Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for determining the clogging degree of a dust filter of an air conditioner with high accuracy.
It is another further object of the present invention to provide an air conditioner that can determine the clogging degree of the dust filter.
Particularly, the invention provides a method for judging the blockage degree of a dust filter screen of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
acquiring an operation mode of an air conditioner;
acquiring an initial current value of a motor of an indoor fan of the air conditioner corresponding to the running mode;
acquiring a plurality of judgment current values of the motor in the running mode;
and judging the blockage degree of the dust filter screen according to the change trend of the plurality of judgment current values and the sizes of the initial current value and the judgment current value.
Optionally, the obtaining of the determination current value includes:
after the air conditioner is started and operates in an operation mode every time, collecting a current value of the motor to obtain a current sampling value of the motor;
and averaging the current sampling values of the set number to obtain a judgment current value.
Optionally, the collection time of the current value of the motor is a set time after the air conditioner is started and operates in the operation mode.
Optionally, averaging 3-5 current sampling values obtained by continuous acquisition to obtain a judgment current value;
the acquisition of the plurality of determination current values is to successively acquire 5 to 10 determination current values.
Alternatively, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter in accordance with the variation tendency of the plurality of determination current values and the magnitudes of the initial current value and the determination current value may include:
judging whether the plurality of judgment current values are reduced in sequence;
when the plurality of judging current values are reduced in sequence, judging whether the difference between the initial current value and the last judging current value is larger than a preset current judging difference value or not;
and when the difference between the initial current value and the last judgment current value is larger than the preset current judgment difference value, judging that the dust filter screen is in a blocked state.
Alternatively, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter in accordance with the variation tendency of the plurality of determination current values and the magnitudes of the initial current value and the determination current value may include:
judging whether the plurality of judgment current values are reduced in sequence;
when the plurality of judging current values are reduced in sequence, judging whether the difference between the initial current value and the last judging current value is larger than a preset current judging difference value or not;
when the difference between the initial current value and the last judgment current value is larger than the preset current judgment difference value, judging whether the accumulated running time of the air conditioner is larger than a running time judgment threshold value or not;
and when the accumulated running time of the air conditioner is greater than the running time judgment threshold value, judging that the dust filter screen is in a blocked state.
Optionally, the value range of the preset current determination difference is 3mA to 5 mA.
The value range of the running time judgment threshold is 200h-500 h.
Optionally, the operation mode of the air conditioner comprises a heating mode, a cooling mode and an air supply mode;
the initial current value ranges from 20mA to 30 mA.
The invention also discloses an air conditioner, comprising:
the indoor unit is provided with an indoor fan, and a dust filter screen is arranged at an air inlet of the indoor unit; and
and a controller having a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a control program, and when the control program is executed by the processor, the controller realizes the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter of the air conditioner.
Optionally, the controller is further configured to: and when the dust filter screen is judged to be in the blocking state, sending a cleaning signal, and clearing the accumulated running time of the air conditioner.
