Performance testing
1. And (3) corrosion test: the selected substrate is an aluminum-plastic plate. The same amount of feed liquid is dipped and dropped on the substrate, and the corrosion condition of the substrate is observed. Let a be the range where the substrate whitens or swells/the range where the feed liquid drops to the substrate. If a is less than or equal to 2.5%, judging that no influence exists; if a is more than 2.5 percent and less than or equal to 10 percent, judging the corrosion is light; if a is more than 10% and less than or equal to 30%, judging the corrosion is moderate; if a is more than 30%, the corrosion is judged to be severe.
2. And (3) testing the glue removing rate: two substrates, namely an acrylic plate, an aluminum plastic plate and a stainless steel plate are selected for the experiment, and the testing steps are as follows. 1) A3-piece acrylic plate of dimensions 21cm X18 cm was weighed and the weight m0 recorded, respectively. 2) Adhering JL-510 transparent high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin AB glue with the same size to an acrylic plate (or an aluminum-plastic plate or a stainless steel plate) in an adhering mode, weighing after 24 hours of adhering, and recording the weight m1. 3) Spraying the degumming agent aiming at the glue stain, completely covering the residual glue part as much as possible, standing for 1-2 min after spraying, and allowing the scavenger to completely permeate and dissolve the glue; then, the colloid on the acrylic plate (or the aluminum-plastic plate) is wiped by cotton cloth, a scraper or a proper tool matched with degumming agent, and the weight m of the degummed acrylic plate (or the aluminum-plastic plate or the stainless steel plate) is weighed2
4) Calculating the degumming rate
ω=(m1-m2)/(m1-m0)×100% (1)
In the formula: m is0G is the weight of the aluminum-plastic plate; m is1G, the weight of the colloid and the aluminum-plastic plate after the colloid is completely dried; m is2G is the total weight of the aluminum-plastic panel and the residual colloid after the colloid is removed.
The average of 3 tests was taken.
