Abstract
The invention provides a laser and ink jet integrated machine, which comprises: a laser printing part, through which a first color image is formed on a printing medium; and the ink-jet printing part is arranged behind the laser printing part along the transmission direction of the printing medium, and a second color image is formed on the printing medium through the ink-jet printing part. The laser ink-jet all-in-one machine is used as a double-color printing device, and has simple structure and low energy consumption.

Technical Field

At present, when a red-head file or other two-color files are printed, a color laser printer or a color ink-jet printer is generally used, and in order to realize color printing, four color ink cartridges, namely a black ink cartridge, a cyan ink cartridge, a red ink cartridge and a yellow ink cartridge, need to be arranged, and realize printing of various colors through allocation of three primary colors.

In other embodiments, the printing medium 2 may be made of a material such as parchment paper or cloth.
It should be noted that the service file mainly targeted by the laser inkjet all-in-one machine in this embodiment is a red header file with a red stamp, so the first color and the second color in the above description represent two image colors in a document to be printed, and the first color mostly represents black and the second color mostly represents red.
It should be noted that the printing principle of the laser printing portion 1 is laser imaging, the consumable is toner, the printing principle of the inkjet printing portion 3 is inkjet forming, and the consumable is ink.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laser printing portion 1 is configured as a monochromatic laser printing structure, and an existing laser printing structure is used, so that the laser printing portion is not specifically described herein, and the inkjet printing portion 3 is directly designed on a traditional laser printing structure, so that the structural design of the laser inkjet all-in-one machine can be simplified, and the research and development cycle can be shortened.
Further, the inkjet printing portion 3 is installed at the paper output port 11 of the laser printing portion 1, and the paper output port 11 in this embodiment is a leading paper output port.
As shown in fig. 3, in some modified embodiments, the paper outlet 11 may be disposed above the machine, and the corresponding inkjet printing portion 3 may be disposed above the laser inkjet printer.
As shown in fig. 2, the inkjet printing section 3 includes: the head 31, the head 31 in this embodiment is a single color head, and as shown in fig. 5, the head 31 has 64 nozzles, and a structure of an ink cartridge filled with red ink is integrated above the nozzles.
As shown in fig. 4, another nozzle 31 is a multi-color nozzle, three nozzle regions are distributed on the multi-color nozzle, and correspond to a red nozzle, a yellow nozzle and a cyan nozzle respectively, color mixing is realized through different color nozzles, which can realize printing of two-color documents of different colors, not only being limited to common red-head documents, three ink cartridges which are separated from each other are arranged above the nozzles of the multi-color nozzle, and the ink cartridges and the nozzles are filled with ink of corresponding colors in one-to-one correspondence.
In other embodiments, the inkjet head 31 may not be integrated with an ink cartridge, and an ink supply system is installed on the laser printing portion 1 to supply ink to the inkjet head 31, so that the inkjet head 31 with the ink cartridge is expensive, and the ink cartridge cannot be effectively reused after the inkjet head 31 is discarded, so that a separate ink supply system may be designed.
The conventional ink supply system generally includes an ink supply box, and depending on the printing colors, the ink supply box can be filled with inks of different colors. An ink pump for pumping the ink in the ink cartridge into the head 31, and an ink tube and a necessary hydraulic valve for connecting the ink cartridge and the head 31.
The nozzle 31 in this embodiment is designed to be movable, and it sweeps the surface of the printing medium 2 to complete the printing process, so the inkjet printing portion 3 further includes a slide rail assembly 32 installed at the paper exit 11 and above the transmission path of the printing medium 2, the slide rail assembly 32 includes a slide rail 321 installed at the paper exit 11, the slide rail 321 is a common slide bar structure, at the paper exit, support seats are installed at two ends of the paper exit 11, the slide rail 321 is fixed on the support seats through screws, and a slide block is disposed on the slide rail 321, a positioning column and a screw hole are processed on the slide block to be installed in cooperation with the nozzle 31, and the nozzle 31 is locked on the slide block through screws.
In order to realize the movement of the head 31 on the slide rail 321, the inkjet printing portion 3 in this embodiment further includes a driving assembly disposed at the paper output port 11, and the head 31 reciprocates on the slide rail assembly 32 under the action of the driving assembly. It should be noted that, in order to ensure the quality of inkjet printing, it is required to ensure the smoothness of the inkjet printing portion 3 when the printing medium 2 passes through the inkjet printing portion 3, so when the printing medium 2 comes out from the paper outlet 11, a printing platform is further required to be arranged at the paper outlet 11, the outgoing printing medium 2 is transmitted to the printing platform, printing is completed at the printing platform, the printing platform is a platform with a flat surface, at this time, the inkjet printing portion 3 is arranged right above the printing platform, in order to ensure that the paper coming out from the paper outlet 11 can have sufficient transmission power, in this embodiment, pickup rollers are respectively installed at the paper outlet 11 and at one end of the printing platform far away from the paper outlet 11, and the paper passes through the pickup rollers.
