本发明公布一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料及其制备方法,该电缆料该电缆料由如下组分制备而成:乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯橡胶EVM 10~40份;三元乙丙橡胶EPDM 10~40份;聚烯烃树脂5~20份;增塑体系0~20份;阻燃体系20~40份;消烟体系20~40份;阻燃协效体系1~8份;防老体系0.5~3份;润滑体系0.2~3份;抗紫外线体系0.2~1份;交联敏化体系0.5~3份。本发明制备的电缆料制成的电线电缆,经辐照交联后,拥有较高的物理机械性能、优异的电绝缘性能、耐化学介质性能、阻燃性能和耐热性能,可用于长期工作温度150℃的电缆要求。该电缆料辐照剂量为10~20 Mrad。
Description
技术领域
本发明公布一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着世界经济的快速发展和现代工业技术的巨大进步,电线电缆工业面临更多的机遇和挑战, 德国工业4.0和中国制造2025都对电缆工业提出更严高的要求。150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料在新能源汽车、高温电器等行业有着广泛的市场应用,现有技术为达到低烟的效果往往通过添加大量氢氧化物如氢氧化铝ATH和氢氧化镁MTH,由于大量填充导致了力学性能的劣化。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有电缆料的不足,本发明提供了一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料,该材料具有优异的耐热性能(耐温等级为 150℃)、阻燃性能、机械性能、电性能较好,且热变形小,克服了以往电缆料在耐高温、环保及力学性能等方面的一些问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
利用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶 EVM的高耐温(长期耐温等级为 150℃)、优异的耐油性、阻燃性(氧指数LOI>30%)和燃烧时的良好的成炭性和较低的烟密度,再配合与EVM相容性良好的三元乙丙橡胶EPDM以弥补EVM的耐低温性能、耐潮性以及加工性的不足;并且高效的阻燃体系与阻燃增塑剂的配合可以大大降低的氢氧化物的使用,避免了大量填充造成的物性下降。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料,具备以下有益效果:
该150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料具有良好的阻燃性能、力学性能、电学性能、耐温性能和耐候性能。

实施例1 本发明提供一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料,包括以下重量份的原料:

该实施例电缆料辐照剂量为12 Mrad。
将实施例1~4的配方,依照如下的方法制备150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料:
(a)按照配方比例把各种物料投入高速混合机,设定转速100rpm~800rpm,优选200rpm~500rpm混合5min.~15 min.。 (b)将混合好的物料倒入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼、挤出造粒,脱水干燥。双螺杆挤出机的机身各各区温度为:机筒一区:160±5℃,机筒二区:170±5℃,机筒三区:180±5℃,机筒四区:190±5℃,机筒五区:200±5℃,机筒六区:200±5℃,机筒七区:200±5℃,机筒八区:200±5℃,机筒九区:200±5℃,模具:200±5℃,机头:200±5℃。
实施例1~4制得的150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料经压片、辐照交联处理后性能测试数据如下表所示:

Claims (13)
1.一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料,其特征在于:该电缆料是主要由以下重量份的原料组成的:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶 EVM 10~40份;三元乙丙橡胶EPDM 10~40份;聚烯烃树脂 5~20份;增塑体系 0~20份;阻燃体系10~40份;消烟体系10~40份;阻燃协效体系 1~8份;防老体系0.5~3份;润滑体系0.2~3份;抗紫外线体系0.2~1份;交联敏化体系0.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶为VA含量大于40%的 EVM,优选VA含量50%、70%的 Levaprene EVM500HV、EVM700HV。
3.根据权利要求1所述三元乙丙橡胶EPDM为乙烯-丙烯-非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物,优选第三单体为ENB的颗粒状EPDM橡胶,优选陶氏Nordel IP-4725P、IP-4760P、IP-4770P;三井EPT 3072PM、3092PM。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚烯烃树脂为均聚聚丙烯PP-H、无规共聚聚丙烯PP-R、嵌段共聚聚丙烯PP-B、高密度聚乙烯HDPE、低密度聚乙烯LDPE、线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增塑体系为:高闪点环烷油、聚酯增塑剂、磷酸酯增塑剂,优选兼顾增塑和阻燃性的聚磷酸酯如RDP、BDP中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃体系为:苯氧基聚磷腈、环状磷酸酯、磷氮三元复合阻燃剂FR705、无机次磷酸铝、二乙基次磷酸铝、三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐、氰尿酸三聚氰胺中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的消烟体系为:活化氢氧化铝ATH、活化氢氧化镁MTH中至少一种,优选有机硅处理的活化氢氧化镁MTH。
8.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃协效体系为:纳米蒙脱土、硅酮、白炭黑、硼酸锌,优选纳米蒙脱土和硼酸锌中至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防老体系为:抗氧剂1098、抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂300、抗氧剂DLTDP、抗氧剂DSTP、抗铜剂1024中至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的润滑体系为:氧化聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酰胺,乙烯基双硬脂酸酰胺EBS,芥酸酰胺,油酸酰胺,硅酮中至少一种。
11.根据权利要求1所述的抗紫外线体系为:UV531、UV326、UV328、UV329、UV622、UV770、UV944中至少一种。
12.根据权利要求1所述的交联敏化体系为:乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯EGDMA、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯TAC、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯TMPTMA、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯PETA、丁二酸二炔丙醇酯DPS,优选TMPTMA和DPS中至少一种。
13.权利要求1-11任意一项所述的一种150℃辐照交联低烟无卤阻燃弹性体电缆料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤: (a)按照配方比例把各种物料投入高速混合机,设定转速100rpm~800rpm,优选200rpm~500rpm混合5min.~15 min.(b)将混合好的物料倒入双螺杆挤出机进行熔融混炼、挤出造粒,脱水干燥;双螺杆挤出机的机身各各区温度为:机筒一区:160±5℃,机筒二区:170±5℃,机筒三区:180±5℃,机筒四区:190±5℃,机筒五区:200±5℃,机筒六区:200±5℃,机筒七区:200±5℃,机筒八区:200±5℃,机筒九区:200±5℃,模具:200±5℃,机头:200±5℃。
