Background
Intestinal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, wherein most patients need to do ileum or colostomy, the total number of patients with intestinal stoma is over 100 ten thousand at present in China, about 10 ten thousand patients are newly added every year, and the trend is increased, the intestinal stoma is an important means for saving and continuing the life of the patients and improving the life quality of the patients, but because the intestinal stoma is not controlled by sphincter muscle, directly stimulates stool and is frequently changed, the skin around the stoma is very easy to turn red and pruritus, even ulcer, infection and the like.
The leakage-proof paste is paste, most of leakage-proof paste products existing in the current market are free of alcohol, the main components of the leakage-proof paste are liquid rubber and high-molecular water-absorbing materials, the most main liquid rubber comprises polyisobutylene, polyisoprene and the like, and the leakage-proof paste can seal and fill the concave part of the skin around the stoma, so that the ostomy bag can be firmly adhered, the service time of the ostomy bag can be effectively prolonged, the skin tearing stimulation caused by frequent replacement of the ostomy bag can be prevented, the leakage phenomenon caused by long-term soaking of excrement in the inner edge of the ostomy bag can be effectively prevented, and the skin stimulation caused by excrement can be reduced.
Chinese patent application document 'an alcohol-free leakage-proof paste for ostomy care and a preparation method thereof (application publication No. CN 108744066A)' discloses an alcohol-free leakage-proof paste for ostomy care and a preparation method thereof, and the alcohol-free leakage-proof paste comprises the following components in parts by weight: liquid polyisoprene rubber: 40-55 parts, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose: 20-40 parts of karaya gum: 5-10 parts of white carbon black: 2-6 parts of inorganic clay: 2-6 parts, glycerol: 2-4 parts, 1, 2-propylene glycol: 1-4 parts, 1, 3-butanediol: 1-4 parts, mineral oil: 1-4 parts. The leakage-proof paste for ostomy care does not contain alcohol and has corrosion resistance, but is difficult to extrude when in use, has low plasticity, and obviously difficult to remove residues after use.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an ostomy leakage-proof paste which can improve antibacterial property and reduce paste residue.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an antibacterial stoma leakage-proof paste comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-28 parts of ethanol, 2-10 parts of isopropanol, 30-50 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1-3 parts of povidone iodine, 20-28 parts of croscarmellose sodium and 5-15 parts of gelatin.
Further, 10-26 parts of ethanol, 4-8 parts of isopropanol, 35-45 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 1.5-2.5 parts of povidone iodine, 22-26 parts of cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 8-12 parts of gelatin.
Further, 18 parts of ethanol, 6 parts of isopropanol, 40 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2 parts of povidone iodine, 24 parts of croscarmellose sodium and 10 parts of gelatin.
Further, the weight ratio of the ethanol to the povidone iodine is 8-28: 1-3.
Further, the weight ratio of the ethanol to the povidone iodine is 18: 2.
the invention also discloses a preparation method of the antibacterial stoma leakage-proof paste, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing ethanol, isopropanol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, povidone iodine, croscarmellose sodium and gelatin according to a ratio, adding into a high-speed mixing stirrer for stirring, pressing the mixed paste body to an automatic canning hopper through an extrusion disc, and completing automatic canning.
Further, the rotating speed of the high-speed mixing stirrer is 650-850r/min
The invention has the beneficial effects that: .
The antibacterial stoma leakage-proof paste takes ethanol, isopropanol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, povidone iodine, crosslinked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and gelatin as raw materials, wherein the povidone iodine is a broad-spectrum strong sterilization disinfectant, has strong killing effect on viruses, bacteria, fungi and mould spores, and has small irritation to skin, low toxicity and lasting effect. Povidone iodine is a loose compound formed by combining element iodine and a polymer carrier, povidone plays a role in carrier and dissolution aid, and the oxidation effect of free iodine plays a role in killing microorganisms. Povidone iodine is easily dissolved in water or ethanol, and after being dissolved in the ethanol, iodine is gradually released in the solvent to play a slow release role so as to keep the bactericidal power for a long time. A certain amount of ethanol and povidone iodine are added into the formula, so that the povidone iodine can be well dissolved in the ethanol, and a continuous sterilization effect is achieved, and the ointment has antibacterial performance. The polyvinylpyrrolidone has excellent physiological inertia, does not participate in human metabolism, has excellent biocompatibility and does not cause any stimulation to skin, mucous membrane, eyes and the like. The polyvinyl pyrrolidone is a polymer which is very easy to dissolve in alcohol, and has good dispersibility, film forming property, caking property and shaping capability after being dissolved. The polyvinyl pyrrolidone is introduced into the formula, so that the paste can quickly form a layer of film-shaped materials which are connected with each other and have viscosity after being smeared, the film-shaped materials are well fused with the rubber plate, the film-shaped materials can be peeled off along with the rubber plate after the rubber plate is peeled off, and obvious residual paste cannot be left on the skin. The sterilization effect of the free iodine in the povidone iodine is utilized, the output of the continuous free iodine is realized under the slow release effect of the povidone iodine under the sustained release effect of the povidone carrier, the sterilization durability is ensured, the sterilization performance is effectively improved, in addition, the paste is not easy to peel off after being smeared due to the strong film forming property and the strong caking property of the polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the dispersion effect of the polyvinylpyrrolidone ensures that the antibacterial stoma leakage-proof paste can continuously obtain better output of the free iodine when being used, the durable antibacterial effect is ensured, and the problems of quick volatilization and low sterilization duration of the single ethanol used as the antibacterial agent are solved.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.
