Abstract
The invention provides a double-range aggregate scale, wherein an upper metering bin and a lower metering bin are vertically arranged along the vertical direction, and the upper metering bin partially extends into the lower metering bin; the bottom parts of the upper metering bin and the lower metering bin are respectively provided with a discharge door assembly; the large-scale weighing sensor and the small-scale weighing repeater respectively comprise at least three weighing sensors, and one end of the large-scale weighing sensor and one end of the small-scale weighing repeater are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces in the lower metering bin and the upper metering bin; the other ends of the large-range weighing sensor and the small-range scale retransmitter are respectively propped against the upper surfaces of the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame, so that the lower metering bin and the upper metering bin are respectively installed on the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame in a hanging manner; the lower metering bin driving assembly and the upper metering bin driving assembly are respectively used for driving the discharge door assembly of the lower metering bin and the discharge door assembly of the upper metering bin to be opened or closed. The double-range aggregate scale improves the metering precision on the basis of meeting the metering requirement.

The bulk materials in the mixing plant can be accurately and quickly fed and metered, and the method is one of indexes for ensuring the quick production of concrete. The aggregate metering precision has a particularly prominent influence on the quality of the stirred finished product.
In recent years, engineering construction projects such as high-speed rails increase year by year, and the demand of stirring small-volume concrete is often used on the building site at present, because of receiving the influence of scale body range, can not weigh less material, stirs less material, because of the measurement is inaccurate, is restricted to use, for satisfying the demand of a tractor serves several purposes, needs to change its measurement scope. Due to the influence of the metering precision, a large amount of sensors are used for preparing materials with small formula quantity, the error range is large, and the actual production requirement cannot be met; the precision of the scale is determined by the calibration division value (e), if the same scale selects a good display instrument, a higher display division value (d) can be realized, but the precision of the scale is not changed. The existing domestic metering bin usually adopts a single-range mode, the metering bin meters few materials, the error range is large, taking a 3t scale as an example, the weighing range of a sensor is required to be larger than 3t, the weighing precision of the sensor is set to be +/-1%, the error of each material is 30kg, and when the dosage of one material is 500kg and the error is 30kg, the precision is only +/-6% and is larger than +/-1% of the sensor. In general, in a low-range, where the absolute error is small, the relative error is very large, and the metering range is limited to a single range.

the large-range weighing sensor and the small-range scale retransmitter respectively comprise at least three weighing sensors, and one end of each of the large-range weighing sensor and the small-range scale retransmitter is respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the lower metering bin and the upper metering bin;
the other ends of the large-range weighing sensor and the small-range scale retransmitter are respectively abutted against the upper surfaces of the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame, so that the lower metering bin and the upper metering bin are respectively mounted on the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame in a hanging manner; and the lower metering bin driving assembly and the upper metering bin driving assembly are respectively used for driving the discharge door assembly of the lower metering bin and the discharge door assembly of the upper metering bin to be opened or closed.
In a preferred embodiment: the volume of the upper metering bin is 1/3 of the lower metering bin.
In a preferred embodiment: the discharging mode of the discharging door component of the upper metering bin is overturning discharging; the two groups of upper metering bin driving assemblies are respectively arranged on two side edges of the upper surface of the upper metering bin; when the upper metering bin driving assembly works, the upper metering bin is pulled to incline at a certain angle from the horizontal position, or the upper metering bin is pushed to return to the horizontal position from the inclined position.

Referring to fig. 1, a dual range aggregate scale comprises: the device comprises a lower metering bin driving component 1, a discharge door component 2 of the lower metering bin, a lower metering bin 3, a lower metering bin frame, a large-range weighing sensor 4, a small-range scale retransmitter 5, an upper metering bin frame 6, an upper metering bin driving component 7 and an upper metering bin 8;
the upper metering bin 8 and the lower metering bin 3 are vertically arranged along the vertical direction, and part of the upper metering bin 8 extends into the lower metering bin 3; the bottoms of the upper metering bin 8 and the lower metering bin 3 are respectively provided with a discharge door assembly;
the large-range weighing sensor 4 and the small-range scale retransmitter 5 respectively comprise at least three weighing sensors, and one end of the large-range weighing sensor 4 and one end of the small-range scale retransmitter 5 are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the lower metering bin 3 and the upper metering bin 8;
the other ends of the large-range weighing sensor 4 and the small-range scale retransmitter 5 respectively abut against the upper surfaces of the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame 6, so that the lower metering bin 3 and the upper metering bin 8 are respectively mounted on the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame 6 in a hanging manner; the lower metering bin 3 driving component 1 and the upper metering bin driving component 7 are respectively used for driving the discharge door components of the lower metering bin 3 and the upper metering bin 8 to open or close.
The volume of the upper metering bin 8 is 1/3 of the lower metering bin 3.
The discharging door assembly of the upper metering bin 8 adopts a turnover discharging mode; the upper metering bin driving assemblies 7 are arranged in two groups and are respectively arranged on two side edges of the upper surface of the upper metering bin 8; when the upper metering bin driving assembly 7 works, the upper metering bin 8 is pulled to incline at a certain angle from the horizontal position, or the upper metering bin 8 is pushed to return to the horizontal position from the inclined position. The discharging door component of the upper metering bin 8 adopts a turnover meshed door closing mechanism, so that discharging is facilitated, and material accumulation is reduced.

the other ends of the large-range weighing sensor and the small-range scale retransmitter are respectively abutted against the upper surfaces of the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame, so that the lower metering bin and the upper metering bin are respectively mounted on the lower metering bin frame and the upper metering bin frame in a hanging manner; and the lower metering bin driving assembly and the upper metering bin driving assembly are respectively used for driving the discharge door assembly of the lower metering bin and the discharge door assembly of the upper metering bin to be opened or closed.
