< sales of goods and settlement processing >
Next, a description will be given of a commodity sales process including a settlement process performed by the counter commodity sales apparatus 1 with reference to a time chart shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6, when the mobile terminal 100 approaches the counter type commodity sales device 1, the mobile terminal 100 establishes short-range wireless communication with the counter type commodity sales device 1 through the short-range wireless communication unit 32 and the short-range wireless communication unit 120 (step S101). Thereafter, the mobile terminal 100 notifies the counter type commodity sales device 1 of the ID information D (step S102)
Upon receiving the ID information D, the authentication processing unit 51 of the counter type commodity sales device 1 accesses the calculation server 200 to perform authentication processing (step S103). If the authentication is authorized (yes in step S104), the authentication processing unit 51 sends an authentication confirmation notification to the mobile terminal 100 (step S105). When the mobile terminal 100 receives the authentication confirmation notification, an instruction to open the top door 11 is transmitted from the mobile terminal 100 to the counter commodity sales device 1 (step S106).
Thereafter, in the counter type merchandise sales device 1, the door opening/closing control unit 52 releases the lock of the door closed state by the door lock unit 41 (step S107). The door opening/closing control unit 52 drives the drive motor 14 of the door opening/closing mechanism 42 to open the upper surface door 11. Then, the door opening/closing control unit 52 turns on the illumination of the interior illumination unit 44 (step S109).
When the upper door 11 is opened, a product specifying process for purchasing a product is performed between the mobile terminal 100 and the counter type product vending apparatus 1 (step S110). When the upper door 11 is opened, the customer can take out any product P from the product placement area E1. The product specifying unit 53 refers to the product database 62 to specify the product to be taken out, based on the product image captured by the imaging unit 31. The product database 62 associates the product type, the product price, and the product feature information, and the product specifying unit 53 specifies the product type and the product price of the extracted product by comparing the product image with the product feature information. The product characteristic information is, for example, a product packing state including a color, a pattern, a design, and a shape of the product. Then, the product specifying unit 53 notifies the portable terminal 100 of the product type and the product price of the product, with the specified product as a purchased product. On the portable terminal 100 side, the product purchase application is started, the product type and the product price of the purchased product are displayed, and the total amount is displayed.
When the upper door 11 is opened, the commodity once taken out can be returned to the commodity placement area E1. In this case, the product specifying unit 53 specifies the returned product based on the product image, and notifies the portable terminal 100 of a notification of removing the returned product from the purchased product. The mobile terminal 100 that has received the notification deletes the product information of the returned product, that is, the product type and the product price of the product, from the product purchase application screen.
When the product specifying process is performed, the product specifying unit 53 updates the information of the product existing in the product placement area E1 as the sales product information 61 at any time.
When a predetermined time, for example, 1 minute has elapsed since the upper surface door 11 was opened, the door opening/closing control unit 52 notifies the mobile terminal 100 that the short-range wireless communication has been established that the upper surface door 11 is still opened, and guides the upper surface door 11 to be closed.
Then, the customer transmits an instruction to close the upper surface door 11 from the mobile terminal 100 to the counter type commodity sales apparatus 1 in order to settle the purchase of the commodity (step S111). On the counter type merchandise sales device 1 side that has received the closing instruction, the door opening/closing control unit 52 closes the upper surface door 11 and locks the upper surface door 11 in the closed state by the door lock unit 41 (step S112). After that, the door opening/closing control unit 52 turns off the illumination of the interior illumination unit 44 (step S113).
Thereafter, the closing of the upper surface door 11 is triggered to perform a settlement process for the purchased product between the mobile terminal 100 and the counter type product vending apparatus 1 (step S114). The settlement processing unit 54 notifies the settlement server 200 of the ID information D, the purchased product, and the purchase amount to perform settlement processing. The counter commodity sales apparatus 1 and the mobile terminal 100 are notified of the settlement result. The settlement result may be notified directly from the settlement server 200 to the mobile terminal 100 via the network N.
Thereafter, the short-range wireless communication is disconnected between the mobile terminal 100 and the counter type product vending apparatus 1 (step S115), and the series of product vending processes is completed. If the authentication is not compliant in step S104 (no in step S104), the process proceeds to step S115 to disconnect the short-range wireless communication (step S115), and the product sales process is ended.
< specific example of commercial product purchasing Process >
Next, an example of a specific product purchase procedure using the mobile terminal 100 will be described with reference to fig. 7. First, as shown in fig. 7 (a), when the mobile terminal 100 is brought close to the counter type merchandise sales device 1, the short-range wireless communication is established, and after the authentication process is performed, the merchandise purchase application screen I1 is displayed. The product purchase application screen I1 displays a GUI of an open/close button B for instructing opening and closing of the upper surface door 11. The customer slides the open/close button B in the direction of pointing B1 to send an instruction to open the top door 11 to the counter type merchandise sales device 1.
