Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of truck rearview mirrors, in particular to a high-strength mirror-rod-free support structure.
Background
In modern society, automobiles are changing the lifestyle of humans and have been incorporated into aspects of daily life. Nowadays, automobiles are increasingly becoming a part of human life. And higher requirements are put forward on the economy and the environmental protection. As for the exterior parts of automobiles, the rear view mirror is naturally searched and thought from the above requirements.
Traditional lens regulation formula truck rear-view mirror supporting structure forms through base plate, mirror pole and support dress trim cover combination, and production required precision is high, and is with high costs, and the assembly cycle is long, and because spare part is with high costs, the assembly degree of difficulty shortcoming such as big for the rear-view mirror is high in price.
Therefore, there is a need for an improved structure for a rear-view mirror of a truck, which has both advantages and disadvantages.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects of the prior art, the present invention provides a high-strength mirror-rod-free bracket structure, which achieves the purposes of reducing the cost of the rearview mirror, facilitating the installation, breaking through the limitation of the bracket structure of the traditional rearview mirror, greatly reducing the number of parts, having high assembly efficiency, reducing the cost of the parts and the production cost, improving the anti-shake performance of the whole rearview mirror, and improving the use stability of the rearview mirror.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a high-strength mirror-rod-free support structure which comprises a support, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the support are respectively connected with an upper mirror arm and a lower mirror arm, the position, close to one end, of the front surface of the support is connected with a main mirror sub-assembly, and the position, close to the other end, of the front surface of the support is connected with a wide-angle mirror sub-assembly.
The support comprises an upper connecting structure, a lens fixing structure and a lower connecting structure;
the upper connecting structure and the lower connecting structure are both tubular, and the outer side wall of the upper connecting structure and the outer side wall of the lower connecting structure are respectively provided with an upper anti-rotation groove and a lower anti-rotation groove which are of concave or convex structures;
the upper connecting structure is fixedly clasped with the upper mirror arm through an upper clasping screw hole; the lower connecting structure is fixedly clasped with the lower mirror arm through a lower clasping screw hole;
the back of the bracket is provided with a net-shaped reinforcing rib structure which penetrates through the upper and lower straight ribs or the shape ribs and is connected with the straight ribs or the shape ribs.
Preferably, the bracket is made of a high-strength resin material.
Preferably, the front surface of the bracket is also provided with a bracket cover.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the application of the invention can optimize the realization of the production steps, improve the production efficiency, improve the strength and rigidity performance of the product by reducing the connecting parts and further reduce the shaking risk and the use stability of the rearview mirror.
Meanwhile, the high-strength support structure can be used as an appearance part, and can be used as an inner part in a mode of increasing a support cover.
The conception, the specific structure and the technical effects of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings to fully understand the objects, the features and the effects of the present invention.
