The structure of the usually unbonded prestressed steel strand consists of a steel strand bundle, an inner coating (grease or wax) and a polyethylene sheath. Polyethylene is used as a general plastic with excellent comprehensive performance and is widely applied to the fields of automobiles, packaging, household appliances, electronic products, furniture and the like, however, the polyethylene is a flammable material, and once a fire disaster happens, the safety of the whole use of the unbonded prestressed steel strand is greatly reduced; some flame retardant structure designs in the prior art are not only complex in structure, but also high in cost and have no large-scale application value.

Preferably, the flame-retardant strip is made of a flame-retardant foaming material, and can be a foamed flame-retardant silica gel strip.
Preferably, the flame-retardant strip is bonded on the outer side wall of the protective inner sleeve through flame-retardant glue.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an unbonded prestressed steel strand comprises a plurality of prestressed steel strand bundles 1, an inner protective sleeve 2 and an outer protective sleeve 3; the prestressed steel strand bundles 1 are all arranged in the protective inner sleeve 2, and an anticorrosive layer 4 is filled in gaps among the prestressed steel strand bundles 1; a plurality of flame-retardant strips 5 are uniformly distributed along the longitudinal direction of the outer side wall of the protective inner sleeve 2, and the flame-retardant strips 5 are sequentially arranged in an abutting mode, namely, no gap is reserved between every two adjacent flame-retardant strips 5; the cross section of the flame-retardant strip 5 is hemispherical; and a protective outer sleeve 6 is arranged outside the flame-retardant strip 5.
Preferably, the flame-retardant strip 5 is made of a flame-retardant foaming material, and specifically, a foamed flame-retardant silica gel strip can be selected. Besides the conventional materials, the flame-retardant foaming material can be preferably selected from ultra-light, super-strong and high-flame-retardant polypropylene foam materials developed by Ningbo material technology of Chinese academy of sciences and Polymer industry of engineering research institute.
Preferably, the flame-retardant strip 5 is bonded to the outer side wall of the inner protective sleeve 2 through flame-retardant glue.
Preferably, the number of the steel strand bundles 1 is 3 to 7.
Preferably, each of the steel strand bundles 1 is formed by twisting 2, 3 or 7 steel wires.
Preferably, the protective inner sleeve 2 and the protective outer sleeve 6 are both made of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin materials.
Preferably, the inner protective sleeve 2 is made of polyvinyl chloride material; the protective outer sleeve 6 is made of low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin material.
Preferably, the anticorrosive layer 4 is anticorrosive grease or epoxy resin.
The embodiment also provides a method for preparing the unbonded prestressed steel strand, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, stranding a plurality of steel wires to form a single steel strand bundle 1;
(2) coating special grease or wax or spraying epoxy resin on the outer part of the single steel strand bundle 1 in sequence;
(3) folding the single steel strand bundle 1 processed in the step, and extruding and molding the outside of the folded steel strand bundle 1 through an extruding machine to form a protective inner sleeve 2 so as to coat the plurality of steel strand bundles 1;
(4) sequentially bonding the flame-retardant strips 5 on the outer side wall of the protective inner sleeve 2 through flame-retardant glue on the outer side wall of the protective inner sleeve 2, wherein no gap is left between every two adjacent flame-retardant strips in the bonding process;
(5) and extruding and molding the outside of the bonded flame-retardant strip 5 by an extruding machine again to form the protective outer sleeve 3, thereby finishing the whole preparation process.