The air conditioner and the method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter screen of the air conditioner provided by the invention have the advantages that the initial current value of the motor of the indoor fan is determined according to the running mode of the air conditioner, then the plurality of judgment current values of the motor in the running mode are obtained, the blocking degree of the dust filter screen is judged according to the change trend of the plurality of judgment current values and the sizes of the initial current value and the judgment current values, the judgment accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen is improved, the misjudgment is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter screen of the air conditioner judges that the dust filter screen is in a blocking state when the judging current values are sequentially reduced, the difference between the initial current value and the last judging current value is larger than the preset current judging difference value and the accumulated running time of the air conditioner is larger than the running time judging threshold value.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a side view schematically illustrating an indoor unit 100 of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 shown in fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the composition of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to an air conditioner 300 having a wall-mounted indoor unit 100 as an example, with regard to the composition of the air conditioner 300 and a method of determining the clogging degree of a dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300. The air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the present invention generally includes: indoor unit 100 and outdoor unit 200. The indoor unit 100 includes a casing 110, an air inlet 101, an air outlet 102, an air deflector 140, an indoor heat exchanger 120, an indoor fan 130, and a dust filter 103. An air inlet 101 is formed at the top of the housing 110, and a dust filter 103 is disposed at the air inlet 101. The lower portion of the front side of the housing 110 is provided with an air outlet 102. The air outlet 102 is open toward the front lower side. The housing 110 may be a transversely extending strip-shaped structure, and the outlet 102 is an elongated opening extending along the transverse direction. The air outlet 102 is provided with an air deflector 140. The indoor heat exchanger 120 and the indoor fan 130 are disposed inside the case 110. The indoor heat exchanger 120 is configured to exchange heat with air entering the casing 110 from the air inlet 101 to form heat-exchanged air. Specifically, cold air is used for cooling, and hot air is used for heating. The indoor fan 130 is preferably a cross-flow fan extending in a transverse direction along an axial direction, and is used for promoting air to flow from the indoor heat exchanger 120 to the air outlet 102 and then to blow into the room. The indoor fan 130 has a motor 131. The outdoor unit 200 includes a casing, and a compressor 210, an outdoor heat exchanger 220, and an outdoor fan 230 disposed inside the casing. The indoor unit 100 and the outdoor unit 200 constitute a compression refrigeration cycle, thereby realizing cooling or heating of an indoor environment. The compression refrigeration cycle system transfers heat by using a compression phase change cycle of a refrigerant in the compressor 210, the outdoor heat exchanger 220, the indoor heat exchanger 120, and the throttle device.
The method for judging the blockage degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s202: acquiring an operation mode of the air conditioner 300;
s204: acquiring an initial current value of a motor 131 of an indoor fan 130 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to the operation mode;
s206: acquiring a plurality of determination current values of the motor 131 in the running mode;
s208: the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 is determined based on the change tendency of the plurality of determination current values and the magnitudes of the initial current value and the determination current value.
It is understood that, in the determination method according to the embodiment of the present invention, step S202 and step S204 may be executed first, and then step S206 is executed, and step S202 and step S204 may also be executed after step S206 is executed first.
The initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 in the different operation modes of the air conditioner 300 is set at the time of factory shipment. Have different initial current values according to the operation mode of the air conditioner 300. The operation modes of the air conditioner 300 generally include a heating mode, a cooling mode, and a blowing mode. That is, the heating mode of the air conditioner 300 has a corresponding heating initial current value, the cooling mode has a corresponding cooling initial current value, and the blowing mode has a corresponding blowing initial current value. The initial current value generally ranges from 20mA to 30 mA. When the indoor unit 100 is installed at a too close distance from the ceiling of the indoor roof where it is installed, an effect similar to clogging of the dust filter 103 is produced. At this time, if the degree of clogging of the dust filter net 103 is determined depending on the magnitude of the determination current value and the initial current value, there is a possibility that the determination current value is always lower than the initial current value but the dust filter net 103 is not clogged, causing erroneous determination. The judging method provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 by simultaneously considering the change trend of the plurality of judging current values and the sizes of the initial current value and the judging current value, so that the judging accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 can be improved, the misjudgment is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a controller 400. The controller 400 includes a memory 401 and a processor 402, and a control program 410 is stored in the memory 401, and when the control program 410 is executed by the processor 402, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 is implemented. The controller 400 is generally provided in the indoor unit 100.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of obtaining the determination current value includes:
after the air conditioner 300 is started and operates in the operation mode each time, collecting a current value of the motor 131 to obtain a current sampling value of the motor 131;
and averaging the current sampling values of the set number to obtain a judgment current value.
The method for judging the blocking degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 comprises the steps of collecting the current value of the motor 131 after the air conditioner 300 is started and operates in an operation mode every time, obtaining a current sampling value of the motor 131, averaging the current sampling values of a continuously set number to obtain a judgment current value, recording a plurality of judgment current values, and judging the blocking degree of the dust filter net 103 based on the change trend of the plurality of judgment current values and the sizes of the initial current value and the last judgment current value, wherein the numerical value is strict to obtain, and the result is high in accuracy.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the collection time of the current value of the motor 131 is a set time after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the operation mode. For example, the operation mode is entered for 5min, or the operation mode is entered for 1min, or the operation mode is entered for 30 s. Because the determination method of the embodiment of the invention provides a determination basis for the blocking degree of the dust filter 103 according to the variation trend of the plurality of determination current values, the acquisition time point of the current of the motor 131 is limited, the acquisition time of the value can be fixed, and the variation trend can be embodied more accurately.
