Optionally, the operation information of this embodiment may be a sum of operation information of all actually monitored electrical devices, and the target operation information may be a sum of operation information of all electrical devices detected by the detection device, and then a percentage of a difference between the sum of operation information of all actually monitored electrical devices and the sum of operation information of all electrical devices detected by the detection device may be determined as the comparison result, for example, if the operation parameter is power consumption, a percentage of a difference between a total power consumption of all electrical devices and a total power consumption detected by the electricity meter may be obtained.
And step S106, determining that an abnormal event associated with the operation information occurs according to the comparison result, and acquiring abnormal information associated with the comparison result.
In the technical solution provided in step S106 of the present invention, after the operation information is compared with the target operation information to obtain a comparison result, an abnormal event associated with the operation information is determined according to the comparison result, and abnormal information associated with the comparison result is obtained, where the abnormal information is used to indicate a reason for the abnormal event.
In this embodiment, the abnormal event associated with the operation information refers to an abnormal condition related to the electrical apparatus during the operation of the electrical apparatus, for example, if the abnormal event is that the operation information detected by the detection apparatus is not within a normal range, the reason for the abnormal event may be that the electrical apparatus itself is abnormal, or the accuracy of the detection result may be deteriorated due to the abnormality of the detection apparatus. According to the embodiment, the abnormal event related to the operation information can be determined according to the comparison result, the operation information is analyzed, and the reason of the abnormal event is determined. Optionally, the comparison result of this embodiment is associated with anomaly information for indicating a cause of the occurrence of the anomaly event, and in the case that the occurrence of the anomaly event is determined, the anomaly information may be obtained through the comparison result, for example, when the comparison result is within a threshold range corresponding to the anomaly of the electrical apparatus itself, the anomaly information is determined to be the anomaly of the electrical apparatus itself, and when the comparison result is within a threshold range corresponding to the anomaly of the detection apparatus itself, the anomaly information is determined to be the anomaly of the detection apparatus itself.
Step S108, outputting the abnormal information.

The method of comparing the operation information with the target operation information to obtain the comparison result in the embodiment is described below.
As an optional implementation manner, in step S104, comparing the operation information with the target operation information, and obtaining a comparison result includes: comparing the sum of the operation information of the at least one electrical device with first target operation information to obtain a first comparison result, wherein the target operation information comprises the first target operation information, the first target operation information is obtained by detecting the at least one electrical device by the detection device, and the comparison result comprises the first comparison result.
In this embodiment, the first terminal monitors the operation information of each electrical device, and may compare the sum of the operation information of at least one electrical device obtained through monitoring with the first target operation information to obtain a first comparison result, where the first target operation information may be obtained by detecting at least one electrical device by using other detection devices, and the detection device may be an electric meter. Optionally, the operation information in this embodiment is power consumption, a sum of power consumption of all electrical devices may be obtained to obtain a total power consumption, and a difference between the total power consumption and the power consumption detected by the electricity meter is determined as the first comparison result.
As an optional implementation manner, in step S106, determining that an abnormal event associated with the operation information occurs according to the comparison result, and acquiring the abnormal information associated with the comparison result includes: and under the condition that the first comparison result is within a first threshold value range, determining that an abnormal event occurs, and determining abnormal information as that the detection equipment is abnormal.
In this embodiment, after the sum of the operation information of the at least one electrical device is compared with the first target operation information to obtain the first comparison result, it may be determined whether the first comparison result is within a first threshold range, where the first threshold range may be greater than 2% of the threshold range. If the first comparison result is judged to be in the first threshold range, the abnormal event is determined to occur, the reason causing the abnormal event to occur is determined to be that the detection equipment is abnormal, and then the user can be indicated to need to replace the detection equipment.
As an optional implementation, the method further comprises: and determining that the detection equipment is normal in the case that the first comparison result is not in the first threshold range.
In this embodiment, after determining whether the first comparison result is within the first threshold range, if it is determined that the first comparison result is not within the first threshold range, for example, the first comparison result is within the threshold range of less than or equal to 2%, it may be determined that the detection apparatus is normal, that is, the detection apparatus may be used normally without being replaced, and information indicating that the detection apparatus is normal may be output.

In this embodiment, the operation information of each electrical device may be compared with second target operation information, where the second target operation information is nominal information of the electrical device during normal operation, a percentage of a difference between the operation information of each electrical device and the corresponding second target operation information may be obtained, and the percentage of the difference is determined as a second comparison result.
As an optional implementation manner, in step S106, determining that an abnormal event associated with the operation information occurs according to the comparison result, and acquiring the abnormal information associated with the comparison result includes: and under the condition that the second comparison result is within a second threshold value range, determining that an abnormal event occurs, and determining that the abnormal information is that each electrical equipment is abnormal.
In this embodiment, after the operation information of each electrical device is compared with the second target operation information to obtain a second comparison result, it may be determined whether the second comparison result is within a second threshold range, where the second threshold range may be greater than 5% of the threshold range. If the second comparison result is within the second threshold range, it may be determined that an abnormal event occurs, and it is determined that the reason causing the abnormal event is that the operation parameter is also abnormal due to the abnormality of the corresponding electrical equipment itself, and the electrical equipment may malfunction, age, be a counterfeit product, or the like, and may indicate that the user needs to repair or replace the electrical equipment.
As an optional implementation, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the second comparison result is not in the second threshold range, determining that each electrical device is normal.
In this embodiment, after determining whether the second comparison result is in the second threshold range, if the second comparison result is not in the second threshold range, for example, the second comparison result is in the threshold range less than or equal to 5%, it may be determined that each electrical device is normal, and information indicating that the electrical device is normal may be output.
