Abstract
The invention provides a traffic accident photographing method and system based on a mobile phone app, wherein the method comprises the following steps: opening the app to enter an accident photographing mode, and acquiring an accident scene picture; extracting the features of the accident scene picture; comparing the characteristics with the characteristic types stored in the database, identifying the accident types, entering a default evidence-taking photographing program if the accident types cannot be identified, and turning to the next step if the accident types are identified; selecting a corresponding mode according to the accident type to guide the user to carry out evidence obtaining and photographing; and judging whether the pictures subjected to evidence obtaining photographing meet the standard or not, if not, re-photographing, and if so, continuing to photograph until all evidence obtaining is finished. The user can rapidly obtain evidence of the accident through the mobile phone app according to the prompting steps without special learning, and move the vehicle as soon as possible so as to avoid traffic jam.
