the wastewater is separated by the pollutant online detection device, the sewage reaching the standard is directly discharged into a municipal pipe network without being treated, the resource consumption is reduced, and only the sewage not reaching the standard is treated, so that the treatment time is effectively shortened; the intelligent control reduces manual operation, thereby reducing the investment of operation and maintenance personnel and realizing automatic continuous operation.

Technical Field

Background
Domestic sewage and production wastewater of vehicle bases of railway and urban rail transit are generally subjected to split-flow system, main pollutants of oily wastewater comprise petroleum, SS, COD and BOD, wherein the concentrations of the SS, COD and BOD are lower, and the designed inlet water concentration can be lower than the designed outlet water concentration. The production wastewater is easy to exceed the standard because of containing petroleum pollutants, does not meet the discharge requirement of 15 mg/L in the A-level standard of Sewage discharge to urban sewer water quality standard (GBT31962-2015), all vehicle bases of railway and rail traffic projects are required to be specially used for treating the production wastewater, if the method is adopted aiming at the only petroleum pollutants which do not reach the standard in water quality at present, the figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the existing production wastewater treatment system, the production wastewater enters an oil separation tank after passing through a lifting pump station, is treated into qualified water quality through integrated air floatation equipment, and enters a municipal sewage pipe network without pollution to achieve the aim of environmental protection. However, the system treats all the production wastewater, namely, the production wastewater is also treated, so that the energy waste is serious, and the environmental protection and energy conservation are not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and provide an intelligent treatment system and a treatment method for oil-containing production wastewater, which are energy-saving, environment-friendly and high in automation degree.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the intelligent treatment system for the oil-containing production wastewater comprises a lifting pump station, an oil separation tank and integrated air floatation equipment which are connected through pipelines; the lifting pump station comprises 2 water outlet pipelines and 1 water inlet pipeline; a detection water pump and a pollutant online detection device are arranged between 1 water outlet pipe and the water inlet pipeline, and the water outlet pipe of the pollutant online detection device is connected with the water inlet pipeline of the lifting pump station; and a second electric valve and a first electric valve are respectively arranged between the other water outlet pipe of the lifting pump station and the oil separation tank and between the other water outlet pipe of the lifting pump station and the municipal sewage pipe network.
The pollutant on-line detection device comprises a control cabinet, the pollutant on-line detection device feeds detection signals back to the control cabinet, and the control cabinet controls the opening and closing of the first electric valve and the second electric valve.
The treatment method of the intelligent treatment system for the oil-containing production wastewater comprises the following steps:
A. the production wastewater is collected by an outdoor pipe network and then is gradually discharged into a lifting pump station through gravity flow;
B. when the water level in the lifting pump station reaches the liquid level ①, the pump starting liquid level of the detection water pump is reached, the detection water pump is started, and part of the production wastewater passes through the online pollutant detection device to carry out petroleum pollutant concentration detection;
C. when the water level in the lifting pump station increases to the liquid level ②, the water pump in the lifting pump station is started, and according to a real-time detection result, waste water in the lifting pump station is discharged along the path of the first electric valve or is subjected to subsequent purification treatment along the path of the second electric valve.
The online pollutant detection device feeds detection data back to the control cabinet, the control cabinet judges that the water quality reaches the standard when the concentration of the pollutants is lower than a set value, the first electric valve is opened, the second electric valve is closed, and sewage meeting the municipal sewage requirement is directly discharged to a municipal sewage pipe network; when the switch board judges that pollutant concentration is higher than the setting value, first electric valve is the normally closed state, and second electric valve is the open mode, carries out purification treatment to the sewage that does not conform to municipal sewage requirement.
And the purification treatment comprises the step of entering an oil separation tank and integrated air floatation equipment, and the treated sewage is discharged into a municipal sewage pipe network after reaching the standard.
The pollutant on-line detection device can detect the concentration of pollutants in water at regular time and equal intervals, and data transmission has multiple signal outputs of RS232\ RS485\4-20mA, so that the concentration value of the pollutants is visually displayed.
The invention has the advantages that the technology combining the petroleum on-line detection device and the electric control is adopted, the production wastewater is separated by the pollutant on-line detection device, the sewage reaching the standard is directly discharged into a municipal pipe network without being treated, the resource consumption is reduced, the electric energy resource can be effectively saved, and only the wastewater which does not reach the standard is treated, so the treatment time is effectively shortened, and the intelligent water treatment of the production wastewater is realized; the intelligent control reduces manual operation, thereby reducing the investment of operation and maintenance personnel and realizing automatic continuous operation.
