Abstract

背景技术
加热器/空调(通常还称为HVAC,热通风空气调节)典型地安装在机动车辆的车辆内部。用于制冷剂和冷却剂线的新鲜空气供给以及所有连接件从而必须通过前壁被引导,前壁分离车辆内部与发动机舱。在那里分离地,额外的管从车辆内部排放冷凝水。但是,这些界面中的每个从而要求其自身密封,这不仅需要高密封努力,而且需要高组装努力,这是由于每次通过前壁引入必须单独密封。此外,前壁中的各个孔口必须被提供而用于每个线,由此前壁自身还要求增加生产努力。生产各个孔口以及每个孔口噪声相关的努力以及湿度相关的密封由此带来额外成本。

本发明是基于这样的总体构思:捆绑空调的所有连接件,诸如,制冷剂连接件、冷凝水连接件、空气供给通道连接件以及冷却剂连接件,并且引导它们分别通过机动车辆前壁中的单个开口,它们捆绑作为线或者通道束。根据本发明的空调从而具有上述提到的冷却剂连接件、制冷剂连接件、冷凝水连接以及空气供给通道连接件,现在它们都根据本发明布置在前联接板(coupling plate)中并且被环向密封件围绕。在根据本发明的空调的情形下,因而仅单个密封件需要用于密封前壁中的贯通开口,分离车辆内部/乘客舱与发动机舱,由此能够显著降低密封努力以及组装努力。由于在前联接板中捆绑各个线,单个较大贯通开口在机动车辆前壁中此外是足够的,通过单个较大贯通开口,空调的所有线或者通道分别以捆绑方式被引导。从而前壁的生产成本也降低。但是,在根据本发明的空调的情形下具有的特定优势为,由于密封件的数量从当前用于n个线的n个密封件降低至仅单个密封件,能够显著降低获得的渗漏易感性。
在根据本发明的方案的有利进一步发展的情形下,前联接板实施为注塑模制部件。从而能够不仅以成本有效的方式实施前联接板,而且同时还具有高质量,其中,用于相应的连接件,例如制冷剂连接件或者冷却剂连接,的各个容器,能够依靠相应设计的注塑模制工具相对易于实现。毫无疑问,纯理论上来讲,还可想到的是实施金属的前联接板,尤其是板材金属。
空调有利地具有分配器壳体,前联接板布置于分配器壳体上。分配器壳体具有至少两个可控制空气出口,从空调射出的新鲜空气经由可控制空气出口能够各自分布至各个乘客舱区域。前联接板从而能够直接布置在分配器壳体上或者还能够分别布置在布置于前联接板和分配器壳体之间的蒸发器或者冷凝器上,或者布置在过滤器设备上。

本发明进一步基于这样的总体构思:指定一种具有前壁的机动车辆,前壁分离车辆内部与发动机舱。至少一个贯通开口从而设置在该前壁中。在根据本发明的机动车辆的情形下,还提供了根据前述段落描述的空调,其利用其前联接板附接至贯通开口,使得冷却剂连接件、制冷剂连接件、冷凝水连接件和空气供给通道连接件能够被引导通过贯通开口,并且前联接板侧上的密封件以密封方式位于贯通开口的边缘上。从而能够分别仅依靠单个密封件以及仅依靠机动车辆的前壁中的单个贯通开口引导空调的所有连接件或者线通过前壁,其中,由于仅需要一个贯通开口故能够降低前壁的生产努力,并且由于仅需要一个密封件故能够同时降低组装努力和渗漏的风险。

毫无疑问,上述提到的特征和以下将描述的特征不仅能够使用在相应的指定组合中,而且能够以其他组合使用或者单独使用,这并未脱离本发明的范围。

根据图1,根据本发明用于空气调节机动车辆2的车辆内部的空调1具有冷却剂连接件3、制冷剂连接件4、冷凝水连接件5以及空气供给通道连接件6。冷凝水连接件5从而能够具有冷凝水排水管和/或冷凝水连接片。根据本发明,所有上述提到的连接件3、4、5、6现在布置以及捆绑在前联接板7中并且同时通过环向密封件8分别被界定边界或者围绕。这提供的较大优势为,所有连接件3、4、5和6现在能够通过前壁10中的单个接头贯通开口9被引导,根据图1,贯通开口9被线图示,其以破裂方式绘制。迄今为止,各个贯通开口已经设置在前壁10中用于制冷剂线、冷却剂线、冷凝水连接件和空气供给通道,所有贯通开口都必须被各自密封,由此不仅增加用于前壁10的生产努力,而且增加用于密封各个贯通开口的努力。各个密封件以及贯通开口各自代表用于渗漏的其自身风险。
现在能够依靠根据本发明的空调1仅仅在机动车辆2的前壁10中提供单个贯通开口9,通过单个贯通开口9优选空调1的所有线或者连接件3、4、5,和6分别被引导,并且经由单个环向的接头密封件8被密封。这代表显著降低了渗漏的风险以及成本和组装努力。
在根据本发明的方案的有利进一步发展的情形下,前联接板7实施为注塑模制部件。从而能够以相对简单的,成本有效的方式生产,并且具有高质量。正如能够进一步从图1收集的,空调1具有分配器壳体11,前联接板7布置在分配器壳体11上。在该情况下“布置”不需要意思为直接布置在分配器壳体11上,而是还能够包括间接布置,使得其他部件(诸如,例如,散热器12或者过滤器设备13)能够在这种情形下例如布置在分配器壳体11和前联接板7之间。例如,这种散热器12能够实施为蒸发器。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于对机动车辆(2)的车辆内部进行空气调节的空调(1),包括冷却剂连接件(3)、制冷剂连接件(4)、冷凝水连接件(5)以及空气供给通道连接件(6),它们都布置在前联接板(7)中并且被环向密封件(8)围绕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调,其特征在于,
所述前联接板(7)实施为注塑模制部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空调,其特征在于,
所述空调(1)具有分配器壳体(11),所述前联接板(7)布置于所述分配器壳体(11)上。

所述分配器壳体(11)具有至少两个可控制的空气出口(14)。

可调节的挡板(15)布置在至少一个空气出口(14)中。

所述空调(1)具有过滤器设备(13)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的空调,其特征在于,
用于至少一个电线引导穿过的至少一个开口(16)设置在所述前联接板(7)中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空调,其特征在于,
提供了至少一个密封件(17),其将所述至少一个电线密封在开口(16)中。
9.一种机动车辆(2),包括:
-根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的空调(1),
-前壁(10),其分离车辆内部与发动机舱,其中,贯通开口(9)设置在所述前壁(10)中,
-其中,所述空调(1)利用其前联接板(7)附接至所述贯通开口(9),使得所述冷却剂连接件(3)、制冷剂连接件(4)、所述冷凝水连接件(5)和所述空气供给通道连接件(6)能够被引导通过所述贯通开口(9),并且所述密封件(9)以密封方式搁置在所述贯通开口(9)的边缘上。