Thereafter, as shown in fig. 7 (b), the counter type merchandise sales device 1 receives an instruction to open the upper surface door 11, and sets the upper surface door 11 in an open state. Thereafter, the product taken out from the product placement area E1 by the customer is updated as needed as a purchased product on the displayed product purchase application screen I2. In fig. 7 (b), two "chocolate" items having a product price of 200 yen, 1 "payroll" item having a product price of 120 yen, and a total amount of "520 yen" are displayed as purchased products.
Thereafter, when the settlement processing for the purchased commodity is performed, the customer slides the open/close button B in the commodity purchase application screen I2 in the pointing direction B2 to output the closing instruction of the upper surface door 11 to the counter type commodity sales apparatus 1 side. The close instruction is also an instruction of the settlement processing.
As shown in fig. 7 (c), the counter type commodity sales device 1 which has received the closing instruction closes the upper surface door 11, and performs settlement processing. When the completion of the settlement processing is notified to the mobile terminal 100, the mobile terminal 100 displays a message indicating that the settlement is completed as in the product purchase application screen I3 based on the completion notification of the settlement, and the product sale processing is ended.
Further, the product specification unit 53 specifies the product based on the product package state including the color, pattern, design, and shape of the product, but as shown in fig. 8, may be: barcode information DP such as two-dimensional barcode information representing the product information of the product is added to the bottom of the product P in advance, and the imaging unit 31 acquires the barcode information DP to specify the product.
< modification 1>
In the above embodiment, the upper surface door 11 is a door that is automatically opened and closed, but the upper surface door 11 may be a door that is manually opened and closed. In the product sales processing procedure in this case, as shown in fig. 9, the processing of the opening instruction of the upper door 11 in step S106 and the processing of the closing instruction of the upper door 11 in step S111 shown in fig. 6 are deleted, and at a stage corresponding to step S108, the door opening/closing control unit 52 determines whether or not the upper door 11 is in the open state based on the detection result of the door opening/closing detection unit 43 (step S108 a). When the upper door 11 is opened (yes in step S108a), the interior lighting is turned on (step S109), and the product specification process is performed (step S110).
Similarly, at a stage corresponding to step S112, the door opening/closing control unit 52 determines whether or not the upper surface door 11 is in the closed state based on the detection result of the door opening/closing detection unit 43 (step S112 a). When the upper door 11 is closed (yes in step S112a), the interior lighting is turned off (step S113) and the settlement process is performed (step S114). The other processing is the same as that shown in fig. 6.
In modification 1, the drive motor 14 is not required, and the structure of the counter type merchandise sales device 1 is simple.
< modification 2>
Fig. 10 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the counter type commodity sales device 1 according to modification 2. As shown in fig. 10, in modification 2, an information reading unit 34 that reads ID information from an ID card 300 of a customer is provided instead of the short-range wireless communication unit 32.
The counter type commodity sales device 1 of modification 2 is disposed in an interior space other than an exterior space such as a company, and the ID card 300 records the ID information of the company.
If the ID information is read by placing the ID card 300 on the information reading section 34, the subsequent processing is the same as that of the embodiment. Further, the settlement server 200 in this case is a settlement server cooperating with a company.
< modification 3>
Fig. 11 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the counter type commodity sales device 1 according to modification 3. As shown in fig. 11, in modification 3, the imaging unit 31, which is an example of a product detection unit, is replaced with an RFID reader 131. Further, an RFID tag (IC tag) for holding product information of each product is attached to the product mounted on the product mounting plate 22. The IC tag is a passive IC tag. The other structure is the same as that of the embodiment shown in fig. 4.
The RFID reader 131 accesses each IC tag at predetermined time intervals to acquire product information of each product. Since the RFID reader 131 uses electromagnetic waves, the product mounting plate 22 is formed of a dielectric material that transmits electromagnetic waves. Since the RFID reader 131 uses electromagnetic waves, it is not necessary to provide it at the lower portion of the commodity-placing plate 22, and it may be disposed at a position where it can detect commodities. The material of the product placement plate 22 may be any material as long as the RFID reader is not provided below the product placement plate 22.
In the above embodiment, the opening instruction and the closing instruction are transmitted from the portable terminal 100 side, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the opening instruction and the closing instruction of the upper surface door 11 may be performed by the display operation unit 45 provided in the counter type commodity sales apparatus 1.
In addition, since the imaging unit placement area E2 has a large storage space in which only the imaging unit 31 and the control unit C are disposed, it is also possible to store stock commodities in this area. In order to grasp inventory items, another imaging unit for imaging items in the imaging unit placement area E2 may be provided on the side of the imaging unit placement area E2 to grasp inventory items.
Note that each configuration illustrated in the above-described embodiment and modification is a schematic functional configuration, and it is not necessarily required to physically have a configuration as illustrated in the drawings. That is, the form of distribution and integration of the respective devices and components is not limited to the form shown in the drawings, and all or a part of them may be configured to be functionally or physically distributed and integrated in arbitrary units according to various usage situations and the like.