In some embodiments, 3-5 current sampling values obtained by continuous collection are averaged to obtain a judgment current value; the acquisition of the plurality of determination current values is to successively acquire 5 to 10 determination current values. For example, 5 collected current sampling values are averaged to obtain a determination current value; the above-described steps were repeated 5 times to obtain 5 determination current values. For another example, 4 collected current sampling values are averaged to obtain a determination current value; the above-described step was repeated 7 times to obtain 7 determination current values. For another example, averaging the acquired 3 current sampling values to obtain a judgment current value; the above steps were repeated 10 times to obtain 10 determination current values.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 based on the variation tendency of the plurality of determination current values and the magnitudes of the initial current value and the determination current value includes:
judging whether the plurality of judgment current values are reduced in sequence;
when the plurality of judging current values are reduced in sequence, judging whether the difference between the initial current value and the last judging current value is larger than a preset current judging difference value or not;
and when the difference between the initial current value and the last judgment current value is larger than the preset current judgment difference value, judging that the dust filter screen 103 is in a blocked state.
The method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention determines that the dust filter screen 103 is in a blocking state when the plurality of determination current values are sequentially reduced and the difference between the initial current value and the last determination current value is greater than the preset current determination difference value, and compared with the prior art, the determination accuracy is improved. The value range of the preset current judgment difference value is 3mA-5mA, such as 3mA, 4mA and 5 mA.
In some embodiments, in the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining the clogging degree of the dust filter net 103 based on the variation tendency of the plurality of determination current values and the magnitudes of the initial current value and the determination current value includes:
judging whether the plurality of judgment current values are reduced in sequence;
when the plurality of judging current values are reduced in sequence, judging whether the difference between the initial current value and the last judging current value is larger than a preset current judging difference value or not;
when the difference between the initial current value and the last judgment current value is greater than the preset current judgment difference value, judging whether the accumulated running time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than a running time judgment threshold value;
when the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the operation time determination threshold value, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state.
The method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention determines that the dust filter screen 103 is in a blocking state when the plurality of determination current values are sequentially reduced, the difference between the initial current value and the last determination current value is greater than the preset current determination difference value, and the accumulated operation time is greater than the operation time determination threshold value. The value range of the preset current judgment difference value is 3mA-5mA, such as 3mA, 4mA and 5 mA. The value range of the running time judgment threshold is 200h-500h, such as 200h, 300h, 400h and 500 h. The accumulated operation time may be obtained by a method known in the art of the air conditioner 300, and will not be described in detail herein.
The following is a detailed description of the control method of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of the air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The control method of the air conditioner 300 of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s402: the operation mode of the air conditioner 300 is acquired.
S404: after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the operation mode each time, the current value of the motor 131 is collected to obtain a current sampling value of the motor 131.
S406: and averaging the current sampling values of the set number to obtain a judgment current value. Generally, 3-5 collected current sampling values are averaged to obtain a determination current value.
S408: a plurality of determination current values are obtained. Steps S404 and S406 are generally repeated 5-10 times to obtain 5-10 determination current values.
S410: whether the plurality of determination current values decrease in sequence is determined. The determination current value obtained each time is stored in the controller 400, and after a plurality of determination current values are accumulated, determination is performed.
S412: when the determination result of step S410 is yes, the initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to the operation mode is acquired. The initial current value generally ranges from 20mA to 30 mA. If the determination result in step S410 is no, the process returns to step S404. When the determination result of step S410 is no, the determination current values obtained twice last may be eliminated from the plurality of determination current values stored in the controller 400, only the determination current values before the two times are retained, and then steps S404 and S406 are repeated.
S414: and judging whether the difference between the initial current value and the last judgment current value is larger than a preset current judgment difference value or not. The value range of the preset current judgment difference value is 3mA-5 mA.
