Abstract
The invention discloses a novel parallel feeding carrier tape packaging machine. The packaging machine comprises a base platform, wherein a horizontal carrier tape track is arranged on the base platform, a discharging mechanism and a packaging mechanism are respectively arranged at two ends of the carrier tape track, and a material sucking component capable of sliding is arranged above the carrier tape track; the pneumatic transfer mechanism is arranged below the material suction assembly and corresponds to a die cutting die. According to the novel parallel feeding carrier tape packaging machine, the pneumatic transfer mechanism and the material suction assembly are used for transferring products and automatically discharging carrier tapes, so that the on-line production and automatic carrier tape packaging of special-shaped products are realized, the labor and time are saved, the processing and production efficiency and yield of the products are improved, and the product quality is ensured.

In some embodiments, a baffle is disposed around an upper portion of the base table, and the drop off mechanism and the packing mechanism are respectively located outside two opposing baffles. Therefore, the mechanism on the base platform can be protected to a certain degree through the baffle, and part of the mechanism can be installed more conveniently.

Fig. 1 schematically shows a novel parallel feeding carrier tape packaging machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 shows a part of the structure of the novel parallel feeding carrier tape packaging machine of fig. 1, fig. 3 shows a related structure of a suction assembly of fig. 1, and fig. 4 shows a structure of a pneumatic relay mechanism of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1-4, the packaging machine comprises a base table 1, the base table 1 is substantially square, the corners of the bottom of the base table are provided with support legs, and the main mechanisms of the packaging machine are arranged on a table above the base table 1.
Preferably, a plurality of vertical baffles 11 are arranged on a plurality of surfaces around the upper part of the base table 1, and the baffles 11 are made of acrylic materials, so that not only can certain protection be performed on mechanisms on the base table 1, but also some mechanisms can be more conveniently installed.
A horizontally arranged carrier tape track 2 is arranged on the base platform 1, and a carrier tape can be laid on the carrier tape track 2. And two ends of the carrier tape track 2 are respectively provided with a discharging mechanism 3 and a packaging mechanism 4, wherein the discharging mechanism 3 is used for discharging the carrier tape, and the packaging mechanism 4 is used for packaging the carrier tape loaded with the product. Preferably, the discharging mechanism 3 and the packaging mechanism 4 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two baffle plates 11 on two opposite sides of the bottom platform 1.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the carrier tape has a proper height, stable support may be performed at the bottom of the carrier tape rail 2 by providing a plurality of support blocks 21.
A material sucking component 5 is arranged above a certain position of the middle section of the carrier tape track 2, wherein, a plurality of suction heads 51 are arranged at both sides of the bottom of the material sucking component 5 side by side, and the upper part of the material sucking component 5 is arranged on a cam component 53 and can move such as sliding, overturning and the like.
The upper part of the sucking assembly 5 is installed on a cam assembly 53 through a sliding rail 52 and can slide along the sliding rail 52, and the cam assembly 53 mainly comprises a motor 54 and a transmission structure with a cam, and the motor 54 can be driven by the transmission structure to drive the sucking assembly 5 to slide in the horizontal and vertical directions and turn horizontally along the sliding rail 52. The particular configuration of the cam assembly 53 may be of any reasonable construction and need not be illustrated in the figures.
The suction member 5 can be moved above the carrier tape rail 2 and above a pneumatic transfer mechanism 6 when it slides. The pneumatic transfer mechanism 6 mainly comprises a plurality of material shafts 61 which are horizontally arranged and can rotate within a certain range, a material groove 62 is arranged on the top surface of each material shaft 61, and the material groove 62 can be used for placing products. Each material shaft 61 is arranged side by side and installed on the top of a base 64, a cylinder 63 is installed on the side surface of the base 64, and each material shaft 61 is connected with a push rod of the cylinder 63 through a T-shaped connecting rod 65, so that each material shaft 61 can be pushed to rotate to a certain extent through the connecting rod 65 under the operation of the cylinder 63.
The base table 1 is also provided with a die cutting die 7, wherein the die cutting die 7 corresponds to the air-turning mechanism 6, which means that a material belt loaded with a product can smoothly pass through the die cutting die 7 and the air-turning mechanism 6 in sequence, so that the product is processed and transferred. Furthermore, mechanisms that are commonly used for passing through the strip of material, such as a pulling mechanism and a guiding mechanism, may be included, which are not shown in the figures.
The carrier tape track 2 also passes through a heat seal assembly 8, and the heat seal assembly 8 is mounted on the base table 1 adjacent the packaging mechanism 4 and can heat the carrier tape to facilitate the packaging process. Wherein, the heat-seal component 8 is provided with a heating block, the heating block is provided with a cover tape, and the cover tape is positioned above the carrier tape.
Preferably, the carrier tape track 2 can also be passed through an encoder 9, and the running speed of the carrier tape can be preset and controlled by the encoder 9.
A display mechanism 10 is also arranged on the base table 1, and the display mechanism 10 mainly comprises a display and a control device, and can control and display the working conditions of all mechanisms and components of the packaging machine.
Preferably, a temperature controller 12 is further disposed on the base platform 1, and the temperature controller 12 can control parameters such as the temperature of the working environment according to requirements.
When the packaging machine is used, a carrier tape is laid on the carrier tape track 2, the carrier tape is discharged by a discharging mechanism 3, and is packaged and received by a packaging mechanism 4; meanwhile, a material belt passing through the die cutting die 7 and the pneumatic middle rotating mechanism 6 is laid, so that products can be divided into multiple rows and are sequentially put on the material belt for pulling movement; when the material belt moves through the die cutting die 7, the product can be processed, then the product can move to the pneumatic transfer mechanism 6 along with the material belt and is transferred to the material groove 62 of each material shaft 61, and the material shafts 61 rotate and can be transferred to the carrier belt along with the movement of the carrier belt towards the packaging mechanism 4 through the suction and the sliding of the suction component 5; then, when the product on the carrier tape passes through the heat-seal assembly 8, the heat-seal assembly 8 covers the cover tape on the product, and the cover tape and the carrier tape are glued by the heating of the heating block, and finally are packaged and rolled by the packaging mechanism 4.