S416: when the judgment result of step S414 is yes, it is judged whether the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the operation time judgment threshold value. The value range of the running time judgment threshold is 200h-500 h. If the determination result in step S414 is negative, the process returns to step S404.
S418: when the determination result of step S416 is yes, it is determined that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state. If the determination result in step S416 is no, the process returns to step S404.
S420: the air conditioner 300 sends a purge signal and clears the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300.
The control procedure of the entire air conditioner 300 will be described below by taking the cooling mode as an example. It should be understood that the numerical values in the following description are merely exemplary by reference.
In one example, a method for determining a clogging degree of a dust filter 103 of an air conditioner 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
in step S402, the operation mode of the air conditioner 300 is acquired, and the cooling mode is assumed.
In steps S404, S406, and S408, after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the cooling mode each time, the current value of the motor 131 is collected to obtain a current sampling value of the motor 131. And 5 times of collection is carried out, 5 current sampling values are obtained, and the 5 current sampling values are averaged to obtain a judgment current value. Steps S404 and S406 are repeated 7 times in succession, resulting in 7 determination current values, which are assumed to be 27mA, 26mA, 25mA, 24mA, 23mA, 22mA, 21mA, respectively.
In step S410, it is determined whether the 7 determination current values are sequentially decreased. The judgment in step S410 is yes.
In step S412, an initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to the cooling mode is acquired, assuming 23 mA.
In step S414, it is determined whether the difference between the initial current value 23mA and the last determination current value 21mA is greater than a preset current determination difference value. Assume that the preset current determination difference is 3 mA. The determination result of step S416 is no. Return to step S404. The last two acquired determination current values, i.e., 22mA, 21mA, are removed from the plurality of determination current values stored in the controller 400, and only the two previous determination current values, i.e., 27mA, 26mA, 25mA, 24mA, 23mA, are retained, after which steps S404 and S406 are repeated.
In another example, the method for determining the clogging degree of the dust filter 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
in step S402, the operation mode of the air conditioner 300 is acquired, and the cooling mode is assumed.
In steps S404, S406, and S408, after the air conditioner 300 is turned on and operates in the cooling mode each time, the current value of the motor 131 is collected to obtain a current sampling value of the motor 131. And 5 times of collection is carried out, 5 current sampling values are obtained, and the 5 current sampling values are averaged to obtain a judgment current value. Steps S404 and S406 are repeated 5 times in succession, resulting in 5 determination current values, which are assumed to be 26.5mA, 26mA, 25mA, 22mA, 19mA, respectively.
In step S410, it is determined whether or not these 5 determination current values decrease in sequence. The judgment in step S410 is yes.
In step S412, an initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 of the air conditioner 300 corresponding to the cooling mode is acquired, assuming 30 mA.
In step S414, it is determined whether the difference between the initial current value 23mA and the last determination current value 19mA is greater than a preset current determination difference value. Assume that the preset current determination difference is 3 mA. The judgment in step S414 results in yes.
Step S416 is performed to determine whether the integrated operation time of the air conditioner 300 is greater than the operation time determination threshold. Assume that the running time decision threshold is 400h and the accumulated running time is 450 h. The determination result in step S416 is yes.
Step S418 is performed to determine that the dust filter 103 is in the clogged state.
In step S420, the air conditioner 300 sends a cleaning signal and clears the accumulated operation time of the air conditioner 300.
The air conditioner 300 and the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 in the embodiment of the invention provide that the initial current value of the motor 131 of the indoor fan 130 is determined according to the operation mode of the air conditioner 300, the current of the motor 131 is obtained for multiple times, the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is determined according to the variation trend of the multiple determined current values and the magnitude of the initial current value and the determined current value, the determination accuracy rate of the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 is improved, the misdetermination is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, the method for determining the blocking degree of the dust filter screen 103 of the air conditioner 300 according to the embodiment of the present invention determines that the dust filter screen 103 is in the blocking state when the plurality of determination current values are sequentially decreased, the difference between the initial current value and the last determination current value is greater than the preset current determination difference value, and the accumulated operation time is greater than the operation time determination threshold value.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
